I got great customer service, Gracie Perez did a awesome job with helping me pick out what i wanted. We went back-and-forth for 2 to 3 weeks. I appreciate all of Gracies help!

Horrible customer service! Actually, no service at all. I went in to get my ring cleaned, but all the three employees were all gathered talking. When I went to ask for help (since nobody even bothered to say hello) one of the employees shut me up before letting me speak, telling me to wait. Never again! Ill service and purchase my jewelry somewhere else.

Loved the customer service I received from Susie, she was very helpful in finding just what I needed within my budget.

This particular Zales needs to work on customer service as I was there for 20 minutes looking and walking around without anyone saying anything to me. There were three employees and they had customers but none even acknowledged me, not even a hello. I waited till one lady finished but she ended up with the other employee to help them ith something on the computer which both stayed glued to the computer. I ended up leaving the store as I felt I wasnt going to get good assistance. Went an hour before closing so not sure if they were anxious to leave.

Bought ring and had it resized and engraved. they charged me twice for the engraving, took over two months to get it back. Very rude over the phone and in person, need to work on customer service. Will be going to San Antonio if I cant find somewhere else to buy jewelry from down here, well worth the drive over having to deal with them again.

Great customer service, great store

This particular Zales needs to improve there customer service . I waited about 15 + min until they engaged me . The associate who came up to me was was very rude made it seem like she thought I wasnt going to buy anything, she took me to the clearance area when I didn’t even ask for nothing from there . So I left and I bought my stuff at Kay jewelry’s .
