Had to shut down and decided to come here. This was about 3 PM and there was ample parking. I was starving! But I get real tired of eating fast food or the junk food most truck stops offer. To my surprise, they have a little restaurant Country Pride. I had the Chicken Fried Steak which wasnt half bad, the mashed potatoes were so-so and had some green beans, which were sauteed and very good. It was nice to sit at a table for a meal! I then had apple pie to take to the truck and that was pretty good too. So I felt I had a half descent healthy meal! The staff was great. Ann served me and was attentive. smiling and polite. I later went to do my laundry. They have plenty of washers and dryers and they accept credit cards! A bit pricey at $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry! I used the # 2 machine, which accepted my credit card. However, the machine did not work. I went to talk with Erica, and she arranged to get me refunded, no questions asked. They refunded me in quarters, which I used in the dryer. Erica was very polite and accommodating as well. Lots of stuff in the store and though they didnt have those coffee grinder machines, the regular drip coffee was good. My main truck yard is here in Laredo, so I will make it a point to come here when I need to shut down. Nice to be at a place where the people working there are nice!

1star for the shower. 96 degrees outside and NO A/C in the shower! Just the fan to circulate the moist warm air after a shower. I know you want to save your pennies on the electric bill. Doing this at night makes more cents as there are fewer users of the shower.Also, please wash old soap off the walls and remove used soap bars from the shelf...

The worse place to be unbelievable I been staying here all day me and my family trying to get my breaks change and I told him how important that to me specially Im having my family on board from 4 clock till 9.48 PM and when I walked to front asked Mr Fernando theres anyone would work on my truck his like unfortunately no we get road call we have too takes its our Priority more money is this how TA run well big thank you for the Corporate great training with customers service. Very sad I would never let my trucks stop by TA again.

Wrong PM service. They did everything but they didn’t have the water separator/fuel filter and they could not get it from somewhere else, it was 8PM. And the young lady, Natalie, said she would just not put it on the invoice but she still charge me for it!!!, I told her that filter was important for me and I was to get it somewhere else. I also told her I was to put a detention on the credit card payment and she call me a thief!!! First she is to young to call me a 59 year old with out knowing me and been the customer. I definitely won’t stop here at all. Haven’t stop at any Petro/TA for the past 12 years for their customers service. I did it because I really needed it, don’t like to over go on miles/time on the PM on my truck. Good buy ahora si

The water was out for over 24 hours. Finally got a shower at 3am. They gave me a shower since I didn’t get in before. Great water pressure. Note* there was no water at all truck stops.

First time we really enjoyed eating at Country Pride Buffet,my husband ordered from menu i haved from buffet.Over all services are excellent staff brought out food from the kitchen to waiter.Hello people its Friday 😄good home cook fish, shrimp, crab meat balls so delicious and other fish again 😅A game room, or talking room to meet a new friends that you never knew😉But a tropical TA large clean parking lot and pay-per-no-view. (Reserved parking ) spots.SATURDAY MORNINGCuz we enjoyed yesterday,so we decided again for breakfast at Country Pride Buffet, this time were disappointed fried leg chicken still have blood inside,tray of food almost empty,bacon liked rubber,the one that turn us off seeing staffs making toast sandwich not using any gloves,then wipes their hands on the clothes (juky)!!😖😳😞

Best kept secret in Laredo, best buffet in town. The greatest service you can get at the TA is right here at the country pride.

As a professional driver I expect more from a truck stop! The paper for gas receipts is always out. The bathroom was disgusting this time (including a bag of burger King on the sink counter) and Subways is always closed. Of course I have seen worse but I have also seen a whole lot better.

Decent for what you need, there’s a really great taco truck just outside the truck stop on the road, sells alcohol (for resets only) and has quite a bit of space, haven’t seen the showers yetUpdate: Showers are as expected from a TA, decent and clean, good taco truck is the yellow one, I personally recommend the Al Pastor, Steak and Chicken tacos, 2 of each, a few beers and your set!

This TA lets the locals use the truck parking as their personal truck park. They use their cars to block/save truck spots until they get there.

Havent been in a TA for 20 years or so. CDL driver for over 25 years. I will never go into the Laredo TA ever again. The. Owner could care less. I had been to the Pilot and Flying.J both are clean. The rest room Mens, was well I cant remember ever seeing one more nasty sinks floors tolit doors walls smell ceiling, All worst Ive ever seen!!! Including oout houses,rest areas, portapots. Sad really disgusting!DIDNT TOUCH A THING ON THE WAY OUT THE DOOR! I AM AN X ISDA INSPECTOR and I will report this filth hole to the State of Ttexas and the Health department!

I recently had a blowout near Joplin, MO and I went to the Iowa 80 Petro to have the tire changed out. Yesterday the tire next to the one they installed blew out 50 miles outside Laredo, TX. I hobbled over to the Love’s in Encinal for a recap and they informed me that the reason for the blowout was because Joplin installed a high profile tire next to my low profile tire. (Which is what I have all the way around the truck.) After they put on a recap I took my truck to the TA in Laredo and explained to the nice lady at the service desk my problem. They contacted Joplin and told them what happened and right after I was brought directly into the shop and received two new low profile tires free of charge. I am also receiving a cash reimbursement for the recap I purchased at Love’s. These folks go above and beyond down at the TA in Laredo and are very fast and courteous. I shouldn’t be surprised though because I’ve had several people tell me about the high quality service here at the TA in Laredo. I will always recommend this shop to everyone I know. Thanks for everything ladies and gentlemen!

Its really a love and hate relationship because sometimes its good sometimes bad . Parking is usually full after 6pm but still better then pilot across the street . Showers are ok but can be little messed up.Last time i had to wait about an hour for shower and i was 5th in line which i think is not bad compared to 3 hours in pilot when i was 12th last time so definitely a plus from me . Also they have little gym but it only have 2 machines to work out on so not vary big choice but still its great that they even have it . Overall its really best truck stop in laredo

Walking to the fuel desk past the service bays is disgusting! It’s like they wash their bays out and just let the water and filth pile up on the asphalt. There are ants throughout the restaurant. And the cook needs to be fired. Their groceries are bland and tasteless. Check out the picture of my biscuit.

Big parking lot restaurants and store plus fuel expensive

This is a busy joint Fortunately, the mechanics and their support staff are efficient and skilled. Be for warned weekends you might wait. But that’s almost any truck stop. At least here you know your truck will be fix d correctly.

You can tell who a business appreciates by who they cater to. This one, truck drivers walk in the back door, car and small truck drivers are welcomed in the front door. They even have a fence to make sure truck drivers stay in back, out of sight as it were. The restaurants are closed until the cars and small trucks start moving.

They got rid of the parking attendant. Free parking yeppie. The food is fresh and hearty. Decent health food menu as well. Excellent salad as well. Dog friendly we enjoy walking around lot.

Nice place courteous service, but dont need repairs because they charge you a arm and a leg, and you will be there foreverI arrived at 11am Im still here its midnight. The only work I had done was a replaced cherry bulb top right corner and annual on my trailer that equates to twelve hours??

DONT BUY THE WIFI. IT HAS A VERY GOOD SIGNAL FOR THE WIRELESS ROUTER BUT THE MODEM (INTERNET CONNECTION) IS EITHER SLOW OR BROKE. Also the Country Pride Restaurant is closed and the showers have lukewarm water. Fast food restaurants (Burger King, Taco Bell) are open, Subway is closed. Lots of parking, though and at least there is a Taco truck nearby.

Mens room needs a remodel. Verizon guys are great. Large parking lot. There is almost always spots 24/7. Shop is efficient. Overall decent place!

Used shower 6 at 3:45 am. Hot water lasted about 5 minutes.

Food is good but don’t come here for service. Arrived at 1200 and at 1600 they had me pull along side of building to fix tire outside of bay with service truck well now the other is flat and they want me to pull around to a bay but can’t do that without ruining the rims. So here I sit waiting for them to start at 1800 and no one has even look to see what I need. If I could leave I would but because both tires are flat I can’t move.

Unlike Pilot, the CAT Scale app works here. The staff seems friendly. Restrooms are very clean. I would give 5 stars if everything was not so grossly overpriced. TA, could you be a little nicer and stop charging us such ridiculously high prices for everything. You would be able to sway me away from fueling exclusively with Loves if you had fair prices in your restaurants and stores. $7 for a just a chicken leg and thigh is an example of how overpriced everything is at TA.

The manager at country pride has been super nice for me for about 6 hours while I game on a laptop in the corner. I kept thinking i would be kicked out at some point but it never came. the food was good but the customer service is what I appreciated. Im going to leave a good tip when I pack up, I figured a good review would be good too.

Absolutely absurd. Shouldnt be surprised in a S hole like Laredo. Will not allow bobtail parking in the main lot even though its completely empty. So you go back into truck parking and have to take up a full size truck space when it could be used by a truck and trailer thats going to struggle to find parking later at night. Absolutely inconsiderate of the drivers but no problem making a buck off us.

Stopped here to use the restrooms and pump gas. The restrooms are big and clean. There is an ATM inside and a good selection of beverages and snacks. The area around the gas pumps was pretty clean for the most part. I would definitely stop here again for gas and a snack.

Just upgraded my cell phone to Verizon. Staff is very knowledgeable. Ask for Ely G hell hook you up properly for a good price.

Easy parking for 18 Wheelers . Freshest ever salad and soup. Not to mention an awesome selection of country style home cooking at the buffet. A great place to get fuel repairs and a great meal. As far as truck stops go, its not all that bad. Restaurants are pretty good and the service is generally pretty spot-on on. They got a pretty decent selection of drinks and snacks plus things that truck drivers will need.

Great for a quick snack or fast meal. Has a wide variety of snack options. Clean and organized.

This place is a great stop and has a variety of food places to eat from a pool hall and games and a small theatre! Clean restrooms and free parking! (Lots of parks!) Lit up pretty good at night too...

Of the 3 truck stops at this location. The one is way ahead this is in a class of its own plus the food at country fair is very good if you are a BIG eater it is worth the money. I have eaten here several times and enjoy every time. BUT I have to come hungry to get the full benefits of the all you can eat buffet.

Eh.... it was okay. It was late, when I arrived, and all the restaurants were already closed down. I shouldve gone to the Pilot/Flying J, across the street, to the Dennys....I wanted a hot meal after driving my shift.

They have different choices of food, place looks clean and service is good they are bilingual too, thats a plus

Location is inherently a bit dirty due to being a major hub for rail, trucking, and migrating. But the store and restaurant are surprisingly clean compared to the Pilot truck stop across the highway. Has a Verizon dealer inside as well as a fee pool tables and drivers lounge.

Parking lot was cleaner than expected. Restroom was dirtier than expected. Store was clean and well stocked/ organized. Thank you

Its great if you need parking! No matter what time of day theres always spaces where you can get parked. The food inside the restaurant is average.

Arrived at shop at 0730 for just a PM on the apu. Didnt start until 0900 bc day shift didnt show up on time, were a half hour late for work. So much for a fast simple job. Restaurant was good tho, nice service.

The fuel isle looks like no one cares to keep it clean and stocked with paper towels and bug juice. The shop was fast and awesome. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. No real hot food to eat tho.

This place is good this is about my third time coming here the waitresses are very nice and friendly, I went to the shop once and the mechanic that worked on my truck was good.

As one of the 3 major parking areas for trucks, this is as good as it gets. Bring your own shopping bag or be prepared to get 5 cents tacked onto your bill...Laredo eliminated plastic bags in the city area years ago.

I think this ta was all right. The buffet had pretty decent Fried Chicken. Theres some pool tables. Plus theres some burrito trucks on the outskirts of the truck stop. So whether you have a taste for traditional food fast food or the buffet. Theres a wide variety.Another bonus is theres a Flying J across the street. So youre bound to have shower tokens at one or the other.All in all I would rate this TA truck stop as pretty alright.

This is really one of the better T As theres just always so busy here after washing my laundry I got wait it out for a dryer I give up although the lady in the laundry room is willing to let me use their dryer after the towels are done but honestly I really got to go. Ive been here long enough to enjoy the buffet a good movie and a half I just really cant stick around any longer time to hammer down

A little messy but has 2 fast food restaurants and a regular restaurant. Store is well stocked, employees are pleasant. Has a nice size laundry facility.

Went into the shop needing 5 tires replaced on my trailer, 2 on the rear, and the front inside on the drivers side, and the 2 front passenger side, as well as some brake work done. They tell me they dont have the tool for the brakes but say theyll do the tires. 6 hours later they get the payment approval and send me back to my companys yard for the brakes. Come to find out that TA only touched my drivers side tires and never bothered with the passenger side. Wont be going to this location for anything other than the scale ever again

Fully equipped for pro drivers, nice showers, comfortable lounge, pool tables and game room and good size laundry. Restrooms pretty clean. My first trip to Laredo, I was impressed.

Really nice inside, lots of free parking and some paid. Transflo scanner can be pain. Paper gets jammed constantly. Took me 15 minutes to do a 5 minute job most places. Other than that Great experience

Came here to get a trailer tire patched. They had me stage on a door, and promptly forgot about me. Walked in an hour later to see what was going on, and they couldnt get an immediate answer from my road service, so they hung up. They had literally forgotten I was here when I checked.1.75 hours later, theyre just now getting to me.

Jolynn server who made this delicious strawberry banana milkshake very friendly very nice great service the buffet here is so much better than all the others Ive been to many ta but this laredo ta is awesome people here just friendly as can be and great workers this is home away from home for me .

TA Laredo for the most part is clean. A few areas outside could use some additional maintenance. However it appears as if they are in the process of sprucing up. We have always had pleasant experiences here

People here are nice enough, but be advised that the wifi here absolutely STINKS. Also, showers here are $14; across the street at the Flying J they are only $10. The positive thing is that this lot seems a little safer then the Pilot on the other side of the interstate; not sure why that is but at least I didnt feel like I was patrolling a war zone.

A very busy place during the week.As with any busy truck stop, you will find there is waiting time for showers, up to one hour at peak.Food: like all Country Pride, there is a buffet option, which is decent cooked food and decent servers.

Bathrooms are straight out of a horror movie. Id suggest holding it in unless you want to get quarantined from catching something. Also prices in the restaurant wow. Take out a loan of youre really hungry.

I didnt have high expectations coming down to a border town and staying at one of their truck stops. I was wrong, although there are plenty of inconsiderate drivers here, with the ways they park, and drive...the truck stop itself is pretty nice. Very pleasant people behind the fuel desk. Bathrooms are pretty clean, and they have plenty of food options. The lot is in good shape, its asphalt, and doesnt have craters everywhere. There is also a blue beacon on site as well as a service shop. If ever back down here, will definitely stop here again if we are needing a place to stay overnight.

Anybody who rates this food good must not have eaten in a week. The buffet sucked. Food that has sat out for hours and its 730. That should have been the first clue. Nobody eats there.

I think drivers need to give this truck stop another look. At first look the parking lot was clean and cans empty and it was well lit went in and took a shower it was very clean and the attendant was very polite then went into the restaurant and had a nice sit down hot meal service was a little slow but the place was a little crowded so I think everyone needs to give this truck stop a second chance it looks like from other reviews they are trying to make things better

Brought in my truck to have air leak looked at... Along with finding the leaks, they showed them to me using a spray bottle to identify air bubbles.Instead of using plastic quick connects they hard plumbed connections...Excellent work!

My second home. I frequently end up in Laredo for work. This place is second to none in my eyes. Showers, laundry, movie theater, fitness center, game room, pool tables. Theres always parking and its free.

Dirty parking lot. Clean restrooms. Showers were clean. Found a few hairs on the floor. Washer and dryer area could use a cleaning but not bad. Spent 3.00 for one dryer then a 1.oo for the second dryer. All clothes dried in 60mins. Our waiter was awesome. On top of it. She even kept my food warm while I was putting clothes in the dryer. That was extremely nice of her.... thank you

Fitness room was nice and clean. Small but perfect for a morning cardio session.
