Truck drivers BEWARE! PUMPS BARLEY WORK! TOOK ME 25min to fuel and 10min for DEF! GARBAGE LOCATION AND VERY DIRTY!

At 455p on a Sunday I ask for a shower and I cant get a shower for the rest of the night.. due to there is no one the rest of night due to clean them.. 20 person line and one cashier.. this is why I have started to avoid Pilot/Flying J.. this is not the first time.. McDonalds was trashed filthy dirty.. RIDICULOUS.

Not a safe place to park. People will steal from your truck here while you are in it. Some stole the center hub cover from our trailer tire. You can see the oil trail. No cameras

I havent fuel up this time, just took a shower. This was the best experience so far from any Pilot. Was rush hour, had 11 people in front of me and I had to wait only about 20 minutes and the bathroom was the cleanest I ever seen in a truck stop every thing was in working conditions the shower head was not leaking every where, nice and bright light, and even the fan was brand new. Thank you !!

Dont buy or use the ICE FROM THE ICE MACHINE!!! It is dirty brown tinted ICE that comes out of the machine! I only got ice so once the ice melted, my water was literally brown!! I have only been here 2 times in the last year and it has happened both times. They need to change hoses or get a new filter.

The virus is 0.065 micron and the mask they say you have wear filters to 4 microns on a perfect seal for 30 minutes if ypu use the banana oil test and you can smell bananas the virus is getting through. The people there I asked said they could smell everything so the virus could get through so thier mask requirement is ridiculous as I have been saying.

Couldnt even shop at this place before I was told a mask is REQUIRED. I asked if she was enforcing the governors order and she said yes. But little does she know it says ...where it is NOT feasible to maintain a 6-foot distance then a mask would be required. If you can maintain 6ft whats the f*#%#* point of a mask? Absolutely disappointed and disgusted by lack of knowledge applied. Ought to be ashamed for enforcing something that they dont even know. Smh happened just 10 mins ago. Didnt even pump gas due to this disrespect. They can take that loss. Not my problem.

This is the most pathetic restaurant on the planet. Theres always an issue with something here. Last night they didnt have tea and today the ice cream machine is down (no surprise there). And it took 10 minutes to get a drink smdh

Got refused food all because I wasnt wearing a mask and I was not going to buy another one. I wasnt even in the store for two minutes and the POS rent a cop told the workers at McDonalds to not serve me. Came back in with mask hanging from one ear and they never even said a word about that. Shaken my head what has happened to liberty??????

Place to park thats it. Wont clean showers overnight so first thing in the morning they back up. Tried to shower 12 waiting 6am. Shut the bathrooms down 6am to clean guessing thats when a cleaning person comes in. Young guy at the counter thought all that was funny. Also out of coffee no sugar and all the creamers were empty. Park for free head down the road. Up yours pilot.

Lots of parking available even after 5pm.. Instead of waiting 20 minutes trying to go to Flying- J.

At Pilots, Fuel America Travel Center, the truck stop conveniently has a Carls Jr. And a Chester Chicken restaurant. The truck stop is big, clean restrooms and a big seating area for a large crowd. They also have a big selection of souvenirs. We enjoyed the quick dinner with our family. Thank you

I usually stay at and buy fuel at the TA or Flying J across the HWY .Today decided to stop at the Pilot.Left without buying 175 gallons of fuel.because of one employee 🙄.Will not be coming to this Pilot again, Im sure no one will miss....

Store being remodeled/under construction.Truckers entrance being removed permanently. Very inconvenient as we will now have to walk to the front of the building to get in.Truckers parking lot is rough and parking spots are not all marked.Not able to access mobile fueling.Difficult in/out fueling for truckers.New showers are very small compared to other Pilot Flying J locations.Minimal bathroom stalls.Two fast food restaurant options.Nice cashiers.

Scale rigged so that it will not work with the CAT Scale app. I think this is done in order to strong arm cash out of drivers whos company will pay the scale fees using the app. If you have to scale go to the TA instead. They will not get any of my business ever again after wasting a half hour of my time trying to use the app to scale my truck.

This place will meet most of your basic trucking needs. Snacks, drinks, fuel, common basic truck parts, bathrooms, segregated shop and McDonalds are on the premises.Truck parking is free. You are close to a Dennys restaurant just on the other side of I-35. Or you have access to a TA & more truck parking by Dennys.

I got to stop here while the railroad tracks were being repaired, so the place was quiet and half empty. Usually its a crowded madhouse. The staff needs to clean the mens room more frequently, because its nasty. Also the truck parking lot is a pothole field. Pave the place.

The worst Pilot I ever had been, 3 o’clock in the morning with plenty of showers there is no shower just because the guy named Luis saying he isn’t able to clean it up. Wow, it’s Incredible.

The Pilots are getting better. 👍 We use them more now to fuel and there easy in and out. They still need to work on the cleanliness. 🤔😉

If you want shower at night you’ll need to wait until morning. Coz they don’t clean at night.

Every time that I have to fuel up half of the pumps are down. You walk inside to get your fuel receipt, it cant print out, no paper in the damn machine. Todays visit was my last one, wont come here anymore.

Poorly managed were always out of soap in bathroom and still out of soap out of soap during a pandemic maybe businesses can help with the spread of Covid by supplying basic needs other truckstops do

I really like that this pilot protects the pay parking nothing worse than showing up to 50 dummies blocking your pay spot

Bathrooms are in serious need of attention but the laundry area, drivers lounge, and store front were generally well kept.

The scam being ran on truck drivers purchasing fuel for free showers is ridiculous! The price of diesel is outrageous! If you miss a month of making a purchase, theyll take away all of your rewards points youve earned as a customer spending your hard earned money, but if you purchase 50 gallons of diesel fuel theyll reward you with a free shower? Whats the deal?

I love going into the pilot they are always friendly greeting you with a warm smile if you need an assistant they are right there I like it when I can go inside a store and feel welcome unless they wanted to be there to serve us

The scales arent working properly. Did they offer a refund of course not. Did they close down the scale thats not weighing the trucks properly that would be a great big NO. So beware of the scales at Pilot in Laredo.

The fuel island is a pain. Store is clean as most travel centers. Has a McD and Subway. Lower parking area closest to the store is a royal pain in the butt. If you go to the top of the hill near the tire shop there is extra parking very quiet with no congestion.

Biggest Parking Lot I have ever seen. Saperate Parking for Bob tails. Doesnt matter what time you go there you will find parking.

Asked for a bag to carry items purchased, was told by cashier we dont have plastic, but I can SELL you a paper sack for 25 cents I declined. Not impressed.

Restrooms where all pooped stained including toilets/seats aswell standing swer water from toilets just unsanitary, while the whole team of workers where just having casual conversations between 5 employees, unhealthy situation 100%, cut staff or get better replacements, that will do what theyre paid for

Went to the McDonalds last night on the overnight shift one lady was talking to a friend for 15 minutes in the drive thru ignoring the front counter. Cashier that finally showed was sick and did not wash her hands. Nuggets were burnt so was the quarter pounder meat and the fries were soggy. By far the worst experience with a Pilot McDonalds. The subway wasnt that much better. This location needs help and attention badly.

It was short and sweet. Pushing for time. Thats why it great to have everything under ONE roof.😀

No no no no NO! This not a trucker friendly truck stop. You’ve had no water for showers for how many days?! For weeks you’ve been having water issues? Weeks of taking our money for fuel but not making sure have the amenities we need? What form of nonsense is that? I’m reporting this place to the Health Department TODAY! This is completely unacceptable.

This place is an absolute dump. The fuel islands and parking lot smell like urine. Sometimes in the summer its so strong your eyes water like crazy. The parking lot is dirty and muddy. The trains blast their horns constantly and clog up everything and back traffic up. The potholes are horrendous in and all around the truck stop. The floor inside is missing tiles which are a trip hazard and the restroom is completely disgusting. It is filthy, poorly stocked and there are always toilets that are clogged and need flushed. They never have enough cashiers and the lines get incredibly long and it takes forever to check out and then after you spend an insane amount of time here you have to purchase a bag. The McDonalds never gets my order right and the drink station is always filthy and smells like stagnant water. The security guards are extremely rude. The showers suck water is barely lukewarm and they are moldy. The wait is usually extremely long but that is the norm for any Laredo truck stop. If I could pick negative stars this place would get it. Im glad that they dont need my money because I am done with this dump.

Ok place. I came to talk about that food truck thats parked across from this property. Thats gotta be a drug spot/good truck. Theres no way someone sells you a burrito with nothing but cow fat and flavored box rice and wilted lettuce. Its there for a reason. Food is not it! And cant possibly pass health inspection unless they are very lenient.

The Pilot in Laredo, Texas was the worst one I have been too. No water pressure to go to the restroom. Couldnt even comprehend that their location was a designated fuel stop. The worst experience I have had by going to all of the Pilot/Flying J locations. I will make sure to fuel before going back into Laredo, and avoiding that fuel stop. I hope my company removes that location as their designated fuel stop, and picks up Cotulla, Texas instead. Theyre friendlier there.

The worst Ive ever encountered subway has no pizza, no ham, no Turkey! Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the Front to take my order at store 377. Never getting diesel or anything else from pilot again.

I went in to use the restroom early in the morning and they had the restrooms closed cuz of low or no water pressure!! So i had to use the restroom some where else!! Also when me n my husband went to shower, they didnt give us the full set of towels . amd when we wemt to get a soda from the fountain half of the sodas were gone or empty! And the store wasnt that full nor no where near busy to not have some one go back there amd change out the syrup for the soda!!. In my experience i never want to go back to that pilot again!!. Simply cuz the employees dmt care abput that store the way other employees care of maintain the store at other storez n stuff.. It was dorty as hell too and the person who took put the trash from the parking lot was behind the dam dumpster with a friend took him about an hour and a half to just throw some trash!! Never again!!..

Bathrooms are usually CROWDED, to the point that even washing your hands is a 5min wait. Store as expensive as any other Pilot/Stripes is expected to be. The bathroom needs a little love, honestly: always dirty (probably because of the constant affluence of users).

Its very near one of my terminals. Had to wait for the cat scale to get calibrated. Has a Mcds and Subway. Showers. Lots of parking.

Was not good. Seemed like a shady area, like you might get stabbed lol Plus it smells like urine. Was hard to sleep the stench was so bad. The service inside was good though. I do commend the folks working there for keeping such a good attitude in such harsh conditions.
