Pharmacy drive thru lady was giving attitude for no reason. Wish I could have gotten her name but it’s too early to bring your problems to work and let them out on customers. All I’m doing is picking up medicine like chill.

Went and purchased a reloadable gift card and cashier charged the amount but did not upload the money to the gift card went back to store and was told that they couldnt correct or remburse it there at the store even if it was their own mistake why even sell gift cards this is going to corporate

I drove 15 mins to get here because their internet hours state they close until 11pm and they were closes at 750 SMH.I dont know if its a Laredo or company thing but either way it is wrong

I have received excellent services from the Pharmacy. All the associates provide good customer services.

Wish they would update the time they close. Its said 10 pm but in reality they closed at 6. I was at the drive thru waiting to get serviced and I notice them walking around. No one bothered to tell me anything. I had to go inside to find out what was going on.

This Calton Rd location is totally different than the Guadalupe St. location. No one is following the check out line starts here sign... as well as the social distancing markers...brought it to the managers attention who was watching all the chaos between the regular customers and the couponladies who are always there with baskets full of items that are sale itemsadvertised and are unavailable as they hoard them all... Told the manager he should manage the situation...he looked at me and turned around and walked away... Stark difference of the fantastic service by the manager and crew at the new Guadalupe St. location....

This location serves as a UPS secondary pick up but the service the associates provide is really poor because every time I have to pick up a package at this location is like asking them for a favor they just look at a couple of packages and quickly say no I dont have it and even though I have my tracking number and email stating it was delivered to them they say no. They always have everything disorganized all packages all over the place and not a care on the world to help find my stuff and it aint the first time because Ive had to make several trips to get my packages!

I hate when the other associate (older lady)is working the counter she doesnt hand me the cash in my hand leaves it on the counter. Also my Id. Im like hello I have my hand extended towards you. Put it in my hand. Geesh.

Very bad customer service at this location pharmacy personal are very rude after waiting on the gentleman using the phone for 5 minutes to ask for a sertan medication he didnt even showed us where the medication wad he just pointed me and my wife towards the area from behind the counter still my wife and myself unsure if it was the proper medicine since most doctors hand writing is difficult to understand.We just went with our instincts to avoid another 5 minutes there. We rather spend our money at HEB or other locations who know how to treat customers well and aleast greed us opon entering there facility.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIIME WITH THIS PHARMACY!!! The customer service is terrible. I had to call three times to see if they had my sons prescriptions were ready and every time I spelled his name which isnt a complicated name they couldnt get it. It was on their end that they couldnt process the information correctly to check on it. Furthermore, they dont check any voice mails since my sons doctor had left the information via voice mail.Their hours of operation are ridiculous and inconvenient.We were visiting from out of town when my son got sick. Its not something we planned for obviously, but it happens. We couldnt get his prescription because the close at 6:00 pm on a Saturday!! Later, when I had our Walgreens get them transferred they only transferred the two they couldnt fill, not the main antibiotic which they had and we needed.Id rate them with no stars if that was an option. Dont waste your time with CVS.Over all terrible, experience. Ive never used CVS before and I will NEVER use them in the future. Go to Walgreens.

Things are kinds difficult to find even with the signs on top, seems messy even though everything is in order. Good overall.

David obi do not compare this Cvs to any other Cvs cause the employees in the pharmacy are a disgrace to the Cvs name I worked for Cvs as a pharmacy tech and we are supposed to give the customers great customer service and this Cvs employees just dont see that even if they are not a busy store like Im from I waited 35 min for easy medication that I my self could have put in 15 witch is time frame for waiting in store customers and their is a triple confirmation to medications

Awful pharmacy service and rude aswell switched over from Martinez pharmacy for convince was not able to get all my meds because my insurance only covered on the day I last picked them up which it was and told me to come back the following day to pick them up was on hold for 30 mins before the phone dropped called back only to be informed I would have to wait another day because they did not have them in stock their app says to call to discuss alternatives since it would be 3 days with out my medication pharmacy tech argued for a minute before i gave up and told them to send my script back to my previous pharmacy now I know why they get bad rep cross country

Their coupon policy does not reflect CVS policy, manager refuse to talk to me in regards to the policy.They are very rude and did not want to give out any names of store manager, supervisor, or people you speak with.

So close to where I live and excellent service.

Cvs E.Calton Pharmacy Has you on Hold Forever

They literally asked me to drive around 4 times when I was given the wrong perception. Go to Walgreens, trust me. This is the absolute worst, ever.

Awful customer service.the old,skinny lady in glasses gave me attitude cause I asked why prices was different.all she had to do was enroll me in their rewards program but instead she replied in annoyed way

Never answer the pharmacy phone

Best drugstore on the planet! No matter how busy they are, they take the time to help and answer all your questions. Unlike Walgreens and Walmart where they are rude and make you wait forever. I highly recommend CVS for all of your drugstore needs.

The young man from the pharmacy is more than always treating you as if he were doing you a favor, if he does not understand the prescription he tells you until you ask questions after 30min-1hr when one thinks that they are preparing it. You phone and its just as rude.

Its quiet they are friendly and there are discounts
