Shouldn’t even give it a star, every time and I mean every time I’ve been at that place horrible experience!!! Last time I went I asked for a venti Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso with light ice and I get this…. They need to change owner or manager or both!!!!

The PikePlace is back to pre-covid quality. Thats a really good sign. The service was slow I thought. They were friendly. Ill go back for sure.

Came here a little after 6; they open at 5a. They took down the drive through only sign but didnt unlock the door. Never did while we waited outside for a while. Tried calling and they never answered. Guess we didnt need coffee this morning..

Customer service is HORRIBLE. No need to be rude with customers at the window. If you cant handle your duty then that job is not for you. Management better train their employees the proper way. This kids nowadays get away with everything.

Huuuuge SHOUT OUT to an amazing barrista. SELENA!! So today I placed a mobile order and forgot to put double blended. Since I go there every single day religiously before work, (either drive thru or mobile order) I imagine some of the employees know my order. Anyways, by the time I got there, she had already had my drink ready to go at the exact ETA and double blended as she knew I always get. She clearly is one of the few that pays close attention to customer details and service... Great job, SELENA...keep up the AMAZING work!!👍👏💯🤗

Got out of work went straight to Star Bucks sorry to say was waiting on the drive thru for 10 minute or so they never answered, I said hi and honked if they could hear but never did. Drove to the window and said I think your drive thru is not working and she said I was . I told I was waiting for 10 mins or so. There was like 10 cars behind me.

This coffee store advertises Blonde Flat White. The problem occurred when I tried to order one. For some reason, person aka barista, refused to prepare this particular coffee. I had no choice but order small Latte.

This was a Sunday morning with about 3 other cars in the drive thru. I ordered a coffee frapp and it was watery with BARELY a hint of coffee... and old coffee, at that. I also asked for whipped cream and they put a sad ring of it on top.The only reason I gave an extra star is because the egg bites were good. Even then, those are pretty straightforward and hard to mess up.

My Son and I had just hypothesized that the field of Quanta is full of entanglements. This lady let us cut in line so we paid her coffee.

The staff does not take the time acknowledge the people who are in line for mobile orders despite ordering 30 mins ahead of time.

Asked for a double chocolate without whipped cream. What happened well he made both drinks with the whipped cream and he removed it with the lid (not all of it). Then didnt put the chocolate drizzle on top I had to ask for it.

Like all Starbucks...long lines, but this one wasnt out of anything and got the order right the first time.

The people who work there and the quality is totally fine I just don’t like at all how I go there and ask for decaf (Health problems) and most of the time like 80% of the time they tell me “they don’t have decaf” how could they not have decaf it’s literally a coffee place where they should always be ready in that way.

What can I say about Starbucks that you dont already know? Theres a really nice staff at this particular location. I enjoyed it.

Great staff and very clean. Visited today at around 2:40 pm. Music was too load and was rock / metal . NOT good as a casual place for business talk . We all three left back to the office. In comparison to other Starbucks in Dallas, and /or San Antonio, the music is not distracting, it simply is an enjoyable background.

Lots of bobtail parking out front and covered patio seating outside. I wanted to edit my review and emphasize that Ive never had a poor experience at this location. Every single employee Ive come in contact with here has been very friendly and professional. They seem genuinely happy to be there and more than happy to accommodate my needs.. including water for my dogs out on the patio and pour overs made upon request despite the extra time and work it requires. The store inside is spacious, clean and well maintained.. as are the bathrooms. Coming from LA, Ive had my fair share of poor Starbucks experiences and this is definitely not among them

Love this location, its my favorite go to when Im in need of a good study study session. The overall vibe is perfect.

I normally dont order at Starbucks, and I really didnt know to much about the menu. The employees were laughing because I was a little confused on an order that I was requesting. Instead of making me feel comfortable, I felt really embarrassed.

There is 18 wheeler designated parking spots right beside Starbucks. Plenty restaurants also heb grocery store. Perfect place to park and grub.

I love the frozen tea and the Frappuccino.

This is the Starbucks I go to when Im in Laredo. Friendly staff and orders are usually pretty quick. It gets busy at times, but overall they do a great job. Also, plenty of outlets for computers and devices.

Slowest Starbucks in all of the land. The customer service is on par with the rest of Laredo, which isn a good thing. The people here move with zero purpose and move at a pace that would make a snail laugh. If you are in a hurry, or just desire not waiting 10+ minutes for an order that may or may not be what you ordered, then I suggest going elsewhere.EDIT: I didnt think it was possible, but this place has become even slower.

If you use the mobile app and order food prepare to wait. They will get your drink ready and have it waiting but your food will never be ready.

Quaint little place in a busy Laredo.

Hot mocha wasnt made like other Starbucks. It was watery. All tables were very dirty, I had to wipe down table with a napkin.

The guy at is standing in front of the register and offers to take my order but then makes a comment that he is already out or done with his shift. Then he stands there with an attitude as I ask for an iced coffee. If he is already out then why offer to take my order and be rude about it. The worst service I have ever had here at this location. I was so angry I didnt even bother to get the employees name.

This is not the usual Starbucks environment. Every other Starbucks I have been to everyone is friendly and its a nice place to hang. This location however is strange to me, almost everyone has an attitude and the girl that handed me my drink made faces when I dared to mention that the drink she handed me was not the one I ordered. I have also been through the drive through and last time I was there in the evening there were only 2 cars in front of me and I was in line for about 20 minutes and they still gave me the ONE drink I ordered wrong! This is the nearest Starbucks to my home and you know, I drive across town to go to another location just because the other location has friendlier staff! I dont like leaving bad reviews but something needs to change here. At least the attitude these baristas have needs to change because I would love to come in here and enjoy my coffee.

Itoday is the third time I get disappointed at this place. Previously I’ve had to wait over 15minutes to pick up my order (placed through app) on the drive thru window, and today I pick up my drink and it’s not done correctly despite the fact the sticker had all the instructions.

Fairly good location. Usually not too crowded, staff is ok. While not the biggest store, its spacious enough, with decent outside seating room. All in all, I’d rate it at 4/5 stars.Edit to my original review from years ago: I am frequent at this location, but today, 08/22/19, I was refused a refill drink at the store as barista was lacking knowledge in their refill policy. I even presented her with the official, up-to-date Starbucks refill policy fineprint, only to be told that I am wasting her time unless I buy a new drink. I have never been addressed in such way, and Starbucks would be the last place to expect such treatment. Starbucks Customer service on the other hand have promptly offered apologies and promised to send feedback to the store management team. Hope to see some positive change in the future at this store.

Dirtiest, nastiest Starbucks Ive been to, and I get around. Came in at 5:30am, no toilet paper in either bathroom, yesterdays poo spray all over one toilet, and when I came out to tell the staff, she was busy on her phone and didnt even notice me. Trash and grime all over the fixins counter, no stir sticks, no cream. And sour attitudes all around, guess the store reflects it.
