I was behind on my bill. So, that was my fault. However I did not deserve this. The delivery driver came to my house today. He knocked very hard and aggressively on my front door. When I opened the door the driver was angry and talking in a very loud voice. He told me I had gotten him in trouble with his boss because he had left water when I had an outstanding bill. Shortly after his last delivery, my husband had a heart attack, which can be verified, and was in the hospital twice for 4 to 5 days. I did get behind on paying the water bill. I tried to explain this to the driver, but he kept on at me with a loud voice. His continued aggressive behavior toward me began to scare me and so I just asked what could I do. I was trying to remain calm, but he did not leave and he was scaring me. I told him I was going to call the office and take care of the bill. He became augmentative with me saying that is what I had told him last month and that I got him in trouble. I called the LS office very upset. The person answering the phone was nice. Several minutes later I called to find out the details on the bill. The manager answered the phone. When I began to tell her what had happened she said that she did not believe me, that the driver had worked for her for 30 years and he denied doing anything to upset me, then she started raising her voice to me on the phone telling me that what I was telling her was not true. As her voice and manor was becoming louder and more aggressive, I stopped trying to explain and I jut hung up the phone. So, you decide if you want to do business with this company or not. My details of this event are very accurate.
I have had this service for over 30 years and had wonderful service. Unfortunately they changed owner 3 months ago and the service is terrible. Twice I have ordered water and both times they didn’t deliver, it takes several phone calls before they deliver. So I changed to culligan water they guarantee 24 hour delivery. The new company is called LS their service is horrible, this is no longer a good service. It is terrible.
I have been a Laredo Spring Water customer for many years. Never have I had a problem, Mrs Serna is always eager to help when I call about water dispenser problems or forgetting to take out my empty bottles. Oscar my driver is also so nice and professional.
I get water delivered to my house in Corpus Christi. Havent had any issues with this company. They are much better than Everest Water that operates out of Corpus in that they always respond to my calls and deliver when they say they will. I recommend them.
Usual business problem: Poor customer service. We have tried to get problem resolved about dispenser that doesnt work. Emails, texts, calls all ignored. Ready to cancel further relationship. Would not recommend. There are other options for better service....buy your own dispenser and refill at accessible water sources. Saves money and hassle of dealing with poor customer service.
Leticia and her staff are amazing. If you need water delivery at reasonable prices, call them up.
I was calling to set up a new account for our office and whoever answered and was trying to set up the account was extremely rude & unprofessional, custom service is evidently not their strong point.I called in at 2:01 P.M on 6/6/2019.
No one answers. Each time that I call no one answers. I just singed up. If its going to be like this I will cancel.
