Rip off!!!! I will never go to Sames Honda service again. Simple oil change turned out to be a $400 bill. They charged $45 for wiper blades and they didnt use Honda genuine parts. When I go to Honda service I expect them to use Honda genuine parts, but these guys dont. Guys, buy genuine parts from somewhere and go to Pepboys, they will do a better job and charge only labor, with a peace of mind that your car has genuine parts.Update: 3.30.21So I called the number in the reply. This is the conversation.Me: Good afternoon I was asked call on the given number about a google review I wrote.Operator: Ok let me transfer your call.Cust Service: How can I help you. What was was the issue you had.Me: You guys replaced my wiper blades but it is not genuine Honda. Its some after market one. I had the original one on the car and now I have an after market wiper. I come to Honda authorized service center for genuine parts.Cust service: We do not replace with Honda original if the car had aftermarket part when it came in for service. Your car MAY have had non genuine wiper blade frame.( Guys what a stupid answer). (By the way my car had the genuine honda wipers, so its a lie)Me: My car had the genuine wiper blades and now you guys put in an aftermarket wiper. I need my original wiper back. Even if I had aftermarket wiper on my car why you guys did not replace it with Honda genuine.The guy on the other side would repeat the same thing over and over again. (He didnt have any other answer to the question) If you had the aftermarket blade we would not replace it with original, its too expensive. we would use after market itself.What a good try to coverup their fraudulent ways to rip off customers. Avoid this place. Not worth the money you pay. Who knows what all aftermarket parts they use in the car which we cannot see and they charge us for genuine parts and labor. I am not gonna ever return to this place for any service.

I Honestly do not know where to begin... I have been in the automotive sales industry and have seen all levels of practice. Juan Zamudio and his crew are 1st class PERIOD. His sales guys are ALL true gentlemen (I did not see lady sales personnel). No pressure at all and nothing other than finding the RIGHT car in the RIGHT price and they execute seamlessly. The Finance Manager is a great guy as well, precise, professional & personable. (If you ever want to see a show. Ask this guy for a signature. Its incredible what he does with a pen and paper LOL). I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey and we LOVE IT. Seriously though these guys are who you should do business with if you are looking for a fair deal with even the worst credit.A+

I was highly satisfied by the Service Department at Sames Honda, actually the entire dealership since the beginning. I have another make and model type of SUV and had taken it to them locally in the past. Not only did they keep my car for little over a week but the service was not satisfactory, my vehicle was not fixed and they even failed to place the cover to my engine back. Honestly, I did not know what to expect when I took my SUV to Honda but they took it in that morning, called me about the issue, called my extended warranty and had the vehicle back to me before 3 oclock. Best of all my vehicle is actually fixed. I was beyond impressed and highly recommend them to anyone who doubts their service capability.

I took my car for oil change. I was satisfied about the service. I was recommended about doing a power steering flush and the coolant system flush which both I gave the okay.Unfortunately, I wasnt informed about the 2 power steering lines that were recommended to be replaced. Since I didnt know about the lines, my car is still have the old two lines. I did get an estimate of the parts and labor and it was about the same amount I was about to pay for my oil change, power steering flush, and coolant flush.Since I couldnt do the two lines that day, I drove my car back home feeling worried.Anyway, hopefully next time I am advised with enough time.

Service was great while it lasted. Went in for an oil change and when leaving noticed a fluttering sound coming from one of the tires. It got noticeably louder driving on the street. I pulled over checked it out and noticed a body panel rivet. When I took it back which was in a span of 5mins the service rep automatically assumed I wanted a free service when it was obviously a rivet from the shop. In other terms I was told to screw myself and had to drive 5 miles on a flat tire to an actual tire shop to see if they can fix it. Like I said the service was great up until this incident and now I refuse to give my business here.

Very disappointed with the service department and especially with service advisor Gabriel. Gabriel does not know the meaning of customer service and professionalism. I needed an oil change and keep in mind they close at 4 pm only to be turned away by Gabriel at 2:40 pm. Now Gabriel you stated Well, we have been open since 7 am. You have the audacity to tell me, the customer, what to do with my time and with an assumption of me not having work today apparently. Richard the service manager was not to be found. Recommendation; Honda Sames Service department need quality service advisors. Gabriel is not one of them. Honda Sames definitely lost my business and a customer because of one employee. Side note, Wal-mart only needed 30 minutes to do the job.

I was personally called by a Sames Honda Representative to remind me of a recall on my 2013 Honda Pilot, since I had not made an appointment since I received my notification via mail. The rep was very courteous, accommodating, and professional. She went as far setting up for an appointment, once my vehicle was taken in, it was a matter of 1- 1 1/2 hours to replace. Always providing great service.

Salesman Rafael Ortega was very helpful, he explained us how to get our new car and guide us through the whole process. Its been a pleasure meeting him and all the Sames Honda personal. We were never left aside and were at all times taken care of. Thank you to Sames Honda for making it possible.

I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I came out with a ruined lug bolt. I installed after market lug nuts which they blamed for the mishap. I installed them by hand and had no problem. Im pretty sure the technician just forced the lug nut with the impact gun with screwing it in first. I was offered free labor but i had to buy the part. I felt helpless. I did not buy the part and i got sent off that way. Makes me not want to service my car there again.

It was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at Sames Honda. The service was good and service advisor Grabriel was very helpful. The only thing I did not like was that I got asked if my vehicle was purchased at Sames Honda. A Honda vehicle is a Honda regardless where the vehicle was purchased. I feel that the question is irrelevant. It really makes no sense. Does that mean that I or my vehicle will be treated or serviced differently? Just something to look into Sames Honda.

Oil change & multi point inspection. They marked good for all system boxes & tire was all the same. The air filter was full of bugs & dirty. 1 tire was just over a month old & tread is not the same as the other 3 tires. Showed filter & tire to service advisor with inspection report and confirmed it was wrong then walked away. Don’t call it an oil change & multi point inspection if you only do the oil change.
