AMAZING service. I went in nervous and worried and David took care of everything!!!! My car is in great shape now and i got a great deal. If you need tires, don’t go anywhere else. These guys are the best. I’m referring everyone here now.

Toribio - Was very atentive & provided EXCELLENT Customer Service; but some of the other CSRs leave much to be desired as far as Customer Service is concerned!!!When my daughter & I walked in, there was no one in sight; so I walked all the way to the back & Toribio was taking care of a customer, another rep was talking with a customer on the phone!!!In such a competitive market; Pep-Boys has room for improvement!They have the products; now they need more competitive pricing & the Customer Service Touch, to be OUTSTANDING!!!
This place save me by replacing a part when everyone else was either closed or wanted me to leave my vehicle for several days to even get checked. They replaced the part in a couple of hours and I was back on the road. Great people and great service!
Guys seem.to.be very helpful but slow on service. The store looks abandoned as only minimal services are provided there.Oh and No coffee in the prisión looking waiting room with 6ft cells. Lol

David the manager wanted to charge $120 for labor only to replace a battery on a RAM promaster 3500. Found a good honest guy to replace it for $50.Job was done in less than 20 minutes and its outrageous that Pep Boys wants $120 for under 30 minute job. Never go there.

Website shows they perform state inspections. Desk associate says they havent done them in years.
I came here to balance my tires before a trip to San Antonio and was told that two of my tires were out of round and that one of my wheels was bent and that all of these things needed replacing. I waited for over 2 hours for servicing. Once completed, I was told that there would be no charge since they couldnt balance the tires, so I was pretty stoked. What I was not expecting was for my TPMS system to immediately malfunction, for one of my mid-hub caps to randomly go missing, and for the lug nut key to my newer rims to go missing. No one else had access to my car since getting my new rims. Either some things vanished into thin air, which is magic, or someone took them. Im going with the latter. DONT GO HERE. Their mechanics will rob you blind. If you do go here, make sure to check/record everything before and after service. Im definitely reporting to the Better Business Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General.And if I get a response to please contact management about my poor experience, that is not good enough. A full reimbursement for my time and the things that magically vanished from my car would be more like it. Will follow up.

Made appt for 2:30, was out by 3:40. Great service. When arrived it was raining heavily; I left my water in truck; worker was kind enough to bring it to me.
If I could give this place a zero stars I would but unfortunately the app will not allow it. First of all, the Retail Store Manager is great and listens to his customers. The Service side on the other hand was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Whom ever the girl that works the service counter has to be the most unprofessional person working there. I went in for a nail in my tire. As I walked in I was not greeted and the girl at the counter saw me walked out went to talk to one of the techs there and walked back in and finally acknowledged me. I asked if I could have a tire fixed and she was very hesitant to answer me. Mind you I arrived before 5:30 PM which is 30 min prior to closing. She told me that she needed to ask the tech if he wanted to fix the flat because they were already closing and had already cleaned up. I let her know it was just a nail and I couldnt get it serviced because the other tire centers were closed. She asked me if it was on the side wall which it was not. She then proceeded to walk in and out asking myself and the tech questions. Finally I just let her know I can show him where the nail was. I have seen tires and had tires repaired closer to the side wall with no problem. The tech said that the tire was irreparable and needed a new tire. I can not see how a nail not in the side wall could not be repaired if it has been done for me in the past. What it seemed like to me was that the tech just did not want to do his job. Make me wonder how many other customers these two employees have turned away because of poor leadership and unprofessionalism. From my experience with these two employees that sparked me to speak with the Store Manager. I spoke with him, great guy and understanding. He said he was going to speak with the Service Manager and that he couldnt do anything because he was over that area. Wow, a Store Manager that cant even do his job because hes not over that area. The store manager should be allowed to have ultimate authority in his store. After I spoke to the Service Manager he asked if i could pass her to him. On the phone right there in front of the Store Manager and everyone else in the store starts telling the Service Manager that I was being rude and said a few other things about me as well. Well after an experience like that Im sure most people would be aggravated with being spoken to rudely and in an unprofessional manner. This stores Service Department needs to be examined by the Pep Boys Regional staff and restructured accordingly. The only way to do this is by eliminating the staff that does not want to work or treat their customers in a professional manner. I do not recommend the Service Department stay clear.
Everyone in service was great. Great conversationalists and very helpful. I got an oil change but every other auto service I called or stopped by in the area didnt have the oil filter for my car but Pep Boys did and they seemed eager to find one for me when I told them that no other auto place nearby could help me. I seriously talked to 4 of the staff there and they all helped me from a Pep Boys card discount off my service to pointing out the waiting room to a funny story about Las Vegas. Recommended.

This place is good for most items automotive. Some items can not be found however- one of them being lug nuts. Store never has anyone in front cashier checkout. Management could definitely prevent shrink numbers if there was always a presence at the entrance/exit of the store (cashier).
Went to Pep boys for an alignment and I was in and out rather quickly.
After spending more than $125 on a car battery (Champion) I already replaced it 3 times in less than 6 months. Without any explanation or apology for the inconvenience to having to go back and spending a whole day waiting for the battery to get replaced, the sales person just said that batteries come defective too! Horrible customer service...Definitely not going back!
People are complaining about this place, Pep boys apologizing to the people,and the service is the same, really...upgrade your personal Pep Boys make a positive difference, and people will say good things and they will come back and they will bring more business to your door.For the record, I prefer Pep Boys over many other places even after my experience.Order, discipline and information is needed in some Pep Boys locations.I like this location, nice guy the service manager, I cant say the same about the guy that change the oil on my van, he rushed didnt pay attention and bend happened,information, asking is not a shame, asking is knowing how and what to do about.Many bad things can be prevented and many complaints eliminated.Keep up with the good work, Pep Boys.

Waiting hours and hours just to fix a small hole in. The tires
I set an appointment for an allignment at 1 PM, dropped off my vehicle, and walked to a restaurant to wait for their call. Walked back 3 and a half hours later worried because I hadnt been called. Found out they had completely forgotten about my vehicle. Instead of being sincerely sorry, the manager seemed frustraded that I was upset. She grudgingly gave me a tiny discount. This experience doesnt deserve even a single star, but that is unfortunately not an option.
Dont Go!! The first time I took my car for service they changed my brakes but didnt tighten them, leaving the whole inside of my rim damaged from the brake pad scraping on it. I had to end up placing the brake in its place which defeats the purpose of having gone for service. THE SECOND TIME i went I decided to just do an oil change. The guys at pep boys tightened the oil plug so much that nobody could take it off, I went to another shop and they had to break it in order to drain the oil. Just dont go to pep boys.

Horrible place, was there for a quick trip to pick some paint for a small project. Spent maybe 2mins looking for the paint, and 30mins at the unattended register before I walked out. Didnt see one single employee.
Brought my vehicle for an oil change and the lady receiving the vehicles at the front desk was courteous. I was disappointed however when she had to tell the technician in the shop to work my car when he was sitting down and eating his flammimg hot Cheetos and cheese after she saw I was looking through the glass waiting.

Had an appointment for an oil change a 7pm, called around 5pm to see if I could move the appointment to 6pm the guy on the phone said yes. Got here at 550pm. Didnt get truck pulled into the bay tell 713pm. If you couldnt get the truck in early when asked, no is an acceptable answer. I wouldnt of come in tell 7. No reason to lie.

Hate to say it but the service sucked,travel p 70 miles to pepboys to just to pay 50 bucks,lost a hole day and nothing gets done then get home and a friend fixes it in 30 min. Management step in you just lost a customer well a few from what I saw, I had to help put the covers on the dash a customer

Im from Corpus and came to visit family in Laredo and I noticed I needed tires on my suv so I bought 4 new tires and got a wheel alignment. 4 months down the road one of the tire wall messed up and called in for the warranty in corpus. They told me they dont carry them tires and I had to come all the way to Laredo to get a new one so I did and just to find out i had to pay $138 after I had bought warranty and I had paid $174 when I first got them. Their warranty sucks. Ill just stick to Discount tires. They have a better selection and way better warranty $7 and I get a new one.SmhThanks pepboys for nothing

Dont trust pep boys because the mechanic unscrewed my brake line to the brake caliper and he wanted to scam me to fix it and basically charging me $200 to just screw it back.

On Friday April 21, 2017 at about 6:30 pm, I was refused an oil change because there were four cars ahead of me. Pep Boys cant do more than 4 oil changes in 90 minutes? Not going back.
