Husband and I have been coming to Cruz auto glass since early 2000s. Great service, affordable price for windshield replacement. If you stay and wait for your vehicle he usually takes no more than 1hr 30min.

Great price for window regulator replacement and really fast installation. Left my car there and called me it was ready in 45 minutes.

My window was shattered on the highway when I went for a vacation outside of the US..had to store my vehicle since I don’t live anywhere near Texas. I called them a week early before my return they got everything ready and as soon as I got back they took care of me very professional, quick and windshield looks phenomenal! I highly recommend these guys.

Place isn’t as it once was back in the day. Owner doesn’t go anymore basically workers run the place get there late and attend to there own needs first instead of customers. I had windshield repairs done before and have noticed they break the plastic vehicle moldings on sides of glass. Plastic moldings that run to the roof blame it on “sun and age of vehicle”. Those plastic moldings run about $70 each side from factory plus the missing clips is about $20. Workers than rig it with black silicone adhesive to make it stick. You will be missing plastic screw clips that go on bottom near windshield wipers under the hood. When you take it back to get it fixed the proper way workers play dumb and really don’t want to fix it properly so nothing gets done even with new parts. Very disappointed with Cruz Auto Glass. Take your business elsewhere avoid the hassle.

My window broke Tuesday,I went to the shop and they needed to order that part ....told me to come the next day early morning,and it took less than an hour to install....quick and efficient service....I highly recommend this place....very good service as well.

This place has very good prices on personal & commercial vehicle glass. The owner & crew are very customer courteous.The best way to get work done is to leave your vehicle there.Expect work to take two hours or more. Regardless of whether you made an appointment or not. You may be told it will take a shorter period of time, but some installers have to also answer the phone, take payments, etc.Like any shop, the place may still have work from the previous day or they may have overbooked the same appointment time. Similar to what doctors & airlines do.If you get the first appointment when they open, be flexible. Or leave the vehicle there. Several cars were already ahead of me, even though I had the first appointment.Check in on them after 2 or 3 hours. You may be told we will call you when your vehicle is done but its not a guarantee.

Full windshield replacement was perfect. Great customer service. Very accommodating to me and my two little children that joined me in the waiting room. From start to finish, it took less than an hour. I would recommend!

Very false who ever gave them good reviews probably know them they stole from my vehicle!!! And the things they stole where in glove compartment they where gonna replace my windshield not go threw my vehicle!

Just dropped off my 2016 Toyota Tacoma, which unfortunately got a big crack in the windshield recently. The guys at Cruz Auto Glass were really professional, and the process of getting the repair set up and completely was incredibly easy. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Originally wanted a Pilkington, was offered a PPG, and was absolutely fine with that. Long story short, however, owner was able to find me a Pilkington and surprised me with it when I arrived to pick up the truck. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

Highly recommend! They did a great job replacing my front windshield on my 2017 Toyota Sienna. After it was shatterd while driving by a flying object.Im not from around here so I was skeptical about quality of work and product. I was happily surprised cant recommend them enoug and price was very reasonable compared to other places I looked up.
