Personally have not had an issue here. Gentlemen with cap and a ton of patches at customer service/special order counter has an attitude problem. Other than that great place and great prices.
Picking up some paint, lighting and smart things for The Lounge.Service was quick in paint department. Picked up 2 gallons for a project were working on. They got us our paint in no time!We were then able to go to checkout where a human person was able to take care of us!Defintely would recommend you going here over WALMART just for this simple reason!
We bought a washer and had Very bad service everyone seems to be lost. We asked a lady to help us, but she had attitude and wouldnβt listen. didnβt have any help to put our washer in our truck and us girls had to carry it and load it .

I donβt know if this lady is a manager or not but this her name tag or whatever is βminiβ she has short hair color brownish was being rude to us and to other clients. I watched her speak only English to clearly some people who didnβt know how to speak English. Why get a job where you wonβt even be nice to the people ? I had to go through three different managers and they still didnt honor the extended return policy they gave. In fact the first tried to get me to pay more money for a new generator or to have the one that was defective fixed. They refused to reimburse me for the $150 dollars of spoiled food I had to through out as I didnt have power for 2 weeks. In addition, they tried to tell me that I had to use the manufacturers warrenty first before using the Home Depot return policy which wouldnt be possible as the return policy is for 30 days and 180 days. The last manager I spoke with did set up the getting my generator sent to the shop here in Laredo to be fixed without my having to pay for it as it was under a 3 year warrenty, plus having it delivered to my home once it was fixed; however that wont be for 3 to 4 weeks and Im still without power until then. I also discovered they did not give my veterans discount the day I bought the generator. At this time I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy any kind of power equipment at Home Depot as they dont honor their return policy or the extended return policy which I have on the machine.
In a time of need due to this winter weather hitting Laredo hard it was amazing to see Home Depot having an organized aisle in the plumbing department. Practice social distance A+ and having people in that area to help out those that needed help so desperately. Great thinking on one of the workers to suggest other items to complete a task when they were out of the piece we needed.

Its not every day, but, today an employee from Home Depot, Laredo, Texas, made my day by helping me find what I needed in the Paint Dept. He was helping me and others. All Right, Home Depot. I was looking for rags and cleaners and because of him I was in and out.

This is the 1st Home Depot where I cant find what I need. I ask 2 different employees for an item and one says Huh ? And the other says I dont know what that is. I told him its an Electrical Cord. Wow.... This is what happens when you dont stay in school & Mama and are still taking care of you.
Home depot always has what I need to complete a home project. Especially when it comes to answers. A knowledgeable staff of employees make the difference. Im currently enjoying my new water spout in my back patio.

Went to return some merchandise that was not used. However, the person there was very rude. Ive been in other Home Depot store out of Laredo and the people there are very polite and helpful. Not in Laredo, Texas. They seem to be bothered by every person that goes into the store. The owners need to meet with the employees plus the managers. Mangers get annoyed when someone tries and complains about being mistreated by the employees.

Being new to the whole DIY thing Ive found that I get a bit over whelmed when navigating around unfamiliar stores and picking put products. But, the employees at home depot are super helpful. Especially, David in paint he was amazing and super friendly definitely will be continuing to take my business to home depot.
Five different people tried to make simple key on key-machine. And they did not succeed. At the same time, I received five different explanations, why they cannot do the key. Although the explanation should be one, mentally infallible people are trying to do what they do not know.Finally, Maria from department 12 (thank you!!!) did it. It took 1 min, without any explanation and questions !

Is the Best Hardware Store in laredo, they have the best Tools & Lumberyard, The Only Problem is That They Dont have Plenty Employees, One Guy from plumbing Department has to Attend 5 Costumers at the time Pretty much & From 3 Different Departments!!! They are Treated like Slaves Pretty much, Running from one Department to another one.. if you Go to home Depot Anywhere else You will See The HUGE Difference, They have 3 or more people for Every Department, Not just one for 2 or 3 Departments..

Requested help from a random employee who was walking by since no one was around aisle 6 to help with my electrical needs. He kindly paged a lady by the name of Griselda since that was not his dept. We waited for 15 minutes and the lady Griselda never showed up. I went to the other electrical aisle looking for her and she was looking down on her phone. I asked if she was Griselda and she turned to look at me and with a mad face said yes. I mentioned to her we had pages her and were still waiting for her. She said she didnβt hear the page and told me sheβd meet me there. Still had to wait for her a few more minutes and she finally shows up. She didnβt even let us speak and she said they didnβt Cary the panel we were looking for. Had to go to Loweβs and found the panel we needed. Seriously you should have some customer service training for this lady.

As a contractor, theyre not reliable for material. If you need to place an order it is always best to place at least a week in advance, and even then its rarely that theyll have it ready on time. Dont even think about picking up material on the weekends because youll be waiting for an online order that you placed a week ago for 5 hours while the loaders are too busy on their phones and talking amongst each other what their plans are. Once they actually do load your vehicle they will load it whichever way they dont have to hassle even if that means the weight is uneven. Managers are almost unreachable in the weekends as well. The only reason why they get 3 stars is because during the week the people at customer service and Pro Desk try their best to help you out as fast as they can.

There wasnt anybody at the key center, I stood up 25 minutes waiting for an associate to show up after i brought it to the attention of 2 other employees. When someone finally came to try to help me, they could not make the key copy.

Horrible customer service in the lumber dept. i but my lumber 2-3 times. A week here since here is the only place they carry one specific measurement i need. Always the kids working there are rude as hell never want to help load even though i used to give them a tip thinking that would help which it did not. Also when i need some wood cut its like asking for the world. They will not help you unless they are paged when you shoe them your reciept they dont care. They put the wood that i need in the racks and dont care. They dont take off the metal strpa s holding it down. They just maybe need a better leader in that area since the paint area that i also use are grwat at attemding us.

We purchased a new refrigerator at the store and they were able to deliver it after a few days. The lady was extremely nice and called to let me know they were on their way. The 3 delivery guys were able to fit the refrigerator through the door by removing the fridge doors and just made everything work. Funny guys and very professional. I did not get the names but they provided a great service. I highly recommend the delivery service. πππππ

Service is beginning to improve. Merchandise is now been put back in shelves and neatly organize. Salespersonnel being more helpful. Several times in the past I had to call the store manager as employees refuse to help because they said they had too many customers. But I saw them standing about waiting for the customer to decide what they wanted. Employees needed better training. It all reflects management, from the top to the store level. I had stopped for a long time.

This Home Depot always seems like it is not very well stocked as other places. I tried to but HUE light bulbs and they didnt had any, considering it is a popular item, only available online or even told me to go elsewhere to find them. The prices are ok, but sometimes you need to visit Lowes as well and you might find what you need.
The staff has always been extremely helpful. On 8/7/15 an experienced young lady in the flooring dept had my mouth drop. Wow, very impressive. She knew exactly what she was saying n what I needed. Thumbs up to her for customer satisfaction!!!!
