Dont waste your time w FedEx 2124 Grand Avenue Laramie Wyoming they r only a print shop and sell boxes if u have a FedEx issue or want to track a package they give u a runaround or disconnect your phone call or transfer u to a wrong department they answer your question with a question are sarcastic to you so if they r only a print shop then they should take FedEx off their door and only advertise as a print shop the girl I spoke to there was so sarcastic then when I spoke to a manager he was worse they also raised their prices and used covid as a scapegoat as the reason why. I will not do business there again I will continue to drive right by. The last time I went there they wanted to charge me over twenty cents to make one copy I had to get multiple copies and it would have cost me quite a bit of money for what I needed so I declined. Another time I went there they gave me dirty looks as if to say they are better than me. Sorry I dont think so. Dont do business there its a waste of time and you dont get the results you need.
Jon was so helpful is getting wedding programs printed last minute. He made sure everything was what we wanted and even resized files for us. He was friendly and created them so quickly. Thank you!
The post office part of it is just wonderful! Its the receiving end of it thats annoying, the drivers mark packages as delivered as there placed on the truck! So you never actually know when or if youll get your packages. Your supposed to mark as delivered, when its delivered! Its irritating waiting an extra 2 days on a package that said it was delivered, and its unsafe if a package was lost!
I’d like to share my awesome short experience. I’m a tow truck driver with two little kids. I’m not a planner, I mostly do things last minute. I took my lunch break, and order the Minecraft cake. I had a last minute call and was able to get to FedEx after my tow to get an image printed to take back to the cake decorator. Cory, I think the manager, was so helpful. Helped me email the image that I didn’t even know we could do, pleasant and helped me in my unorganized state. A crucial step in many to help have my 5 year old a great 5th birthday. I don’t know why reviews are average because I had stellar customer service at my last minute. Thank you Cory!!!!
Cole and Arsenio are always so helpful and kind. I have a wonderful experience every time I come in! Even when I asked for them to prepackaged some fragile items, they did it so well and they got to their destination in one piece! I will always use them for my printing and shipping from now on.

I was running a small online store for about 5 years before I shipped 2 packages domestically FedEx and had to close because of their charges. First off let me say that the employees at my local FedEx are amazing. They are hard working, helpful and I enjoyed talking with them. But in October I had sold 2 items, a printer and a vacuum. I ship off package weight and dimensions. Ebay has me enter a package weight and dimensions, which unless i package all my inventory before a sale, I have to make an educated guess based off the items weight, and thr box I will ship in. This has always worked well. Usually i add several pounds to my larger items and most times I already have the box I will likely ship in. In October I sold a 1950s Vacuum and a home printer. I packaged it and took it to FedEx. I know my dimensions where right on and I added 5 lbs to the printer and 7 to the vacuum to account shipping weight. My eBay store has pretty consistent fees and they cost me around $200 monthly. We i was at the store buying shipping supplies and my card was declined. I looked and Ebay charged me $874 for the month of October. I called ebay and found my monthly fees were still around $200, but those 2 packages had nearly $700 in shipping charges (both together where estimated to cost approx $80 to ship. If you didnt know, you dont pay for a FedEx label until after your item is shipped. After it arrives, thats when you get your FedEx bill applied to your ebay account. Once your item is delivered there is nothing you can do to change this charge and customer support will not budge on this.) Customer support couldnt/wouldnt tell me how much difference I had for dimensions or weight and it wasnt possible to track down the packages to prove anything. I know i wasnt over 5 lbs overweight if at all over. (I dont know what they claimed either package was.) But the still charged me almost $700 to ship 2 packages domestically. My store was growing since covid hit because i was spending a lot more time running it because this was my main income source. But I didnt have enough money to cover this and stay in operation. I do not recommend using fedex. If you have a store use usps. They will return your package if either the weight or dimensions are off which allows you to correct it or take it to the post office to show them their mistake. FedEx had zero interest in helping me with this or even setting up a payment plan. This is a sneaky company that doesnt care about their customers and whos only interest is their bottom line. I will never use them for any future shipping

I needed science fair posters printed for my students (36X48). The staff assisted me in making sure the posters were professional, formatted correctly and color corrected. We were traveling from six hours away and needed to pick up the posters and have them ready to go. The staff called me a few times after receiving the emailed posters just to clarify a few things about the order. I was impressed by all the staff at the center and their genuine interest in making sure my students projects were the best they could be. I will definitely be using their services again!
They were very helpful. Called me as soon as my online order was ready, an hour before I had said Id be picking it up. They were super friendly and helped me cut the cards down to size on the paper cutter there.
Ive been in twice this week trying to track down a package, and while I have not been successful, I recieved great customer service from Arsenio who was working both those times. He is a polite, respectful and empathetic young man!
Called 10-23-19 10:30ish am to get pricing to print business cards. Guy on phone told me obscure pricing and then said You dont wanna do that, its too expensive. Cannot be good for business, having this guy there!
Not happy, ordered a product. Had it shipped through fedex ground. I had it delivered to where I work to prevent it from getting stolen. The supposed day it was delivered and time scanned was when I was at work. I did receive a small package for the business I work for but not my personal package. No other employee was around to accept the package just me. I filed a claim and was told I would be contacted later that day with some information. Several days go by with no call,email, or even a text. I call back for an update. Nothing had been done. Now it has been almost 2 weeks since it was delivered with no resolve in sight. Really disappointed in how things get handled. Im glad that what I need is not time sensitive.

Went in for a very last minute print job. Staff was helpful and fast. Left ten minutes later with a perfect print job in hand.

It is true they will try to sell you unnecessary services during shipment. Their customer service is lousy. Every time that certain manager is around the service drops below average. The employees are really just following orders they cant be blamed entirely but partially. Its mainly the manager.
Terrible customer service and they will rip you off at ever turn. there is a reason you can print labels from your home and/or busniess and yet they cant accept anything unless they packaged it themselve so regardless of what you do there gunna charge you outracously for an overpriced box, go through your personal things your shipping, and treat you like your a complete moron in the progess. if at all possible avoid this place, if not dont let them screw you over and tell them to just do there job and accept your prepackaged boxs
