This is my GO TO dessert spot. No kidding, they have the best of the best here at their bakery! If you havent already you MUST stop by and try one of their delicious desserts and cakes....Plus they have licorice, swedish candies, coffee, etc. All kinds of things!

Fantastic SWEDISH Bakery! Only thing missing were the Cinnamon Buns. We found all our Favorite Abba Herrings, AnchoviesQueens Preserves, & 8 Assorted Fresh Baked Swedish Pastries that were all FANTASTIC!! LOVED IT! Make A Visit!!

I went twice and the shelves were empty both times.There was 2 feet large mold spot on the shelf just behind the counter almost touching the cakes boxes...if they dont care about it I dont dare thinking whats in the kitchen.I wonder how they can still be open with only 4 or 5 choices of croissant/macarons

I was blown away by this little hole in the wall bakery shop. The service was extremely friendly and informative, the owner offering samples of various items while explaining their significance in Swedish Culture. They make everything fresh with no preservatives and the flavor only benefits as a result, everything I tasted was magnificent, and what I purchased was even more fantastic. The cheesecake was flavorful but light, not overpowering and simple, with just some chocolate on the edge and a couple fresh raspberries to compliment. One of the diamonds in the rough, I think was the passionfruit beignet. While checking out at the register I heard the lady mention them to another couple in the bakery saying they had them for only 75 cents. My ears instantly perked up at the flavor combination So I just could not pass it up, and I very thankfully purchased one. I have no idea why, but that flavor combination was something special.

Their pastries and sandwiches served hot and cold delicious. You have to try it to appreciate.

Visited West Palm for a graduation and found this little treasure! The fruit slices are AMAZING and I am truly sad there isnt anything close to the taste here in Orlando.

Very disappointed with the quality of the cake that I ordered for my son‘s first birthday. More than a month in advance I went to the bakery with my wife and I showed them a picture of what we were looking for. When we went to go pick up the cake today the quality of the cake looks like it was done by a home baker that was just starting out. Parts of it were missing, the cake was dry, and the quality of The fondant work was really subpar.I addressed this with the baker, with the intention to see if he could fix the issues and his immediate response was just give him his money back. I took my money I took the cake and brought it home to my wife. Needless to say my wife was not too happy when she saw the quality of the work. It’s really disappointing when you try to put something together for your son first birthday and a bakery does a lazy job.It was very obvious that the cake was rushed and was not done properly. It is my opinion that if there is another option to choose for a bakery I highly recommend you should elsewhere.

WHAT an AMAZING experience, everything in this place was just perfect 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰From the outside seating tables and the welcome from sarah. She was super amazingly helpful and answer all the questions, trust me she can sell you the entire pastry shop lol, THE PRICES are so affordable we got to see other employees and all with a smile such welcome place to go.We really enjoyed so much our very first visit here and most definitely will be BACK next time we around the area.

If you come in often enough and the staff will learn your name. Eva is my favorite person there. The food is authentic and delicious. There is sweet, salty, and savory pastries, bread and things. Along with a wall of candies, and fresh coffee. They have a little bit of everything there. One small table on the inside, and two outside. No matter the atmosphere of the little bakery will keep you coming back

Polar Bakery is the best bakery we have found in Palm Beach county! Our family has been getting birthday cakes from them for 5 years, and they are always excellent. Also, they have excellent fresh bread and bakery.

One of the very few places that offer fresh pastries and absolutely delicious cakes. If you live in South Florida this is definitely the place to order your next cake from! I have always had a positive experience with Polar Bakery. Their cakes are so moist. They use fresh fruit and custard filling and that makes the difference. The Princess Torta is my absolute favorite! Highly recommended 👍🏼

Everything here is made by hand using REAL butter. Custom cakes as well. Their croissants do not need any additional butter or jam. They serve breakfast sandwiches as well. It is pricey compared to Walmart or Publix bakeries but you get what you pay for.

Adorable little place. Phenomenal pastries, so glad I could find a place with traditional Swedish desserts, and then even have a few hot lunch options and a decent sized import grocery good selection. Only a couple tables for seating, so mostly to go, but definitely worth a visit!

What an awesome little gem I just found! We walked in 4 minutes before closing time on a Saturday, expecting being rushed. Instead, the lady at the counter was super nice (I wish I asked for her name!) We tried several bakery items, all were amazing! My favorite (so far) was the Budapest cake but we are coming back to try the rest.Don’t miss this place if you are in the area!

We wanted to order a regular sized chocolate cake for a males birthday 28-hours in advance. They wouldnt take the order and said we could only take the already made Princess Cake. 🤦 So we got a great fresh and delicious(and much cheaper) chocolate ganache cake at a supermarket... 🤷

My first time here and I will definitely be a returning customer! I came with my parents that were in town and we got a little bit of everything and we definitely were not disappointed! Gavin was behind the counter and SUPER nice and helpful and put up with my dads humor! We barely made it to the car without tearing open our box and tasting the rum balls! Soooo good!!!

Pastry is like the old fashioned Swedish bakery. My favorite is Drommar cookies...yummy. Princess cake looks like the photo in Swedish cook books. They have limpa bread for those who know what it is. I would like to find einkorn???? bread. I forgot to ask if they make it.

Definitely the best bakery in town and possibly in all of Palm Beach County if not all of Florida. I consider myself a bakery aficionado, so the bar is pretty high for me. Polar has raised the bar. Every item I have tried I will repeat. Enjoy!!!!

I love that this place is Scandinavian, it’s not something you usually find in South Florida. Baked goods are great, prices are very reasonable, and they have authentic European candies, sodas etc.

This was a nice surprise. Warm, friendly, inviting service. Primarily a bakery for takeout purchased, but they have fresh coffee and a few small tables inside and out for those who want to stay and visit for a while. Free WiFi, too.

I was here today. Delicious fresh food, good prices, nice people! There were also some Finnish coffee and chocolate.Design is cool too, with polar bears.

I want to start with the good. I have not had anything bad tasting at this bakery. Everything is delicious and my family and friends adore this bakery. My favorites are the fruit slices, raspberry squares, the danishes and of course the princess torta. Now for the bad. I ordered 2 cakes for the same week, picked up a few days apart. Both cakes were 50% cream. When I went to pick up the second cake I mentioned this to the owner who said its mainly a cream based cake and the humidity affects it. No amount of humidity would ADD cream to a cake AND the slices in the display dont have anywhere near as much cream. The second cake I paid an extra $5 to add flavoring, which was not there. At all. Now I dont care about $5 but its the principle. When I pay extra for something I expect it to be there, not to mention my friend was excited to try it with flavoring. If we had not just had another cake 2 days previously I may not have noticed. I think its a shame that this bakery is taking advantage of people and not giving them what they paid for. I will continue to purchase things from the display however I really dont recommend ordering cakes from here any more as the owner is scamming people, letting you pay for the cake and then getting mostly cream.Edited: I will cede to them the limoncello, as the owner is correct, marzipan and the raspberry are very strong flavors and may overpower it. However, I called you scammers due to the cream. I purchased 2 cakes from you last year that did not have half of the amount of cream, so saying that is how they are made is not an acceptable answer, as in the past I purchased without that much cream.

Fresh breads, love their Musli bread. Their cookies and cakes and fruit tart are great. We go their frequently.

It all started after shooting pool at Kellys in the same plaza..I was craving for sweets.then comes to the turn we saw the sign that said POLAR BAKERY.so I told my boyfriend to stop and lets go in to see what they have.we came in and BAM! Great selections of sweets.most of it we didnt know but the lady was nice enough to tell us whats in each one of them..I fell in love with their key lime tart. And my boyfriend loved the peanut butter fudge brownie..within that week.I stopped by like 3 times.brought my co worker there also.she loved the pizza custard one. Lol our new favorite spot! ❤️

For all our family birthdays, we order the princess cake made with a marzipan frosting! Its absolutely delicious! The cake is one of our favorite cakes, and this place keeps us connected to our Swedish roots, food and culture.

They have amazing sweet as well as savory pastries, licorice and Swedish foods. We went there for a light lunch and coffee.
