This location is absolutely awful. My mother just moved into a new apartment and looked to this rent-a-center to help her get a jump start on moving in. A week later after getting her new couches they show up at her door asking for money that she didn’t even owe yet!! The man AND the manager were very rude and did not offer any type of compensation for the stressful situation. The man also made a joke out of the whole situation and didn’t make it any better. They were so quick to take the couches instead of offering the CUSTOMERS a reliable solution but instead we had to pay money we didn’t owe and the man left without even admitting he was in the wrong. Awful place!!

HORRIBLE AD UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS TRAVELING AND SICK, THEY COULD NTO REACH ME FOR A COUPLE WEEKS, LITERALLY TRACKED DOWN MY LANDLORD TO TRY AND FIND ME, EMBARRESSING! THRREATENING TO TAKE FURNITURE BACK. ANOTHER INCIDENT, HAD SOMEONE VISITING AND A DRIVER SHOWED UP UNNANNOUNCED, POUNDING ON THE FRONT DOOR, LOOKING INTO WINDOW OF KITCHEN, SCARED THE PERSON . WHEN I COMPLAINT, I WAS ASKED IF I LEFT A YOUNG CHILD ALONE. COMMUNICATION IS POOR TOO.SEVERAL OTHER INCIDENTS BUT I AM SURE, YOU HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION TO CONCLUDE A DECISION.

Everyone who has had a bad experience here needs to report these people already to a better business Bureau I will be doing so I had a terrible experience today I called as early as when the store opened to ask what time they would possibly be bringing me my bed they then let me know it will be arriving around four and six. 6 o’clock came around I made another phone call spoke to who I believe is the manager I’m not sure I will find out tomorrow but his voice is very distinct and I asked all of which times I stated my address and my full name he said that my bed was out for delivery 46 minutes passed by and they still where not there... I know that the store isn’t that far so I called again before the store closed only to find out that it’s scheduled for the next day between two and six now which she then tried to lie and said yes I remember speaking to you and telling me that it was for tomorrow. Which was a bold face lie they should not be treating the customers who have already paid and scheduled time out of their day to receive a delivery something needs to be done about this and again if youve had a terrible experience such as myself today on top of the fact I threw my bed out this morning.. I urge you to make a review and more than anything report them to the Better Business Bureau !

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I should’ve known when I went into the store and kept having to wait wow the employee took care of other people while I was trying to do my application and make my payment, that it was going to be a bad experience all together. I think her name is Alberta, but she continues to argue with me on the phone and has even hung up on me. Ive never had a bug problem before, but since receiving their furniture, I keep finding roaches in my house! All I want is for them to come get this bedroom furniture out of my house and they claim they told me I had to give 72 hours notice for a pick up but no one ever did. Then they scheduled to come pick it up yesterday, but no one ever showed or called. I called the office today and they said someone was supposed to call me to reschedule. Now they’re supposed to come get it today. I guess we’ll see.

Rented a bed and a living room set from them my card got stolen so I was two days behind and they charge me a late fee . Don’t rent from them at all the furniture is not worth what they are charging interest fees only part of your money go towards your payment like $12

If I could review this -5 stars I would. Simply because the name suggests having a center to rent. It was embarrassing realizing that in-store, so I had to bear the shame of knowing I will never truly find my center on my walk out. As a customer this is a feeling I dont want to endure.

I dont like this place.They charge by the week for furniture and electronics. When you ad up the price for what your getting, you are over paying by alot. This makes it worse for people to afford anything and you dont even keep it. You have to give it back. Basically after 6 months of paying your weekly payments,it would be paid in full, but you have to keep paying because you are renting it. You are better off saving up your money and then go purchase your furniture.

The older African American lady at this store is plan rude. I went in to purchase a livingroom set for my mother. I told her ehat i was looking for and how Id like to purchase it. She quickly cut me off and said beforebi shpw you anything i need to know what you can afford. I said it really depends on what you have available. She said if you cant tell me what your budget is dont waste my time. I then told her she didnt have to be nasty. She rolled her eyes and grunted, Then walked away.

It was a nightmare dealing with this store and continues to be. I am now going to let them take me to court if they want their furniture back. Do not use this store for anything!

Paying a zillion bucks for a washer...gotta do what ya gotta do

The Manager of the store is ignorant rude and has no sympathy. They gave me a box spring which ended up having bed bugs. I called to report the incident and approached with disrespect.

They are harassing my references for an account that is not even late yet they have different employees calling because none of them are on the same page
