Very pleased with the staff at the Lansdale store. They went out of their way to help me get what I needed at the best price. Very friendly too! Will definitely go back to the Lansdale store before I got to another SW store that is closer to me.

I love Sherwin-Williams paint - its quality is outstanding, and I never have issues with coverage, hiding, staining, etc. This has become my go-to location, as the staff (shout out to Jeff and Frank!) is fantastic. Plainly put Sherwin Williams paint is of excellent quality. Much better than any other paint we have tried. For that reason we dont even consider going to another place. Furthermore, the associates are always so helpful and I confidently ask them questions knowing they can answer them with experience and knowledge. This is true for every associate I have dealt with.

It was my first time in the store for many years. I only visit when I need deck products. This time we are hiring a contractor and they use Sherwin Williams stains so I stopped in to my locate Lansdale store. I received assistance from Arese who provided me with pamphlets in order to decided on a deck color. He was very helpful and polite and a pleasure to work with. I will be returning to select a stain soon.

Alan was so incredibly helpful each time I was in. I bought a gallon of color that ended up not being what I imagined. When I went back in he added color to get the exact shade I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!

Only had one person working the store, mixing paint and ringing people out. However, it is very obvious theyre looking for people to work there. Have signs saying theyre hiring. Friendly guy behind the counter, very helpful.

This has got to be one of the worst Sherwin Williams stores that I have ever been in.They sold me faulty used equipment. When I ask to speak with the manger. He never came out to speak with me instead he hide in the back. I asked the associate to have him call me.I am still waiting for the call..The accounting department is dysfunctional and inept to do there job as well.The front door has a survey where you can save $10 if you explain why Home Depot paints is better then Sherwin Williams...I do know that a manager from Home Depot would have the testicular fortitude to speak with me..Don’t waste your time.. The paint not that good.. The pricing are horrible and the associates don’t last for more then a few months cause management and corporate pay then slave wages..PPG paints is where I am going from now.Thank you for saving me money from now on.

Most helpful paint people ive ever met

I had the absolute worst experience at this store. I hope that I never have to go there again!It all started with the guy in front of me needing 3 cans of paint that they hadnt unpacked yet. The little blonde idiot behind the counter literally told him that he didnt feel like looking for it.I finally made it to the counter just as a second customer was walking in the door. The blonde idiot behind the counter turned away from me and started taking that guys order! I demanded that I be taken care of first because I was there first. I was told that that didnt matter.It took 45 minutes to process the other customers order. He made it out the door before I was finally able to get my paint on the counter.Please go to the store in Harleysville. They are so nice and professional. Dont waste your time with those idiots in Lansdale!
