DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FOR DELIVERY! Wish I could give zero. Essentially I ordered furniture for same-day delivery online. The order was placed on a Tuesday and the site blocked off delivery until a Thursday. Weird but thats fine, took off time from work as it stated a delivery window of 9AM to 9PM. I received email confirmations from Big Lots the furniture was ready for delivery and I should hear from a 3rd party delivery service. Come the Thursday for delivery. I heard nothing so I call the store. Told I need to contact the 3rd party delivery, but I have not received a name, a phone number or email so there is no possible way to reach out. They then transfer me to who I assume is in the furniture dept. Representative states the same thing but again I do not have contact information at all so how do I reach out. I asked the representative if they can provide the contact information. Turns out Big Lots has no idea. They could not provide a phone number or email. Only a name. The representative attempted to find a phone number or any contact information but could not. Do Not buy furniture for delivery. Only for pick up.

I like this store for all the mid priced items! Love their spices...french fry seasoning is great on anything especially potato salad ! Try it !!!!!

Well-stocked good variety plenty of parking fast service but I was very surprised over how expensive they suddenly are with items that I was able to pick up further down the road but half the price

This place barely has anything in there, on the shelves or floor to b bought. We get it there is a pandemic still happening but its like a ghost store. At the entrance is packed with a bunch of stuff and as you walk to the back is empty.

If you remember the former Big Lots (think back a year or more) and were a little disappointed with quality, layout, or cleanliness, give this store another look. It has been totally refreshed with an expanded furniture and decor section along with all the seasonal items youve come to expect at Big Lots. I was pleasantly surprised ... and we walked out with a great quality, very reasonable mattress! (Thanks again Adam ... you and the team were very helpful!) This isnt your get everything here store, but for the right items, they are a great store. Check them out!

I use to frequent Big Lots, but lately Im finding better prices at Lidls and Dollar Tree, especially for household stuff such as detergent, bleach, paper towels.

This is a terrific resource for reasonably priced basic food, kitchen & bath supplies, pet supplies and some indoor and outdoor furnishings.

Big lots can be great.Not great when they only have 1 of what your looking for, and spend 100.00 getting stuff you didnt know you needed.. lol

Could use a good cleaning. Staff could be more responsive.

Cleaner than it used to be, but not well stocked. Its a place where you get what is available but dont count on getting everything you need in one trip. Still some good deals to be found.

The service was ok. But I had to use the restroom and I was appalled by the cleanliness of the bathroom. Dirt rings in the sink. Dirt marks rolling down the wall.

Mostly furniture at this location, its larger than some other stores in this chain. However, they dont offer the same savings they once did. We were specifically looking for a triple wick outdoor citronella candle and we did find a few here, but believe it or not, our wall store was much cheaper (by about 40%!). Even our local lowes beat these prices, but some of their name brands furniture was priced under what we could find at other chains! These stores usually sell discontinued (color changes, styles, etc.) Furniture at a discounted price, but recently prices have been on the rise and these discount stores are no exception. Even our local Ollies has been on the decline....

A lot of good deals. Most everything we needed was in stock. Wish when they have the K-cups on sale, they would have more decaf on sale. For us who can only drink decaf.

Just about anything you need for the home, priced friendly to the family budget in a store not too huge to shop on your lunch break. Displays always changing keeping it interesting. Great sales.

Happened to show up on the Friends and Family day where everything was an additional 20% off. Their normal prices are pretty decent, but with the sale it was even better. They carry a variety of store brand and name brand products. I would say the store seems smaller than other Big Lots and could be cleaner.

Spent 45 minutes waiting and dealing with 3 employees since Big Lots did not want to honor their own gift card. Was until the end when the manager showed up to honor the gift card I had and that the only employee with common sense (Antonio) verified for me. Even another customer got involved. Do NOT get gift cards from this place. It was not about the amount but the principal of honoring their gift cards!

Been to several of their locations really like Cape Mays the best. Get great deals specifically on coffee pods.

Love the prices. Got coconut water there. Usually an expensive alternative to soda, for a good price. Its really a hit and miss kind of store.

Good variety and consistent availability of a lot of items. Not all items are the best available price so you have to be a little careful. Nice variety of seasonal items.

Big Lots has a large variety of household items furniture food you could basically do your grocery shopping there except for having fresh meat I love going here to get my laundry and cleaning supplies because I truly believe that they have the best prices around I went shopping there last week and I came out with three bags and only paid $21 for it because of the family and friends day and I think thats something you just cant be

I only recently discovered Big Lots and my family and i love this store.

This location is clean and staff are friendly and helpful, however some of the isles have too much in them and it can be hard to move around. You can definitely find some good deals.

I am giving them a five star rating based on the store in lansdale. Adam in furniture department was excellent. Norristown store not so much. I will tell you we purchased a couch there for 325.00 to replace one we bought there 8 years ago. The one from 8 years ago held up incredibly well and we are hard on couches. Only reasons for replacement was cats shredding the corner and broken arm from wife sitting on it. The fabric never wore out. I hope the new one will be as good however it is considerably lighter than old one even though same size.

The help in there needs to go to a happy class. People that work there act like you owe them a living.The lines are always long, not enough help. I have walked out a number of times. No pricing on some of the items. Come on give the customers a break. Thank God you have a job, you dont enjoy it leave.
