Tried to charge me over 100$ to apply thermal paste to my laptop and then got turned away in a rude way.Edit* It was 30$ worth of work and I did it myself, all I had to do was remove the battery and the fans that was connected to the heat sinks which literally took me 20 minutes. Over 100$ for 20 min of work is robbery and I guarantee you if I didnt know my stuff he would be charging easily 150-300$ for it like others have stated. Come here if you want to get robbed! 😃

Brought in my computer because it was running slowly. I was told the issue was a bad power supply. He said he has a lot of experience fixing many computers and that is the problem and it will cost around 300$ to fix. I asked him what if that is not the problem, will I still have to pay? He said then no you dont have to pay. Couple days later I pick up my computer and test it, I still have the same issues. Computer is not loading. I call him to let him know and he finally tells me when he tried to turn on the computer it would not turn on that is why he replaced power supply. So the problem he was trying to fix changed completely. I tested the computer several times before bringing it and it always turned on. I could purchase a whole computer for the 300$ he charged me to change the power supply.

Larry is a lifesaver. My desktop got stuck on updating. Larry installed a new harddrive and was able to recover all of my data. Before repairing my computer, he called with a detailed description of the repair and how much it would cost, which was extremely reasonable. DON’T DON’T DON’T bring ur computer here. The owner is greedy and unskilled. It cost me $175 to let him ONLY diagnose my computer! He installed Windows 10 without my permission and wanted to charge me 500 for that! After I refused the bill, he uninstalled the Windows 10 and didn’t reinstall my Windows 7 back (and I lost all my data). He finally charged me $175 for diagnosing my computer(the price menu shows $45 for diagnostics in the store). After I declined to pay $175 for only diagnosing my computer and wanted my computer back, he picked up a hammer to threaten my life(see the picture attached! Horrible!) I called 911, the police officers said they can only protect my life but they cannot do anything with bill disagreement. In the end I had to pay $175 to get my pc back, and I will sue the store once the court reopens.

I normally dont write reviews often, but after my expierence here it would be a crime if I didnt. Mr. Larry is official and has to expierence to back it up. I came in with a semi functional PC (CPU issues and a computer fan that was totally fried), and came out like I just bought myself a new Gaming PC. Not to mention the price was reasonable, if not a steal compared if I took it to best buy (not throwing any shade at them), and the wait... 45mins top! Of course this is my expierence, and each computer comes with its own problem. Also, the dude doesnt skip a beat when it comes to receipts. I felt really bad when the original receipt he gave me fell out the box, after I asked him to make another one for me. But yeah, once you get past that hurdle, you pratically made yourself a reliable new friend. Again this is my expierence, and I wish the viewer(s) of this review all the well if youre reading this. I decided to come here based on all of the high reviews and I have to say they are spot on. The motherboard on my PC was fried. Larry quickly identified the issue and after a short phone call, he built me a new rig within 24 hours. He even transferred the still working components from the dead machine to the new in order to save my data and save me a few bucks. In the end I have an even more powerful machine that cost about half of what the old one did. Amazing work. Couldnt be happier. Id recommend PC Network Systems to anyone.

I called Larrys store the day after Thanksgiving. I have an older laptop that was not keeping the system date and time current. Larry said it sounded like the battery needs to be replaced. He said the store would be open on Saturday. I brought my laptop in at around 11:00 am. I went to take care of some shopping on the way home. He called me within about an hour to ask if he could also clean the laptop fan. I told him he could. He said he would be done and asked me to return by 2:00 PM. It was $130.00 which was worth every penny. He is very professional, pleasant and tells some good stories. Larry is the guy in Lansdale to take care of your desktop/laptop needs.

Quick repair and I was informed immediately when it was ready for pick up.

Larry was able to salvage all my data from my ancient HP laptop that was no longer booting up. He called me within an hour and had everything copied to a USB drive before I came back to his shop. Nice guy; great experience.

Larry took great care of my laptop that was not connecting or seeing wifi connections. He spent a great deal of time trying to fix the original OS, then recommended I just move up to Windows 10 because the hardware was fine and no need to replace. He knew I needed to take the laptop on a business trip and got it done for me on a Saturday afternoon at the last minute... charged a very reasonable rate and couldnt be nicer. Ill be taking my husbands malfunctioning laptop in next now that I have a source I trust for computer repair. Highly recommend!!

My sons new computer needed to be compleatly set up. Drivers installed, hardware installed, Windows installed and a full once over on the hole thing. Dropped it off at 10:30 and was able to pick it up that after noon. Very friendly and quick with his work. Deffently will use the shop again if i need anything.

Larry is one of the Best specialist I came across. I mostly do my own PC rebuilds. He has the custom gaming rig stuff usually in stock and if not, he can get what you need the next day, and will have your stuff ready to go on the same day 99% of the time (depending on your situation) He is a bit old school, but will work with you, and anything you want customizable he can do it. He also sells some Nice Non-gaming Rigs.I purchased a Non-gaming Rig for my wife awhile ago and she has ZERO problems with it to this day. His pricing is not to bad, depending on what you have him do. Like any place a lot done at once = a lot of money. But most importantly, 99% of the time you get your PC back on the same day.

My gaming laptop needed its fans cleaned as well as needing the Wifi fixed. After taking my laptop to the Geek Squad, I was told that they did not have the expertise in the store to open up my laptop, but they would send mine out across the country for two hundred dollars and I could hope to get it back in maybe a month or two. I was also told that the Wifi could never be fixed and I would have to rely on a wired connection. However, when I took the laptop to PC Network Systems, my laptop was opened and cleaned right on the spot for twenty dollars. My Wifi was also fixed within a matter of thirty minutes for a very cheap price! I could not recommend this place anymore. They have incredibly fair pricing, they are very knowledgable, and their work is quick and precise. Thank you so much for your service! Unreliable. We asked to transfer data from two old PCs. The price that was quoted was fair (69$ per PC). I asked in advance if there is going to be change in the price and was told I shouldnt worry.When I returned to take my computer I was requested to pay 79$ per PC and then got charged for 89$ per PC (which I didnt agree to pay). This is not a honest and fair way to behave with customers. Will never return.

The phrase if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself does not apply in this case. Long story short I took the initiative to try to fix my computer myself and I screwed it up. Larry was very knowledgeable about the nature of the problems with our Toshiba Laptop and was able to restore the computer and replace a faulty dvd in less than a day. I went into PC Network Systems today after I discovered my CPU was overheating when I played certain PC games. I wasnt comfortable ordering a third-party CPU heatsink on my own and installing it due to fear of bending my CPUs pins, so I took my PC over to the PC Network Systems. I met the owner and he was extremely nice. The price was a little expensive, but you pay for quality. Three hours later I picked up my PC and my CPU is now running 30 degrees cooler than it was before the repair. I highly recommend the services of PC Network Systems; there is a reason they have been in business for 25 years!

The problem is that it seems to be 45.00 just for him to do anything, even if the problem is wiping a piece of dust off the screen. He didnt even do what he said he would do because of another problem with my laptop and still charged the amount like he did do it. Its 45.00 for everything. I was shocked when he still said 45.00. I thought maybe he would say oh its just 10.00 since i didnt even put it back together but nope, its still the full amount for work he did not do. Ill take my business elsewhere.
