Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. But it takes forever to get your flooring installed, which they do an excellent job of. But if youre in a rush think twice.

We went to the store. The sales staff were just great. Very knowledgeable and friendly.I went back to give them a 50% deposit for new carpet. I was told at that time there was a 3 week lead time. I call the store 4 weeks later and I was told my carpet had just come in and I was on there installation board. And that they would be calling me to arrange an install date. Well it is now 4 weeks later and we have not heard a word from BJs Carpet installation team.I thought BJs was a well established Lansdale local company.I am not going to call them. I want to see how long they will just ignore us.
