Rob is truly phenomenal!!!Not only do they CRUSH the competition in pricing by a HUGE margin but what truly sets Rob and Table Tek apart is their service. From my first conversation over the phone with Rob over the phone I knew he was the one My wife and I should go with to put together our pool table. Rob took the time to walk me through the process and answer my many questions and provided honest and detailed information on what felt is best for residential use etc...On the day of installation Rob and Mark came in and did phenomenal work putting together our table. They took great care and attention to detail removing what must have been well over a 100 staples of the table to put on the new felt and ensure it was done properly. Further, both Rob and Mark were super friendly and easy going while not only interacting with my wife and myself but also our 100lbs. German Shepard while they worked.Thank you guys so very much !!! we love our new pool table !!!!

I couldnt be happier with the service I received from the gentlemen at Table Tek. Communication was quick and easy. I needed some repairs and new cloth for a new to me table and they were very accommodating and gave me the best price by far, and I contacted every reputable shop in the area. Couldnt give a higher recommendation.

Table Tek was one of the least professional experiences I have ever dealt with in dealing with a vendor. They no call no showed multiple times(until day of) and had a myriad of excuses. After 3 months of scheduling conflicts they finally showed up to move the table and claimed the table was too large to move. Pictures had been exchanged and the entire time we had been clear about the table being 9 foot. Rob the technician was totally unprofessional and complained about how busy he was multiple times like it was the customers fault he had to work. Very bad experience stay away at all costs.

Robert (owner) is a stand up guy and addressed all concerns immediately. Eddie and Chris transported an old one piece slate table for me without error. New felt installed and it looks great.

These guys are wonderful. They are polite and knowledgeable. We had them assemble a pool table for us and they spent so much time making sure it was perfectly level and exactly where we wanted it. No cutting corners, no bad attitudes, just a very pleasant experience. Table looks great and will definitely be using Table Tek again in the future!

Rob Kay showed up, looked at the table and said that no, he was not going to move it and he was passing on the job after being two hours late. He knew all of the details of the move but came ill-prepared, late and decided that he wasnt going to do anything. I only went to him because he was recommended by Royal Billiards who is pleasant to do business with, and I knew him from APA for 15+ years. No apology or anything. Im so disappointed in the way that this was handled.

Initially I gave a 1-star review due to a no call, no show, but the owner called me & explained the miscommunication and sent someone out the next day. The installer was extremely professional, knowledgeable & did an amazing job assembling my table. He took his time making sure the table was completely level, smooth & exactly where I want it. I value customer service, and I understand that mistakes and miscommunication happens but the truly great companies stand by their name and reputation and make things right, and thats exactly what Table Tek did. 100% stand up company, and I would not only highly recommend them to someone else but Im going to use them when I need service

Rob was able to coordinate a move on short notice and pull it off even on a rainy day. The crew that worked it was very professional and best of all fast. They did not rush on the leveling process which shows me they actually care. Will definitely use again.

Rob and his crew moved a pool table and shuffleboard for us. They did an awesome job. Showed up on time, knew what they were doing, courteous and polite. I recommend.

I sold my table to someone who used table tek as their disassemble and moving pool table company....the two guys were very very nice guys and new exactly what they were doing, very cautious and detail oriented..great job guys..thank you for a smooth operation.

Scam Alert !! Took the money and run !!!Where do I start the Table TEK service is awful they went to pick up a pool table for me . On the day of pick up they call me and tell me there is staircase for which they need $75 which I totally understand and I was ready to pay but few minutes later the guy calls me again told me told bumpers are not working That will cost around $350 and I told them it’s not required right just bring the table instead of doing that my feel they negotiated with the seller and took the table for themselves . Actually I dnt blame the seller because they created so much confusion !!! Plus they never informed me that they’re taking the table for them self i wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. Plus the guy from Table TEK who was handling the load was arrogant rude . They Very Bad service AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!

Used Table Tek to disassemble a pool table at an apartment in mid town Manhattan and transport and eventually reassemble at a house in North/Central NJ. This went smoothly and problem free; Robert provided all of the documents that the apt. buildings operations manager had requested, and, with another skilled worker, seamlessly broke down and transported a quite massive pool table. He also helped to refinish the rails and handled a small hiccup with the utmost professionalism, actually exceeding my expectations in the end.Hes extremely hardworking and very dependable. 5 stars.

These guys are fantastic i have a 1951 brunswick commander that they not only moved to my home and did an awesome job but 4 years later recovered and cushioned, and brought this antique back to life again!! Will be continuing to use in the future

I have a 90 year old table that I love. I had some other guys set it up for me and I hated playing on it. Not only was it not level, there were serious problems with a pocket. Finally, I decided to get it done right. Rob fixed the broken slate, got all of the hardware working right and has it perfectly true. I know old tables can be a bear, and mine was, but TableTek stuck it out and gave it the TLC and time needed to do the job right. USE THESE GUYS!Thanks

Dont compromise. Use Table Tek. I thought I could save a few dollars by using a guy I found on CraigsList. He boasted about his years of experience. He was cheaper than TableTek. In the end, I had to call Rob and Tim at TableTek to come make the table right! I would have saved hundreds and a lot of aggrivation if I would have just used Table Tek first. Rob and Tim are friendly, and professional.
