First I want to say that working with Cody with my purchase was a wonderful experience. My husband and I came in earlier in the day (8/30/21) to price out a mattress. We went into the store, Cody greeted us and got started with figuring out what we wanted and how much it will cost. We needed to figure out the right size of the mattress but we promised wed be back later that day with that answer and to complete the transaction. He got all the information and pricing together for either the queen or full size, so when we came back. All we had to do was pay. I came back by myself and added the frame to the purchase. Cody was working with other customers when I came back so I patiently waited. The customers Cody was working with at that time were less than pleasant to put it nicely, but Cody was very professional and took care of them the best that they would allow. He finally was able to get to me and he was so apologetic for what I just witnessed. We got our transaction completed and chatted a bit more. He is an exceptional person. Very professional but also down to earth, great traits of a good salesman. We just got our bed today, its comfy and perfect. Going to this store was a great choice and Im a very happy customer.

I was a past customer and swore I would not come back to mattress firm due to a bad experience where sleepy’s/mattress firm/sterns and foster were not holding up their end of the bargain with regards to the warranty. Cody went above and beyond to get me in the store and made it right.

Went into the store to buy an inexpensive mattress and frame for our daughter to take to college. While the mattress we found online that was on sale no longer was available at the price we wanted to spend, the sales person worked with us to get a really good mattress at a very reasonable price. I bought a tempurpedic mattress in November 2020. We were told we had a 90 day trial and if we did not like the mattress we can come in and find another mattress we like to exchange. We did not like the mattress we originally bought and went to see if another tempurdepic mattress would be a better fit for us. We were never told that there would be a $250 fee to restock the mattress on top of having to pay a delivery fee of $120. Talking to the employees, they stated this was standard and could not show me anywhere on my receipt or documentation stating any information about a restocking fee. I would have never purchased a mattress from mattress firm if I would have know this. This is a rip off and a scam. You can purchase the mattress online (Amazon) for a lot cheaper ($1,000 dollars less) that has NO restock fee.

First time we bought a mattress in 16 years. Last one was an inexpensive, normal one. Recently spent a week sleeping on a Tempur-pedic, and both of us slept for a week without back pain, so we decided to explore the current state of the art in memory foam.Ben G answered my wife’s call, he was very polite, striking a great balance between mellow and informative and responsive.We went to the store and started flopping on mattresses, basically starting from scratch on our education on memory foam. He had two other parties to help ahead of us, working alone on Black Friday weekend, surprisingly. Very politely kept in touch with us about the wait.When it was our turn, we had his undivided attention. There was zero pressure; he was informative, considerate, not remotely sales-ey... as a sales person myself, I could not detect one flaw in his presentation, communication, techniques. I was very impressed, honestly. And he seemed on the young side, to be that good. It was a great experience, he had the product we decided we wanted, and we came back on another day to finalize measurements and some peripheral questions, and just closed the deal.I am in small business myself, and I tend to go very far out of my way to give my business to local, small business. Nonetheless, Ben did the work extremely respectably, and I had to honor that with the sale. He did an excellent job.

Ben was more than helpful in guiding us towards the new upgraded bed my fiancee and I decided to finally treat ourselves to. Social distancing has forced us to spend more of our time locked in the house and that means more of that time is in the bed. We have been living in a cave for so long, sleep had become a chore for us and I am so grateful for the extra time and personal attention Benjamin paid us to bring us into the present. Our previous antique boxspring and mattress had evolved into a spring loaded pointy platform of horror that should have been replaced when we finally upgraded from the floor mattress we all start with in our first apartment. Recent issues related to my health have finally tipped the edge over and we had no idea where we would even start other than adjustable. So after a little research online and a couple trips to the can to vomit from overexposure to guerilla sales douchery tactics, we decided to seek advice from a professional. We literally bought the first bed Ben showed us, he gave us some time to just poke around with the remote and appeared to be an expert multi tasking machine as the only in store personnel available during this reduced COVID shutdown. There were no pushy psychological tactics employed, no sense of urgency to nudge us to bite right now. Ben even found us a way to enjoy the upgraded zero G features by creatively combining a much more affordable base with the new purple mattress that felt like what I imagine a fetus gets to experience before it starts to position itself head down in preparation for being fired like a 6lb canonball through a barrel the diameter of a slurpee straw and not only live through it but also retain no memory of such a miracle of life. Thanks Mattress Firm, you are my new favorite.

I dislike mattress shopping; who doesnt? I needed a mattress for my guest room, and after nearly paralyzing myself shopping online, went to my local Mattress Firm. The salesman was not pushy, imagine that, and I left in less that a half hour, after trying out a few mattresses for comfort. It was a pleasant experience overall.

I went into the store only knowing that i wanting sized bed and nothing about the other details concerning mattresses and walked out satisfied with a mattress that suited me perfectly.Richard walked me through the process of testing all the different options available in the mattresses and bases in the store with a friendly and helpful demeanor. He even offered options more in my price range once i told him that the most expensive options werent in my budget.All around, i recommend shopping at this mattress firm location.

I cant believe I fell for the dont worry, you have a 10 year warranty SCAM!I purchased 2 box springs and 2 mattress about 1 year ago. I went to move one of the beds to paint and realized one of the box springs had broken (wood was cracked, and broke through the bottom of the box spring). I kept my receipt just in case something like this would happen. I submitted a claim, and the initial reply was acceptable as is....So they are saying its ok to be BROKEN? When I complained, they asked for the box spring tag. I removed it when the bedding was first added. Well, it does say not to be removed, except by the consumer!! As it turns out, that VOIDED MY WARRANTY!! How is that possible? I have my receipt and they have my records, but they cant prove that is their mattress. UNBELIEVABLE!So it is my goal in life (at least for the next year or so, to let as many people know how much of a SCAM mattress firm is, and that their warranty is USELESS. If I can stop even one person from buying a mattress or box spring from them, then I feel I got my moneys worth. Now I know why the place I originally purchased from near this location already went out of business.

Told the guy I was moving to another state, told them I only wanted to look since we were moving out of state..salesman was so nice we trusted what he said..said he could deliver to Myrtle Beach, that was a lie. Said the pillows were free, that was a lie. Turns out there is no sleepy in Myrtle Beach and they tried delivering to my old address..states away!! Customer service kept saying they would call us back, never did. I called the store we bought it from, guy said nothing I can do..Ill leave a message for a manager...really?! Its 4000 dollars we paid cash, not a pair of Nikes pal. Now we are out 4K sleeping on the floor..yes kids too, on the floor. Could take ten days before we get refunded..but hey some guy made a nice commission lying to us...topping on top,I got an email stating my mattresses are delivered!!??? FYI, they are merging with mattress firm, dont be fooled!! The salesguy said some African company was buying them out..thats a lie too. What a terrible thing to do to someone..I get sales and commission but really to do this to someone..I told him I didnt want to buy anything in pa because we were moving and I didnt want any problems. OK so youre saying lie and steal your money and sleep on the floor.
