Tom is amazing! Every time I come around, he’s always helpful. Smiling, greets and just is so welcoming to everyone. Amazing person to be on your team!

The young man is rude and has an attitude. Does not show professionalism or courtesy. Very unwelcoming. I did not get his name. I will not be returning to this particular store again.

Didnt get a name but Female manager is rude and not professional at all. I’m surprised she has a job in the customer service industry. and Pat at the counter was not really knowledgeable. I’ll shop elsewhere next time.

The guy has an attitude and its not very welcoming to the Spanish community! I will never spend another penny there. I asked for help and this guy all he had was an attitude and acting like he doesnt need me buying anything there. This is the second time. I rather go to auto zone or else where!

I experienced an unfortunate mishap which left me stranded at an adjacent business. The staff at this location were very professional and helpful - even going so far as to call a specialist who was able to install a needed part right there in the parking lot. Above and beyond!

Very friendly service. The service person helped me get what I needed plus they had floor mats for my car at a deep discount.

Always someone helpful there, got a bad part (what turned out to be a return that they got boned on and then we got the part) honored the warranty and got it all fixed. Tom helped through the whole repair and got us the parts we needed and offered some sage advice. Great group of car guys who really want to help.

Had exactly what I needed.

Nicolas was very friendly. I needed help finding a fuse for a Bmw 328xi and it was almost closing time. He was very awesome and more interested in me finding the right fuse rather than worrying about time. You don’t find too many nice people like that. I definitely recommend this place.

Gim with a G saved my life. I was riding on a little kid bike and he raised my seat with a allen key. Great customer service especially knowing that I wasnt a customer just some guy who needed saving, because I had 40 pounds of meat in my backpack (not human kind, just dead animals to eat) and my seat was to low... Tom helped too. Thanks guys

Staff didnt seem very friendly or attentive to me. There were 4 employees on shift I saw who ALL decided to pick up 4 separate phones instead of check me out which would have taken less than a minute. First guy I saw at register didnt even acknowledge me and it felt awkward standing right in front of someone whos supposed to greet you and check you out, I could have made a smarta$$ comment to get his attention....but I didnt feel like being rude. I could have walked out with what I wanted to buy without them even noticing. An employee finally asked if I was being helped after being the only customer in the store at the register standing in front of 4 employees ready to check out. A place of decent selection of auto parts but definitely not a place where good customer service is present, go to Advanced Auto - they were helpful, attentive, and nice.-Patrick K.
