WARNING: DO NOT BUY THERMADOR APPLIANCES. We spent over $40k on appliances during a home renovation, purchasing a refrigerator, freezer, range/ovens, dishwasher and microwave. During the first five months of use, the range/oven malfunctioned and required two service calls, the dishwasher malfunctioned and required two service calls, and icemaker inside the freezer spontaneously started gushing water overnight resulting in a flood in my home with thousands of dollars in damage. Each Service call took about 2-3 weeks before someone could come out, during which time we had no oven/range, dishwasher, and/or freezer. This is one of the very few times I have ever left a google review, but Thermador makes a terrible product and Ferguson fails to adequately support their customers.

Needed a 14 rough, 16 height toilet for a client. They had it in stock, at a decent price. Cant ask for more than that!

Looked to get a part for my delta faucet and they didn’t have it in stock. Salesman asked where I bought it. After I said Lowe’s he wanted no part of it and said they don’t make spare parts for stuff they sell at Lowe’s. After digging a little further on my own contacted delta faucet and they are shipping the part to me at no charge. Being in the business why wouldn’t I get that recommendation from the clerk? Horrible customer service.

The place is full of bathroom fixtures and trim. The staff starting with their receptionist are very warm and helpful. My only request is to see more complete bathroom vignettes that are fully decorated. This would enhance the purchasing experience.

I needed a capacitor and a condenser fan motor for my AC. They had both in stock and despite what other reviews said, they were cheaper then anything I could find online and I did not have to wait for it to be delivered. There were no prices on the shelf but when I asked they looked them up. I woke up to a warm house and go the unit running by lunch. Thanks Ferguson

They had what I needed but the prices were terrible. Some were more than double what Home Depot charges. The prices arent marked and some items werent even scanned, seems like they charge different people different prices.
