Book an appointment with the last year. They failed to call. Apparently the appointment was never made. They don’t call you until the day of your appointment to verify. Cost me 300 dollars because of missed worked. Year goes by I schedule an appointment. Still the same thing, they don’t call until day of to give you a time. Have to take off work so I lose another 300 dollars. They call and give me a time way late in the day. If I would of known this the day before I would not have to miss work. So this company has me out 600 dollars and I have yet to have my system serviced. Also with it being so late in the day I can’t make the appointment due to prior engagements. Have a little curtesy for the customer here.
