Good place for hardware and home improvement needs. Can be pricey on some things. Chicken feed is a good price but sometimes out of stock.

Helpful staff, pricing could be a little more competitive and veteran discount would be nice.

I rated this store but didnt notice it was in another area. My rating for lander ace is basically I love it but people are not very cheery. I understand things are rough but everytime I go in and check out Im greeted with a very unhappy person who acts like she hates everything. If your gonna be in that kind of job where you have to deal with people then you should learn to put your issues aside while your at work and not bring them in with you.

If you’re looking for a place to get fish or anything in a timely manner 10/10 would not recommend going to this worthless place. Sat in pet section for legitimately close to an hour waiting for an employee to come over and help us get fish. After we requested help more than once, and were told they would send someone over. There were seriously like 10 employees in the store, and some how none of them managed to actually help us in anyway. Eventually just left with no fish. So that was cool. Yolo.

A little more helpful than usual

The person who made copies of our keys not only chose the most expensive color option without consultation but then completely muddled up all the colors so its taken us months to work out which keys go to which door in our new house. We were too busy moving to worry about complaining at the time but Id say closer supervision for your new or young employees would be helpful.

They always have the feed we need and the price is always good. The lady checking at the front was S..L..O..W.. as molasses other than that it was good

The go to ace hardware store in the lower Fremont county. Far superior customer service compared to Riverton location.

Wide selection of products

No offer to get bulk soils and help load, cashier yells NEXT PERSON with a gruff style and voice, no one asking if you need help when walking around aisles.

Very nice people. They can help you find anything. I mean literally anything. If they dont have it then they sure can tell you where to go. Even though everyone gets busy they always help their customers and treat them with great respect.

Had a horrible customer service experience here which has never been the case before. I wont be back.

Good ace good service

It is a great store and they have many selections of everything. They even have free popcorn. 🍿 I enjoyed looking at their pets, but I was sad that they were in such small cages. All in all, it is a good store.

This is a typical hardware store. They have a pet section, which seems weird for a hardware store, but I guess in a small town they need to diversify their selections. The store was busy, but they had two registers open and employees circulating. I easily found what I needed. I also brought a dog chew to the register, but it was mislabled on the shelf, so I asked her to put it back. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Every time I shop there, something annoys me and I swear its my last. Wont bother you with my lastest experience there today. Will for sure go elsewhere for what I need, go without, or buy on line.

Honestly it’s insane how HORRIBLE the customer service is! How in the world does it have 4 stars it should be 1! Your staff treats elderly AWFUL! And I’m sure most of them would flip if their parents or grandparents were treated in that manor! I really hope you guys do something about this soon!

You can pretty much find anything either in Lander or Riverton that you need. Just have to order certain items and wait for them to ship in sometimes.

So on top of being a great hardware store these guys have a great fish store. They have a good selection and taken credit of. I just special ordered fish. Came just as promised at a great price.

I know in the grand scheme of things that losing one customer will make no difference to yall at all but I will no longer give you my business.755 PM is not 8. So now I will be going somewhere else for with my $60 to $80 per week propane needs.

This was always my go to place for any tools, paint or advice that I needed for any type of s project. Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place for any and all of your hardware or DIY projects.

Went in with simple question at key place, waited 10 min, asked someone who called the key guy, waited another 5 or 10 and he finally comes over with another customer with a bunch of keys. Didnt even acknowledge us standing there, just proceeded helping the other guy. Finally, when he started the next round of key making, we interupted with our 30 second question. Bad service!!

The staff are pretty helpful most the time.

We waited 40 minutes for service in the fish department. We asked at least 3 different employees, including up at the register, and someone even came over to help people who arrived later than we did with bugs, and left us there waiting.
