I ported 3 lines over to Verizon at CellOnly in Lander and my service was amazing! Sarah was one of the most helpful and supportive customer support technicians I have ever seen. She helped me above and beyond what was expected from her and treated me like family. I cannot express how much I appreciate Sarah and the rest of the staff at this location.

Tyson was great and so was John. They answered all my questions and were very patient abd made sure I had no more questions before I left. Tyson will contact me with the info I was in need of. Great experience!

Kathleen was on top of tackling issues that arose with me switching services. She puts her customers first and realized not everything she could do so she would make the calls to get it done no matter what. Awesome job.

Employees at the Lander location are very knowledgeable and courteous…. Wasn’t happy with the online representatives with Verizon.The representatives that I spoke with when I called could barely speak English and I’m sure had an IQ of less than 60 and Rude. The local Verizon store employees were very helpful( Jay and Sarah)….. however, I am considering changing cell service providers….I don’t know what training is provided to these phone reps but obviously not enough to be helpful to your customers… staying on the phone for over 2 hours and they promised to call me back if we were disconnected… instructed not to call them … after 6 hours I finally called them back….I had to complete my online information AGAIN!!!! This is ridiculous service

Alyson, the team leader was the best person in the world. Amazing service all around from the whole team. Upgraded to the new purple phone, and was treated like family here. All day 100 stars. This is how you do a job.

I went in because my phone wasnt working properly. I could hear people, but they couldnt hear me. Brohdy seemed very knowledgeable and had me walking out the door with a working cell phone in probably 10 minutes. I also purchased a new headset, which he helped me pick out. I would definitely go back to him if I needed another product or if I encounter any more problems.
