Will not buy a vehicle from here again. Once you sign the contract good luck getting them to live up to what they agreed to for their end. Simple floor mats and it’s taken numerous messages,calls,and stopping by and 5 months later I still have not gotten them. Really ridiculous that it takes this much to get them to do their jobs plus they had the floor mats once in the store from what I was told but didn’t mark them that they were for a customer and floor mats were sent back to the manufacturer. So here I am still waiting for simple floor mats. Hate to see what it’s going to take to get the paint job fixed like promised on the contract.

I was traveling from Michigan to Yellowstone on our first trip in our motorhome we purchased. I didnt realize until we were in route that the motorhome had no spare! (doh!). We had no luck finding one on the way, but when we reached Wyoming we were able to get a hold of the Fremont motors team. They tracked me down a rim and a tire and I was able to pick it up on my way back home! Fremont Motors in Lander doesnt just sell a customer a vehicle; they remember their customers, contact the frequently to check in on how things are going; and go out of their way to extend additional services.Specifically, I am referring to Tony, our salesman from four years ago, who always take time to have a conversation with us when we are there for service...Nick, who goes out his way to make sure that UCONNECT is working properly for us...and Randy, who is on top of when our service appointments are due and what needs to be done. Lander has a great team and we are very satisfied with three vehicles that we have purchased at that location.

Tony was very helpful and straightforward in helping me make my first new vehicle purchase. When I made my decision I was pleasantly surprised at the vehicle’s price (which was cheaper than it’s msrp) and that the dealership did not include any hidden or bogus fees.

Made an appointment online to have my vehicle serviced for Saturday. I put in the notes what service was needed very clearly and concisely. Arrived at appointment, and was told on Saturdays *only* oil changes are performed. Please update the website to indicate this. Also, please call customers if they make an appointment that is clearly *NOT* an oil change appointment on a Saturday.

I am a local building contractor and depend on my trucks as much as any tool that I use. Like any tool, they break down, sometimes at the most inopportune times. Murphys Law.Todd and the service department have done a great job over the years of keeping the wheels on the cart. I greatly appreciate his/their dedication to getting our vehicles back working in a timely manner.

Brandon and Claw worked with us, and even though they didnt end up having the Jeep we wanted in Lander, they brought in 3 jeeps from other Fremont dealerships for us to test drive. They were very patient, accommodating and friendly. And gave us a fair deal on our trade. All of my experiences with Fremont Motors have been great. Friendly staff, great service and a good atmosphere. They are accommodating when you need a ride back to work after dropping off your car for service and they also pick you up. If you decide to stay and wait, they have a great lounge area with coffee, tea and water as well as WiFi. I would buy my next car from them again.

We had an issue arise with our 2019 Dodge Journeys stability track control and cruise control. With 2500 miles left on the factory warranty I quickly decided to set up an appointment with Fremont Motors in Lander and I am very satisfied that had. They didnt hesitate one bit and set me up for 2 days later. I drove 2 hours from Worland to get this taken care of. I wanna give a big shout out to Randy Ketring and his service staff. They had me in and out within an hour free of charge with warranty. Not only did they go above and beyond fixing us up, they gave our vehicle a courtesy wash. While waiting Randy was very friendly and respectful and I enjoyed visiting with him. Bravo and keep up the good work, its getting harder and harder to find people that take pride in their jobs now days and you nailed it. I am a little behind getting this review out. Back in the middle of November, I was driving from Utah to South Dakota for our annual deer hunt. My Ram 2500 had a DEF problem and was going to put the truck in limp mode if I didnt get to a dealer within 150 miles. We were in the middle of nowhere Wyoming when this happened. With about 40 miles to go until the truck shutdown, we finally get cell reception and called Randy Ketring, the service manager at the dealer. He was able to get us in and reflash the truck. It cleared the code, and we were on the way. Unfortunately, it didnt solve the problem. However, it did give us enough mileage to get the truck to Fremont Motors in Casper. Randy was so helpful and we truly believe they did their best to get the truck back on the road without completely diving into the rig. I would literally drive back there to buy a vehicle if they had what I was looking for on the lot. Thanks Randy, and thanks to the Fremont team.

Very positive experience in a time of need. I am a single mom with 6 kids. We were traveling from Green River to Sinks Canyon to go camping. Heard a terrible grinding noise and didnt feel safe going any further.Called several mechanics who seemed annoyed and too busy to help. It was very frustrating and stressful. Ford was busy as well but took compassion on my little family and our circumstances. Todd at the front desk was very helpful and determined to get us safely back on the road. The mechanic (Joe) worked through lunch in order to make that happen. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed someone to care and they did! I bought my truck in January and called to get my oil changed and a click fixed. I am so impressed with how everyone that participated in my purchase has stopped to visit and remembers exactly who I am. I think I will always buy from this organization.

New to Wyoming and Michelle welcomed us with open arms. After a lot of research at dealerships and on the Internet, we worked with Michelle and others to bring a used Jeep from another Fremont dealership to the Lander one. We were allowed to freely inspect it and drive it, even though we had already partially committed to buy it. They wanted us to be happy and wouldve let us out of the deal if we found anything wrong with the Wrangler. We didnt, and we loved it. We still love it. We were able to finance a 2011 at 4%, though we did have very good credit, despite its age because of their finance departments efforts on our behalf. I have a couple of follow-up items, like a 2nd key to be made, but Im sure theyll honor everything they already promised. Price was great, and we did purchase some warranty items, so they do back their vehicles too. Yes, I recommend Fremont Motors in Lander.

I have had multiple positive experiences with Fremont Ford of Lander! My most recent was the purchase of a 2019 Expedition. I received a fair value on my trade-in, and was offered competitive and attractive terms on the purchase, including the financing. Nick Robeson took the time to show me all the features of the car; I would have never known its full capability or maximized its functionality without his guidance. Cars have gotten so techy. I was thankful he spent 45 minutes walking me through my car instead of bouncing to the next sale. That shows salesman care. Thanks, Fremont! I love the new ride.

I love the customer service at Fremont Motors in Lander. From the Sales Associate, Tony, to the Service Department, David, to the help I received from Nick to get my IPhone set up for GPS service, and even the gals in the Parts department and Title Department (unfortunately, they are not given business cards to hand out), these team members are very special. The only issue that I am having is that I made arrangements over a month ago to have my new vehicle shipped from Lander to Florida and thought that it was all set up; however, the vehicle is still sitting on the lot in Lander and no extra effort seems to be going on to get it sent to me. So I am unable to give a review on how much I love what I purchased.

We were driving a Ford Explorer and decided to buy another one. I purchased my Buick Enclave from Fremont Motors and a few days later, I had air pressure issues with my rear tires. Each time I took it in, they took time to ask me what was happening and they took the time to look over my tires very well and aired them back up. So I had to make a trip out of town after my third tire visit to Fremont Motors and so far all is ok with my tires; so hopefully all will be great with my tires now. Well the one tire is still an issue for me, and I never got the extra ignition key to my Buick Enclave. And just this evening it happened that my only key got locked inside of my Buick. I am just REALLY thankful that the tow truck driver didnt charge me to unlock my car so I could get my key and get home again.

Told me they couldnt lower the price on the car, but said Id get hubcaps instead. Then told me I couldnt have hubcaps for the damage. Because my trade in had a rip in the back seat, there was no rip when I traded it in. Then on top of that they had issues with the loan and told me that Id have to resign the contract. On the plus side they told me Id have an later date for my first payment, and for my temporary plate. But I never received a new temporary plate with the paperwork. When I asked the car salesman about this he ignored my messages.

I grew up in lander and watched Fremont Motors grow into what it is today. I remember Jim Gus and my grandpa helping eachother out in more ways than two separate dealerships would ever do now days. Jim ran Fremont honestly and did whatever he could to help someone out. He was there for the people of Fremont County and surrounding areas. But to me through dealing with Fremont it feels like they have lost sight of that in the expansion to be bigger and better. But I am just someone looking in along with my family this is what we see. We love you guys but it is how it is.

This place is a joke just like most small town dealerships. They lied to my wife and I about the value of our trade in, they hit our credit score 10 times then told us it was low and they tried to play themselves off as good guys so they could most likely sale us a vehicle that was convenient for them.
