We had Phillips Paint and Decorating Center install 3 sets of Hunter Douglas window shades in our home. Love this product and we also were very pleased with the installation and service from beginning to end. Mrs. Sally Ream came to our home to estimate the cost and she was very friendly, listened well and was helpful. Mrs. Ream was very knowledgeable of Hunter Douglas window shades and gave great suggestions with our best interests in mind. Mr. Justin Morris installed the blinds with skill and speed. Again, he was also very customer friendly, helpful and had our best interests in mind. We have been pleased with Phillips’ service since they first installed blinds for us 10 years ago. We will gladly use their services in the future when the need arises.

Their service was outstanding. I took three shades in for repair that I didn’t even buy from Phillips. That didn’t matter to them. They still offered top notch follow through and Hunter Douglas actually replaced the blinds with new ones.I worked with JIM and he was great. Very responsive and kept me apprised of what was going on with my various repairs. I also bought a new powerView hunter Douglas roller shade from themAnd again the service was outstanding. Would recommend them to anyone.

We are thrilled with our Hunter Douglas window treatments. Rick, was an exceptional installer. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and was a diligent worker. He was very meticulous about his work from the start of the project to completion. Rick also took time to educate us about the remote and how to use it to control various heights on the window treatment.You are indeed very fortunate to have an employee with such excellent qualities on your team.

I am very surprised not to see more negative reviews after my experience today! I was the only customer in the store and spent at least 45 minutes looking at paint, feeling overwhelmed. Not one of the 3 employees greeted me when I walked in or acknowledged me the entire time I was in the store and literally watched me walk out the door without saying a single word! Maybe if I wasn’t dressed in my unsightly painting clothes I would have received at least a minute of customer service to help me choose paints for multiple rooms in our home. I definitely did not feel welcome and won’t be back.

This is the second time we’ve used Phillips Paint & Decorating for our window treatments. First purchase was a unique type of vertical blinds for our sliding glass doors. Recent purchase was gorgeous plantation shutters for a double window in our kitchen. From selection to installation, we have been more than pleased with the professional and friendly customer service.

We love working with Phillips! They are very helpful from the choosing in the beginning...right through to the install. Everyone is so willing to help. We have used them 3x now...for shades and blinds, in our house and on our screened in porch, and we have been very pleased with the quality of the products and the installation each time.

I dont leave reviews often, but when I do, I prefer its about a great paint store. The guys that mix the paint there are awesome, they can match anything and you can just tell they know their paint. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was looking for blinds. When I went in I was guided to the department I needed and a very helpful gentleman asked exactly what I was interested in, what my windows were shaped like, how high were they, how much sun I either wanted to block or allow in and other pertinent questions.While looking at different blinds and I had no idea there were so many types to choose from, the man explained the differences and how each would function in the type of room I needed them in.After choosing some I liked I was given approximate estimates to expect on each. Everything was explained in detail so there would be no surprises.I was very impressed with everything from entry into the store until I left.I would definitely suggest Philips Paint to anyone looking for coverings for their windows.

Great local paint store, particularly if you are looking for Benjamin Moore paint. Ive used them for years and I like that they keep record of type/color of paint that Ive bought in case I need to order more. They are very helpful and friendly, and even helped me carry the paint out to my car. Recommended.

Went in there today and had all my questions answered but the older lady with the blonde hair and the bald man continuously rolled their eyes at me.. Laughing and making fun of me right In front of my face. For a small store they gave HORRIBLE customer experience that doesnt make me want to come back at all. I get better helpful service from Home Depot. I work in sales and I know how the public can be but these two acted like I was a nuisance to them. Good luck
