Had to notarize and send some time sensitive documents on a short notice, was barely going to make the cut off of 4:45 for overnight and Alex was beyond helpful. He notarized, processed, and got us signed sealed and sent just in time. All while remaining calm and pleasant despite my nervous energy. The entire staff was accommodating and pleasant, but Alex is a hero. Thank you!

My experience is regarding the notary service. I would like to thank the Notary for her excellent service, patience and courtesy with all the forms I had. Moreover, she could provide one more witness that I needed. We were a party of three, all living together, and we could stay together at the notarys counter. First i had tried AAA and we had to wait outside while one of us was inside. Besides having a rude and helpless notary at AAA that spent more time showing off my ignorance than providing meaningful advice. (and I had read the forms, and requirements before going to the notary. Not that I just landed there without any idea of what I about it). Thanks UPS! Thanks Ms. Yoo!

I’ve always received courteous service here, but I have to say I was disappointed when the cashier handed me a pen to sign a paper and then just threw it back in the holder with the others. I asked, “You don’t wipe them off?” She said, “Nope.” How hard is it to put used pens in one place and have someone wiping them off every once in a while? Take sanitizer with you when visiting this location.
I had an online order scheduled for delivery on the 20th of November 2020 for some reason I never received my package. I later find an email saying my address was incorrect but it was in fact correct. Today I went to track my order and it said that it was returning to sender, me confused tried to reach out to UPS unfortunately they aren’t taking any calls but i did get into contact with someone on live chat they weren’t much help though if I could choose not to have my package through UPS i would take because this has been the worst experience ever.
I have been doing business with this UPS Store for well over 9 yrs and have never had one negative experience with both my mail, sending packages etc. or the staff! The owners of this store are outstanding with customer service and train their staff to follow in their awesome ways. I cannot recommend this Lancaster, CA UPS Store highly enough and feel grateful they handle all of my packages, mail etc.Look no further if youre looking for trustworthy people to handle all of your mailing needs and more!

I came in on Friday and requested that my package be delivered by noon on Saturday for $49. They were tickets ($330) for a show on Saturday with my friends at 2:00pm. I could not go, therefore, I needed to ensure that they had the tickets. The tickets did not arrive at noon. My friends needed to have them by 1:30. They did not get there. I had to spend another $330 on line and send them to my friends in order for them to go. The package did not get there at all. I went to UPS on Monday I was instructed to tell my friends to refuse the package if it ever got there and send it back to this location. I gave them a copy of the receipt for $330 that I got from Ticketmaster for the second set of tickets that I was forced to buy in order for my friends to attend the play. Yesterday, I was told that they hadn’t located it yet. Today, I got a voicemail from UPS telling me that the package was there and I could pick it up. I went to UPS and was told that they would ask corporate to give me my $49 back. They said that since the tickets were documents and of no value, I wouldn’t get anything back for UPS losing my tickets. Alex told me that it may be bad weather that can hold up deliveries. It was a perfectly lovely July day. How very insulting to my intelligence! They said that they aren’t UPS. They are just a store. Please NEVER go here. Your package may never get there. NEVER!
Nice workers pleasant atmosphere prefer this place over post office any day. There’s no mean postal workers scowling at you or giving you attitude like they hate you and their job. This place is easy breezy love them

They printed a huge order for us with less than 24 hours notice, life savers after another company backed out! Alex was great and provided awesome customer service and clear communication throughout. I highly recommend this location.
Use them often staff could be a little/a lot friendlier I don’t think they really enjoy their jobs. Guessing supervisors lack training? Could be a lot better
Now you charge 50¢ for tape? $16 billion in revenue wasnt enough for you last year? It would have been all of 8 of tape and you want to charge me extra? No thanks. Ill go on down to the local FedEx store. Better chance my package wont be lost anyway.
After getting a QR code from the Amazon Return Center, items can simply be handed to an associate without a box or label, and they will pack and ship it for free. Except at this store.
Cristain was absolutely amazing! I’ve never shipped anything through UPS and he explained all my options, helped me with sizing, was patient, and just all around helpful. Much better than the post office.

There were 3 other people doing nothing behind the counter chatting but made me wait for 5 mins. Needed to process ups shipment and was told ups lable for extra $7 fee besides shipping fee which was told including paper, ink and labor for the rep. labor for own ups label? horrible service.
I *VERY MUCH* appreciate the excellent Customer Service that I have received 100% of the times when Ive had to go inside to get my Packages from the Employees that were manning the Front Desk (since I rent a Private Mailbox there, any packages I have sent to my Mailbox there are held by the Employees in another hidden, publicly-inaccessible room and only retrieved and brought back to the main Customer Area after I signed a release form for each specific package...They are *EXTREMELY* courteous, which is almost unheard of when you are also receiving a service that heavily implements great OPSEC in their Package-Handling Operations (meaning that they always check my I.D. before giving me my packages, even though they know me by now, WHICH I LOVE!!! That way I *KNOW* that no one else is taking my Packages home!)
The only UPS store that will charge you to ship amazon packages. They will tell you that it is amazon’s policy but amazon clearly states they have to provide a box and tape. They will charge you for tape even if you bring a recycled box from amazon. I rather drive out of my way than deal with their attitudes and greediness. They also quoted me $39 to ship a pair of pants!
I picked up a package from here and it was a little damaged but Im sure they didnt damage it, but they were so apologetic. Nice staff and the have quite a few different services.

I have been using UPS for all of my shipping and printing needs for years but I wont give them my business after today.I needed flyers for my daughters bday party but the person who helped me didnt know how to do it and needed the managers help. However, the manager was in a meeting with corporate and couldnt help. After waiting about 20 minutes, the guy finally comes back and actually asks me to come back another time. I said no, and the manager finally came over to help. After waiting several more minutes I decided to leave. They were not busy and besides several corporate people, there were about 4 other people working behind the counter.Ironically, they have a poster inside advertising we print eveything but apparently 6 postcard size flyers is too much for this team to manage.
Been to this location numerous times to get documents notarized, always a smooth experience.
If i could put zero stars i would. First my package was supposed to be here yesterday they messed up my adress then they had it set to be over nighted to arrive today but guess what the left it at another facility in another state wow
