Knowledgeable friendly staff! Very fine place to shop.

I had read reviews about the helpful staff, wisdom from experience, and the store - so I decided to try it! I am pleased to say its AS ADVERTISED :) Great team, super helpful, and two pairs of trail running shoes later, I am A NEW FAN and will be making this my local running shoe store! The people who work here are great! They are extremely nice and helpful. My son has a low arch and an extra-wide foot. They were knowledgeable and they worked with me through 2 special orders to make sure we found a shoe that fit him perfectly. So happy my MD recommended them!

So, me and the son were in the market for some high quality footwear since he anticipates being on his high school track and field team. As it stands, hes been conditioning for some time and the expectations have been high. Anywho, we went down and went in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was fairly busy. After a few minutes wait, we were asked if we needed some assistance from some multi-tasking employees and he was able to start trying some shoes on. The help asked us if we had any preferences and made some recommendations. After several attempts, we settled on a comfortable pair and paid and left. Quality help, in and out quickly. It was a great visit and we will probably come again.

I asked a young man in the store if I could order a pair of shoes and he responded he could have them in store in a week.He took my phone number and said he would place the order. I called after 8 days and the young man told me they were not in and when I asked when I should call he told me not to call them they would call me. It’s now been over 4 weeks and no call. Not even a call to give me a status update on the shoes. This is the second time this store has done this. Last time they never called at all. Maybe there is a double standard? Or maybe they just don’t want my money. Very confusing.

I have finally reached the age where more than a decade of military service has begun to takes its toll on my body. The $30 running shoes I used to swear by simply dont work for me anymore. After several glowing reviews from friends, I gave this place a try. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out what would work for me and my personal ailments. Friends have told me that they were steered away from a more expensive item toward something that would better meet their personal needs.Yes, if you need a basic sneaker and youre fortunate enough to be able to wear the cheap stuff without consequences (like I was for many years), go elsewhere. But if you need more support for a very athletic lifestyle or the aches and pains of aging and injuries, this is absolutely the place to go.

I haven been going here for years. Best place to get your shoes and staff. Sunday afternoon was no exception, Ryan helped me who I never met before l, but I had the best experience I ever had there ( not that I ever had a bad one ) but this young man needs recognition!

Extremely knowledgable and excellent service! It only took a few seconds for them to analyze my feet and notice my left foot was a bit off compared to the right one. Only my orthopedic Drs had ever recognize this detail from breaking my left knee years ago! The service and education they provided exceeded my expectations. They assisted my boyfriend and I in choosing the appropriate sneakers for our specific needs! Would highly recommend to anyone and will return again!

I was never much of a runner and started to lately but have really bad shin splints, I wanted to go to a store where someone could educate me on running shoes. Well I will say they certainly did, as soon as I told him what I was looking for he told me that I am flat footed and that I need shoes to support my feet properly. The salesman was very smart and very helpful. I bought shoes that where on sale and used them once and it made a huge difference. I am very happy with this store and will definitely go there again in the future.

I’d like to preface this review with the fact that in the past I’ve had positive experiences at the inside track. I’ve even recommended it to other people. Even though I did walk away with new shoes when I went, I was slightly annoyed because the sales person didn’t really offer me much advice. I was looking for better shoes than the ones I have for the half marathon I’m training for and I had a lot of questions about support, cushion, and sizing. I was comparing two different shoes and walking around the store and it was clear that I was thinking and processing the two options, yet he did not really offer me any advice or chat with me. Just a little disappointed. I still love the Inside Track, but this visit wasn’t up to the caliber I know they are capable of.

This place is so helpful! They finally found a shoe that fits and doesnt give me a burning sensation when I work out!!! Zack has been a great help in communication at the Lancaster location to help me find the perfect shoe!

For 40 years, I have bought my shoes wherever they are cheapest but I decided to give this shop a try. After asking a few questions about my running needs and style, he found a pair that met both my need for stability and for cushioning. I would not a chosen them on my own. And the price was only a few dollars more than I would have paid online.

These guys know their stuff. I never realized there was such a thing as a shoe expert until I went into this store. The place was packed with customers when I went but the lone-salesmen still took the time to analyze my stride and the wear on the shoes I was wearing.I’m an active guy with weird feet, and when I need shoes I usually have to order online and hope they fit right. I can’t believe how many options Inside Track had in stock for my odd-shaped foot. This place is awesome! I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I realized it was time to take the advice of every article Ive ever read about running for beginners and get help finding the right pair of running shoes for me. So I went here and couldnt be happier that I did. I walked out with a pair of Asics that I love. It took me a while to settle on them, and the staff person was nothing but helpful and encouraging the entire time. Ill never buy a pair of running shoes anywhere else.
