My friend, who is getting older and has had health issues & is not supposed to lift went there today again & has used this business over the years went there today & bought 10 bags of mulch... she asked the man that she paid if someone could come load them into her vehicle, he said that they were busy but would try.. there were 2 other men in the office & she was surprised that neither of them offered to help. So my friend went & sat in her vehicle & waited 23-35 minutes, sure there were some other customers but there were times that no one was there...she finally drove back over & she said that acted bothered to help her. I was so disappointed to hear this. I hope she finds a new place to buy her mulch as I know I will.

I’ve bought over 100 yards of mulch from Landyshade and it’s always good quality.

Had mulch and top soil delivered. The got it directly on my tarp. Alittle late showing up, but not a big deal.

Best mulch around and they deliver (even if you arent able to be home at that time (I saw a few comments from people complaining they couldnt make it in during business hours)). Other places mulch is full of thistle seed and makes a lot of work weeding... we only use this stuff. They also have bio-solids off the methane digester, mushroom soil, and sifted soil.

Great service and pricing is decent. We go every year or so to fill up our trailer with the triple cut mulch for us to use landscaping our property.

Lots of different types of mulch plus top soil, mushroom soil, wood chips and railroad ties. All at a very reasonable price!

Great place for all your mulching needs. I like to get the pre-bagged brown mulch but you can get it also delivered to your home. Usually same day service on deliveries. Nice people and the prices are right. Been going there for years now.

Products are good quality, prices fair, and staff is knowledgeable, but hours need to be more consumer friendly. If you work a normal job with overtime scheduled on Saturdays, you will never get their when they are open. Bummer!

First time customer this year. Excellent customer service. Stopped by to order mulch at 10am and had it in my driveway by 1pm that day. Everyone is very friendly. Ill be back next year.

The people at Landyshade have always been exceptional to deal with! And we are always happy with our product. They accommodate us every year with a last-minute order without complaint. :-)

Good service and good product quality

They have great customer service with equally good prices.They can deliver when you arent home which is helpful for us working folk. All you have to do is put a bucket upside-down on the place you want the product to be dumped. I place tarps down as well and both times the Landyshade driver dumped it perfectly on top with little to no spillover off the tarps.Ive ordered from them twice. Most recently I placed an order late in the afternoon on a Friday for their next soonest delivery (Saturday). A few hours later I get a call asking if they can deliver the same night (Friday) which was perfect. They may not be able to do this all the time but it worked out well for me.

Would never buy mulch from here again. Was to have by noon. It is 5 and I am still waiting after 5 phone calls telling me it was on the way. Took a vac day just to do this. Do not buy here. Should have no stars

I can not attest to the quality of their product as I never got to the ordering part due to terrible costumer service. I could not believe the way the lady who answered the phone was treating me. I was upset enough to call the owner of the company to make a complaint.

Excellent mulch. You would be hard pressed to find a better quality black mulch in all of Mount Joy. Also enjoyed the decor.

Their prices I probably better than the competitors they have a quality product.

Great service and typical prices. Unfortunately no evening hours so can be challenging for a homeowner to get mulch during the week.
