I made my reservation online on Sunday for Monday morning...I got a call from United rental Lancaster CAbranch on Monday at 7:00AM to confirm the pickup,I showed up at 7:30AM got out in less than 10 minutes with a great piece of equipment that help me to complete a job faster than I expected...I highly recommend this branch,thank you so much!!!

I shopped around Lancaster for a 19 electric lift. After visiting another large rental company I drove to United and spoke to Gus. After a couple questions and about 3 minutes, Gus rented me a lift for $400 less than the other guys. The lift was delivered on time and worked perfectly. Im sold on United!

No help. Guy on the phone has horrible customer service. Dont think I will ever do business with United Rentals because this guy gave a bad impression. Well off to find the tools I need without any help from you guys.
