Great place to pickup a load 5+

Not a bad place to pick up from, I was in and out, in about an hour...

Got me in and out quickly! Freight was waiting on me at dock.Security Gaurd made me backup behind STOP sign. Top Flight Security of the world attitude.

They treated me good I was late for 11am appointment they took me in I was outta there in 3 hours.. u drop ur trailer wait at loves across the street and they text u load is ready...

Is sbsolutely one of the worse places to pick up a load. Load never ready unless itll be s negative effect on the company. I try not to go there at all. That was my second experience & the first one was far worse...

The guard is extremely rude here and it takes about 4 hours to get loaded

I delivered a load to this facility and the service was excellent. Security guard was very pleasant and went above and beyond her duties. Carla Bourque was very helpful even answering messages while off the clock. We need more like your employees. We were unloaded in 45 minutes. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE

My first time here...my appointment was at 9am but when I got there they said my appointment is at 5am😳😳but they were cool about it and got unloaded in an hour also a sweet lady at the desk as well 😊

My appointment to pickup my load was around 3pm and I called to setup an earlier pick up. I got there and was loaded 3 hours early. Thats a great shipper in my book.

17 mins after my appointment an 5 hours later im unloaded. Mother nature calls an shippers and receives want allow truck drivers to use their restroom nor will they put port o paddies out

Picking up takes a while...even though i was assigned a door few hours before the appt time they didnt start loading till the appt and took about 2.5 hrs to load. So unless you have nothing else to do just arrive promptly @ your scheduled appt time and bring a jar of patience. On bright side pretty light loads.

Driver appreciation they had all kinda snacks for the drivers very nice people although the wait time to get unloaded was kinda long but Im not complaining

Never take a load for this people.they make you wait in Tennessee and in Texas.Average wait 10 hours. This is not good for the drivers. If you take a load in or out be ready to wait. I would not give them one star but there is not option for.

Carriers avoid. Below a 1 star, terrible. It took them over 26 hours to unload a live trailer. No communication, compensation, or regard for the drivers time.
