I’ve used Dooworks in the past for help with my door opener and Cassidy talked me through an adjustment, because he couldn’t come out that day. I learned something about my opener and a lot about Cassidy’s commitment to customer service. So it’s no surprise that I called Doorworks for a new garage door. My old one had air leaks around it, (both from installation and from the panel pattern extending into the weatherstrip) and wasn’t well insulated. Cassidy showed me an Amarr door that solved my problem. He and his assistant came this morning and installed it in about 3 hours. It’s a beautiful door, and there are no air leaks around the opening. I’m extremely pleased with production and the installation.

Horrible company. Gave me a quote. I accepted his price. He was to order door. Told me what day it would arrive. Told me what day install was happening. On day of installation he was a no show. Would not return any calls. I had to call door manufacturer myself. Cassidy lied. No door was ever ordered. He cost me 6 weeks of time on job. Dishonesty an telling lies is companies strong point.
