Our company often needs electrical items and some of them are hard to come by or have to be ordered but City Electric Lancaster branch ALWAYS has it or can get it by the next day and the price is very competitive. The counter guys have always been friendly, helpful and never seemed bothered by my questions or calls. They are a go-to place for all of our colleagues.

The store is clean and tidy. I didnt have to wait for service. The fellow behind the counter knew exactly what I needed, took a few extra minutes to explain the difference between two similar parts, and told me to bring the circuit breaker back if I actually needed the other type. Fortunately, the first circuit breaker was the correct one so I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Very friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable. I will go here again if I need electrical parts for my home.

Unpleasant experience. Guy at parts counter said I hate dealing with out of state accounts. They had my parts right there under the counter but lost their paper work. First time here, a bunch of half wits running this place. Not very often do I feel the need to write a bad review, but this was not a good experience.
