First let me say that NO salesman comes to your house to give you an hour + pitch to buy their windows. The owner calls and speaks with you and gives you a direct link to the company that manufactures the windows for you, someone will come to measure your windows and when they are ready an installer comes to put them in. We had 3 quotes from other companies that probably totaled at least 4 1/2 hours of being shown windows and high pressure If you buy them today you get X amount off, but only for today deals. Zen offers quality windows at a great price!!

From the beginning dealing with Andrew to scheduling with Deb to having James come and measure, then install, it was an easy and professional process. Andrew was very responsive and helpful from day one. He wasnt pushy and treated us as valued even BEFORE we decided to use them to install our windows. The process really couldnt have been any easier. The install crew was polite, prompt and efficient. One of our windows was missing a piece after it was installed and Andrew came out and installed it himself. Andrew and the team at Zen Windows were great to work with! We had Zen replace four jalousie windows in our basement with new hopper-style windows. Getting a quote was easy and Andrew was great to communicate with. He was always quick to answer my questions. The installation was fast, but when the installer shared that he had been installing windows for nearly his entire life (another positive), it made sense. Over a year later, the windows still look great and have had no problems. If the rest of our windows werent already upgraded, I would definitely consider using Zen again.

They recognized it and came back in 2 weeks as promised. (They actually could have come back sooner but I was not able to be home that day.)Another thing is that you pay no money down initially when you order the product. You pay after the installation. I dont think you will find too many contractors that will do that these days.Would definitely use them again and have already referred people to them. This was an awesome experience! From the beginning with Andrews no hassle quote over email to setting everything up and getting it done, it was a treat to finally get my 1950s windows replaced. I purchased a 3 window deal for triple panes on Angies list and Andrew then matched that price for the whole project, even the large triple slider! I got triple panes for the same price I was being quoted for doubles at other places. After I committed to the work it was very easy setting up the sizing and then scheduling the install. It was about exactly a month from making the call to do the work and the project being done, it was fantastic! I called on Monday to schedule and they were out there on Friday doing the work. It was a freezing day last Friday and they were having problems with the caulk being to cold as well as fingers freezing so they came back and promptly finished on Saturday. The quality of workmanship is great and you can tell they know what they are doing! I had 1 minor issue that was taken care of right away and if I ever have any window needs down the road I will be calling these guys for sure! They were very professional, personable and cleaned up all of the mess that replacing windows causes. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and we can tell a huge difference in the comfort level of the home. We live close to a road and can barely notice the cars flying by now, the difference is huge!!! Also the kitchen is no longer 3-5 degrees cooler because of the old single pane picture window. I just needed (or could afford) two windows...those in my kitchen. Zen gave me an online estimate based on my own measurements (they did precise measurements later). The estimate was available in 5 minutes. No long sales pitch; no attempts to sell me more than I requested. I spoke directly with the Central PA company president. After I agreed to the estimate, someone came by to measure and within a couple of days I had an installation date. The installers couldnt have been more professional or nice. They knew what they were doing and were done in 2 hours! Best of all, Zens price for this quality product and work was about 1/3 of what one of the big name competitors quoted me after boring me for 90 minutes in my house. When I win the lottery, Ill have the rest of my windows replaced :) For now, Im a completely satisfied Zen customer.

We just got our Windows installed last week. Zen Windows did a fantastic job installing our 16 vynl Windows. We appreciated their non aggressive process of quoting us an estimate of their Windows. We had other companies come in and all were very aggressively trying to sell us their Windows. Zens approach was a welcome change. We had other sellers come in to our home and wanted to measure every window before talking about pricing and were very persistent. Zen quoted me over the phone and provided me links to YouTube videos going over their Windows manufactured by Softlite. Did additional research on the windows and found plenty of good reviews. Their price was very competitive and reasonable so we decided to move forward with them. Andrew from Zen was very detailed outlining the quote and the window order and installation process. He even took care the window install permit process with the city for us. Which other vendors would not. Windows took 4 weeks to arrive and the installatiom was scheduled a few weeks after that. The actual install took only 2 days and the team was very organized and professional. They answered any questions I had and cleaned up all areas promptly.
