Very happy with the service Overhead Door provided. Got to speak directly to a person when I first called, no recording and being on hold forever. They were able to schedule me within 2 business days of my call and the office staff was very friendly. Allan, our tech, was on-time, called to give me his ETA, he was very pleasant, explained what we needed and what was unnecessary. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I wish all of our home improvement experiences were as pleasant as this was, plus their pricing was extremely reasonable.

I had a broken spring on my overhead door and our car was trapped inside. We called The Overhead Door Company and within a couple of hours on that Monday morning they sent a technician out to repair the springs and make some adjustments to the door. I needed more remote controls but had no directions. They quickly found what i needed and copied out the directions for me to take home. Overhead Door Company sells a fine product and provides exemplary service. Call them first!

After dislodging my garage door from its track late on a Friday afternoon, Overhead Door Company immediately sent out a technician in the pouring rain and he put the door back on its track and reprogrammed the sensor. All of this happened and he was done within two hours of me making the initial call. (August 2020)Because I cant say enough about this company, our spring snapped on a Thursday (luckily with the cars outside) and we were able to get an appointment the next day. The technician came out and it took less than an hour for him to replace the spring and reprogram the opener. They also allowed me to wait until Monday to call the office and make a card payment. (January 2021)

Super great customer service! All I needed was a wireless keypad. We live a bit too far to be able to swing over and buy one at their counter. I was happy to pay for shipping. Then the salesman on the phone said he lived near me and could drop it off today to save me the shipping! I couldnt believe it. Everyone likes to get home ASAP after work, but this gentleman offered to take an extra probably 15 minutes to find my house, drop it off, then head home. This Company clearly takes care of you!

I called 2 days ago to schedule an estimate to replace my garage door and they took my name and number and said someone will call me back and havent heard anything.

Our new garage door, from Overhead Door, was a huge upgrade from the old one and we could not be happier. From the sales representative explaining all the options and providing information (without pressure) to the installation, everything went smoothly. You can see the quality in the door, tracks and hardware; plus it looks great from the street! The installation tech was excellent and thoroughly explained what was involved with the replacement and made sure he answered all my questions before starting work. The work was then done in a timely manner and cleaned up. They even took the old, wooden door away. I would most certainly recommend these guys if you need anything garage door related.

My experience with Overhead Door of Lancaster could not have been any better. Their customer service gave me an estimate that was reasonable and did not make claims they couldnt keep. My garage door broke on a Wednesday night. I called them Thursday morning and they said they would try and get to it that afternoon and would call if they couldnt. They called and said they would have to schedule it on Friday. I got a call early Friday afternoon that the work was done.In the future if I need garage door work done, Overhead Door of Lancaster will be my first call.Helpful and honest customer service, reasonable cost and quality work. What more can you ask for?
