The fro yo is ready good and they have a diverse selection of toppings, flavors,, and combos. the girl at the counter was so sweet! prices are fair as they weigh your cup. my only complaint is that it was very messy however it was the end of the night

Staff was horrible. Granted we came a half hour before close. They certainly seemed to want to get out asap. A lot of toppings were out and they certainly willing to offer to grab any. We havent visited this place in a long time and wont be back.

Menchie’s Froyo is literally the best froyo spot.

The frozen yogurt was good. The website advertises Dole Whip in many flavors. They didnt have any Dole Whip at all. I drove 45 minutes to try Dole Whip and they didnt have 1 flavor. Very disappointed.

Sweet Frog has a nice variety of ice cream and frozen yogurt flavors. Plus the large number of toppings means you can have a different dessert with every visit. They gave a free small cup for all moms on Mothers day today!

2/26/21..It was a Friday night around 815pm ..7 of us stopped to get yogurt cause its our favorite place! Very disappointed that 5 flavors were out of order! I asked to sit at a table and they advised us that the dining room was closed! So we stood inside to eat our yogurt as it was to cold to stand or sit outside. It then proceeded to get crowded so we decided to leave as we couldnt hear our conversation as the employee ran the vacuum on the door mat! I found this whole experience to be very frustrating and disappointing!!!

The ice cream is really good. It is also a very nice and colorful place to bring childrens.

Mmm...out of a few items, but still good. Sad that you cant fill your own with the amount of topping you want.

Very nice establishment. kids were excited to create their own sundaes. the wide selection of unusual toppings allowed them to concoct some pretty interesting and tasty desserts. the sundae compilations were as delicious as they were strange to behold. w will return for more cold tasty treats.

Super, but super expensive. I spend $10 more for the same amount of ice cream I bought for the last 6 years. Not even the rewards program that they have on the touch screen works for me, actually I think that little touch screen dont work I never got a free ice cream 🥶. Well I think next time I will stop at Friendly to get a Chocolate Chip Ice cream without breaking my debit card.🤮😱👎

Great place! A bit expensive but if I could keep myself from putting on so many toppings, Id save a little since its all based on weight of final product. Still highly recommend.

2 of the machines were down. The one was the feature flavor for Valentines Day. My grandson enjoyed his, but I ended up not getting anything. The staff was super friendly, place was clean and other toppings were full.

I enjoy this place even more since they have widened their variety of nondairy options. They had this nondairy mango flavor that was just awesome. The only downside is I never see Nerds in the toppings section. If they did I would only go to Sweet Frog.

Good variaty of yogurt to pick from with almost an endless supply of toppings. The yogurt flavors change from time to time, so they dont always have the same kind. Toppings pretty much stay the same the whole time. It gets really expensive though, considering that its just yogurt (and toppings)

Unless you get really, really small portions, this is more expensive than going out for the best French pastries and espresso in Lancaster. The yogurt is ok, but not super rich tasting. Toppings assortment is good.

This is me and my daughters special treat. I actually tried them before they even opened. The owner was out driving. She had given me a card. I couldnt wait to try! My daughter and i have gone plenty of times. Delicious!!! Just wish they would have vegan choices now..

Went today...No small cups... the size of the cup has been discontinued.Well so have I. Not going any more. McDonald is just as good but cheaper

Sweet Frog of Lancaster is simply devine. My favorite flavor would DEFINITELY have to be the frozen yogurt! Britt is an amazing sales person at this establishment. She opened my eyes to so many great new flavors and toppings! They should really make her manager. She changed my yogurt life

I had the tart Greek yogurt and strawberry yogurt with waffle cone chips. It was very delicious when eaten together. I got my puppy plain vanilla yogurt and she must have liked it because she ate it super fast and then kept licking the dish.

This place is an atmospheric and delicious gem. The flavors and the employees just make the experience top notch. I would recommend the Sweet Frog to everyone.

Terrible experience, the girls behind the counter we to busy chatting and hanging out. The selection was very poor, hot fudge completely empty and when telling the girls behind the counter they didnt respond. No popular flavors, toppings where slim pickings, and kinda dirty. More of a kid hangout then a family environment, very disappointed. Normally we a nice time but this time I am surprised, the girl at the register needs a hygiene lesson.

The yogurt was tasty and they had many options toppings! I would definitely recommend it! It is also a great place for family and couples.

Alot of toppings to choose from. The hot fudge wasnt quite hot nor thick enough. 4 yogurt machines were not filled so there werent as many flavors to choose. Still it was delicious.

I love this place. The yogurt is sooo good and they have every topping that you can imagine. The pricing is perfect. I love to go with my boyfriend. The colors are vibrant and it is a very relaxing place to go for a treat.

One of my fav spots for a guilty pleasure dessert! I always get the mango sorbet with all kinds of crazy toppings that dont go with mango, but my taste-buds are weird like that lol! The environment is fun, bright, and family friendly. The workers are always nice and helpful. This is a great place for hanging out with family and friends.

The staff is doing a great job keeping things sanitized in light of whats going on. And tables never looked cleaner.

Very good selection with even better variety of toppings to select from. My favorite flavor is tart because it tastes similar to frozen yogurt in parts of SE Asia. I have to say something about their machines though which seem to malfunction quite a bit.
