As a person in management it is my duty to make sure that the customer has a pleasant experience while shopping in the store. That was not the case when I visited this store. Management was no where to be found and there were only two lanes open that took both cash and card. And four lanes open that only took cards. The lines were backed back through the isles. No came out to get the lines down. I waited close to 20 to 25 minutes in line for 6 items... Do better management. If you dont have enough of cashiers get on the register and help out!!!!

I walked in the door of the Lancaster Neighborhood Market, store number 7224, just a few minutes after 10:00pm. I have difficulty walking so I use the electronic carts to do my shopping. There were three of them up front, of which two were the newer ones and even one of them didnt work. There was an employee by the name of Keanna sitting on the newer one that did work, and when I told her Id like to ride that one she felt the need to correct me, wanting me to ask her the way she thought I should ask her. She would not get up. I told her she likely wouldnt have a job by tomorrow and she said, I dont care! You need to ask me the right way to get off! By this time there were many other employees gathered asking her to just get off and go sit in the break room. She still sat there for several minutes arguing that I should ask her in a nicer way. First of all, those carts are there for the handicapped community, not for employees to take their break on. And I should never have to ask an employee to get off of one so I can use it to do my shopping. Im sure Walmart does not pay their employees to sit around on the electronic carts and frustrate, humiliate and bully handicapped people.

If there was anything less than a 1 star Id give that. There was a bad energy in the store, no handicap parking available, the staff was horribly incompetent. They only had 1 cashier available and then they stopped taking cards forcing me to use self checkout which I am completely against & then the self checkout machine scanned item more than once and wouldnt let me void out the over charge & I had to flag someone down cus the self checkout person wouldnt pay attention to come help then it took 5 minutes just waiting for someone to actually get here to help while Im waiting for someone 6 other employees were just standing around doing nothing but talking then when it finally got fixed I tried to load money on a Walmart gift card and the machine refused to allow it.

First time coming here pretty big compared to other neighborhood stores Ive been to. Seems like they get the produce that isnt needed at the Walmart supercenters they never last a week. Everything else is good.

Waited over 30 minutes just to get my daughter some formula & different employees kept saying they’re coming. No one has yet still came to open the cage, this is so ridiculous.

Great curbside service! I started coming here because the super center down the street is lacking in professionalism with some of its employees and I dont regret it! They dont always have all the items I want in stock, but they are prompt, polite, and never slam my automatic trunk door.

This one is not the worst Ive been too.😀 They had all the food stuff I needed and cheap fuel. Diesel was $2.77@gal.

Scan and go makes it so easy to get out fast.

Its hit or miss at this store. Bare shelves often. Its the only grocery in the area though so Ill take it.

Not crowded. Small but convenient. A lot of self Check out lines and few checkers. The pharmacy was not crowded and provides the Covid vaccine with an appointment.

The store was exceptionally clean, well stocked & everyone that I came in contact with was especially cordial and worth going back to the store despite the extra distance from my home.

Would give zero rating if possible... picked up an oil in the hair area. Scanned at the register... wrong price. Girl goes to search... comes back its in the wrong place... seems me on a wild goose chase to look for myself knowing that there werent anymore on a completely different aisle... sends me back twice... another gentleman ended up helping me see this tiny slot where it should have been. I asked the young lady what they did for things in the wrong place, she said nothing a customer might have done it and its the last one so I cant change the price. I get a totally different story from another associate that says she could have reduced the price... the girl even acted bothered that I needed her assistance... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SERIOUSLY LACKING AT THIS LOCATION... not to mention youre completely servicing yourself.

Got gas with Walmart card. Bought 1 item in the store and the only lane open was self scan. Then saw it didnt take cash. A gentleman was near and rang me up on another register. I really appreciate his extra effort to care for my needs.

I mistakenly ordered a pickup order from them and I called ahead to let them know my husband was on the way. I was told ok. He gets there and no one comes out. I call again and a girl answers and tells me just call number on sign. I tell her Im not there can you give it to me. She put me on hold to supposedly to go look for it. I wait 8 minutes then hung up when my husband said I got it finally. I just was not happy at all.

I love the neighborhood walmart better than the big walmart anyway.

This is the only Walmart where I can purchase baked 🐔.

The workers here are very helpful and generous. I saw associates all around the store helping others on my visit today to simply purchase a tooth brush. When it was my turn to pay, the self check out associate, Sylvia, was such a sweet heart! I only have apply pay to purchase wherever I go, however I didn’t realize this neighborhood Walmart would not accept it. Seeing me in a bad spot, Silvia offered to pay for my item, and simply requested I pass the blessing on to the next person. It was not an expensive item, however that kind act demonstrated to me today meant a lot, and I sure will pass on the blessing to the next person I see in need of help. Thanks again to Silvia.

A whole lot better than going to the supercenter. The only thing is that they dont have clothing or other stuff like crafts and stuff that I need. LOL

This is the loudest Walmart ever. No help, all the isles were full of stick not put away. Couldnt get down 1/2 the isles.

I Had been going here since they open ! They have changed a lot.I swiched my meds today .the pharmist caashier was very unprofessonal.I sat in line 25 minutes awaiting my turn.then when i get up there she was pulling up my insurance .so i need to come in .imbdisabled i cant mam.well i want wait on you .i got others in line.it will take me 15 min get your info straight.well ive waited in several lines .long waits till my turn..today they someone need waitfor me.iits my turn.so she refuse to wait oon me. So im done.

A little more pricey than most Walmarts but the ATM is awesome and in a good location

Very well shocked had items the large Wal-Mart did not have. Owens sausage,eckrich sausage and assorted bags of foster farm assorted chicken.

Had more lines open so was able to get in and out. Lots of items were currently being stocked for what was out or low in stock. All staff that passed us smiled and acted as if they actually wanted to be at work! Everyone in good spirits.

Good prices, sometimes you have to ask because some of the items dnt have a price tag on the shelf but other then thatStore always have a good selection of produce and fresh.

Family Friendly Place too come and enjoy shopping. Helpful Employee and Pharmacy is there as well.

I went in at 10pm which was an hour before closing, Had everything I needed however the service was terrible, it seem like no one wanted to work and was too into their conversations to assist me or any other customer at the time

This store seems pretty understaffed. There are never enough cashiers/open registers. Otherwise they seem to do a pretty good job at keeping the shelves stocked.

Cool place to shop self checkout line is only thing i didnt like but it was fast and shopping was great prices and easy to find.

I come here when I gotta use the restroom before a tattoo appointment the restrooms are always clean so 10/10 when needed

Clean, safe, the guy who gets the carts on 11-29-20 around 130 pm is not to friendly.Today 2-16-21 @ 6pm Neighborhood Walmart on Beltline in Lancaster, Tx. Matthew was checking out a lot of customers on a very busy snow/ ice day. Matthew was pleasant, cheerful and made you feel Blessed I hope Corporate Office see my messageOn 3-6-2021Associate Keeon is very nice he was working self check out, he made a point to speak to every customer in self check out and those close to it around 745pm.Thank you and Corporate Office need to know this YOUNG MAN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

People working there were very nice and helpful.

So today I decided to take a trip to neighborhood Wally World for a few items. I had everything in mind as to what I needed to get. To sum it all up, they had what I needed despite the tornado of missing items due to the pandemic. I only spent 10mins in the store including checking out. I love it. Thank you Walmart for all you do.

This store has been around for a few years now, and it is well maintained. I appreciate the healthier food items, particularly in their frozen section.

I was shocked when I walked in & saw how clean & quiet it was. You didnt hear employees yelling all through the store &customers were so polite to each other. I will drive the 15 miles to visit again.

Sams Club used to be a pain if you wanted to grab a couple items and go. The scan and go feature on the app erased that problem. Its so nice to be able to skip all of the checkout lines!

The people are nice but the store lacks in small areas. Some days their is no carts in the store. They only have one or 2 cashiers available even on busy days. This makes for 10 to 15 min line times. The automated check out parts are easy to use but it is better to have a human help you. The store is clean inside but lacks outside.

Only has two self checkouts open and 3 regular lines open. It’s always a line a the front. I will not come here anymore.

It was very clean everyone was nice I found everything I was looking for 20 gold stars

Went today and unfortunately my son had threw on the floor and when I told an employee she seemed annoyed and less then helpful. Pam needs to let understand kids some times can make it to the restroom in time. And as for givinge paper towels to clean it up with a bag would have been good too.

For what we are experiencing now with corona, you would think they would keep the stores clean. The plastic produce bags were just lying on top of the ban as. The overall appearance was unkept. The self checkout had no attendamct...It was filthy. Noon cleaned and sanitized. In addition, some of the staff did not have on masks. It was my understanding that all employees would wear masks. It just send you anxiety up. I will not frequent this business during corona. Poorly ran..

Employee are checking their phone every 2 mins. No courtesy at the register.. Good am/ Good pm. Need training. When the checkout get busy a lot of them just look and action for that rush for 10 mins to open all lanes
