Here’s my experience with throttle syndicate... I placed an order for a seat cover from TS due to my stock seat cover tearing. Before placing the order I emailed to make sure they could do one the way I would like, the customer service before I ordered could not have been better. Very quick email response times, very helpful... once the order was placed it took about a month to come in, the website said about 2 weeks. I emailed to check on when it would be shipped. Would take several days to get a response, their customer service had declined tremendously after I placed my order. Once the order finally shipped I got an email saying it was shipped.. only thing was it was going to a different address than I put on the order.. I emailed SEVERAL TIMES with no response letting them know it was going to the wrong address. Finally I got creative and emailed them from a different email address pretending to be a potential customer asking about graphics. When I did this they emailed back immediately so I expressed my concern to them to get the address changed which also delayed the delivery time.. when it came in I opened it and noticed it had Kawasaki logos on the side which I specifically selected NOT to have. Also the seat cover wasn’t even symmetrical and the right side of the top kinda flared out which looks weird.... Due to having a race that weekend I emailed TS about the error but installed the cover to still make the race. Since then I have gotten an email back saying they cannot swap for a correct seat cover due to it being installed.. as if they aren’t going to just trash it when they get it back anyways. Safe to say I’m going to try another company next time. I expected better since they produce graphics for factory teams...

Best graphic company hands down. I have gone through a lot of graphic companies through the years, their quality of graphics are incredible very easy to work with.. the turn around time took a while but WORTH IT!! im giving 5 stars for good reason, they made a simple goof in my graphics which was just a (450/250 mishap and with no questions asked they fixed the mistake and sent me new shroud graphics and got them literally within a day turn around time! they were very quick in response, lady was friendly on the phone when i called to let them know the issue... the workers were already on them working on them to get sent out! all i can say is wow!! great customer service im stoked on these guys and they have my future business!!

Just got my new TLD Straight rhythm kit today!! I couldn’t wait to put them so finished it all up and must say they are better than expected!! Super thick, brilliant color and easy to install. In the past when i installed kits, they were difficult on tougher angles. These have notches in the exact place to take that struggle out of the picture!! Will definitely buy from again!!

Called to order their fasthouse graphics for my sons birthday and they said it would be 12-14 days I said cool my kids birthday is in 3 weeks and he said I had to order online so I did and now here we are 30 days and still havent even seen the proof I payed extra for how hard is it to put numbers on graphics I have called and left numerous voicemails I recommend FX, eBay or DECAL Mx used them before and always get them in about a week
