The Brazilian owner was very nice, she showed me the whole setup including the purification machine in the back. Its looked high tech and new. She also showed me the business license. She cleaned my empty bottle and filled it up for me. Great place.

The best tasting water period! Always service with a smile. The owner is very personable and always such a delight to have conversations with while she fills my water jugs. I never in two years of living in Lancaster would dream of shopping someplace else for water!!! The place is THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We are local here and always got our water from this place but have never been inside, always got it from the vending outside. Today, we decided to go inside to grab a big gallon since we also had our stroller to help us carry the water. The lady opened the back door for us, but said, this is not a street!. I said, yes, I know but she didnt even bother to hear us, she was already shutting the door. Then she opened again, only to yell and say, you always say that! then slammed the door. So, I yelled back to make sure she hears me over the closed door to say I have never been inside her store! I went around to the front to ask if she is the owner, she was on the phone which I apparently interrupted, she said yes, and I told her she was RUDE! Please get your water somewhere else! This lady is so rude, she does not know how to treat customers! Even my kids were so shocked! We are big on supporting our local business but NEVER SUPPORTING THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Helpful, friendly, and one of only 2 water stores I know of that have alkaline water in Lancaster, CA.

I came here a couple days ago and the employee knew NOTHING about the Alkaline water. Im new in town and need Alkaline water. They couldnt give me a reading on the ph level. Nor did she know what filtration system the store uses!!
