The chubby homely girl was extremely rude. (She is white and has greasy straight hair.) I asked her a question and she walked away from me. I again asked her for help and she ignored me and walked away. Upon a third try she told me it wasn’t her job to help me since I wasn’t the target demographic. I called corporate about this matter, but because I didn’t know the girls name they couldn’t help me. The person on the other line did say however, that they had received many of complaints from this location for similar incidents and that management had been warned.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Store is kept very clean. Will visit again.

Bad vibes & the girls that work there are rude af

PacSun online makes it so difficult to make an online return. There is hardly any information on the site, and if you put the order number in to generate a label, it can not find the order. The web page even gives a customer instructions if the order number is not found. At that point you need to call or chat with the live support. The phone number rings and rings with no answer or message. If you chat with live support, you will be sent to a queue for a minimum of 30 minutes .If you try and return it in the store, they do not accept returns where the order was placed with Paypal, you can not even exchange the item. I do not understand how a business would make it so difficult to return a product. I was able to reach live support and I will expect to see a shipping label within 1-8 days.

For employees that look like they’re literally just wearing the basic, display outfits, the female employees were incredibly stuck up and rude and weren’t really helpful.

Slow check out females today did too much talking back and forth. One girl barely had clothes on.Need better customer service

Whoa. This place has changed. I dont just mean the styles, but the overall assortment seemed light and quality felt worse. And not one employee even looked in our direction. What happened to the Pac10 approach?
