Is I purchased a pair of lebron 18 low black, When I Got them home I noticed the sneaker had glitter around the back . I took them back and they ordered me another pair in. The Lebron 18 low are probably one of the best sneakers nike has ever made for performance.

They still only carry the safe basic sneakers . Nothing Unique or different for sneakers . They have stores everywhere and should have the largest choice of sneakers and they ... Still dont .

Workers standing around talking to each other. Not offering any help. I had to wait till they were done talking before one would help me. It seemed co-workers were more important than customers

Refused to allow us to measure our sons foot said it was a covid rule. Wouldnt get out the measuring device. We left and went to finish line in the same mall where they were happy to help.

Best store in town! The staff is super friendly, they greet you right away and the store is super clean. The manager Cesar went above and beyond.

Shoes were somewhat comfortable I tried many sizes on before I found right size but staff was able to help me! They help measure feet for me so I know foot size I have never thought to measure foot but they very know well in shoes so was very impressive with the staff of this store. However it was a little chill in store I would revrmmcondend to move heat up a bit to be warmer. All around good store however!!! 4 star!!!!

Walked in only to be completely ignored by staff not even the usual welcome. Other people came in and were immediately helped. I guess they just judge your outward appearance and decide if they will provide good customer service. Took my business elsewhere.

Its been difficult trying to find my size which is 11 is men. Ive been going to champs lately but Ive only ever bought 1 shoe from here. I still like Footlocker just been having bad experiences lately.

ZERO STARS! Just called to check if this store has a shoe I was looking for. I was talked to extremely rude and told that the associate never heard of the shoe so no. And the phone was hung up. Didnt check, ask if I wanted to order them, nothing. Just called back and talked to a manager and they seemed to care less as well. Will not EVER be giving this place my business.

Went in on Black Friday for sneakers for my daughter and Jessica was the associate to help me out. Sadly they didnt have the size avail in store that I needed, however she went right to the computer and informed me the size was avail to order, Id get the same sale price, and she waved the shipping! Only problem was she ordered the wrong size...no big deal tho cuz I went in tonight and Leah helped me out in less than 5 minutes to get the right size ordered! Thanks ladies!!

I went to Lady foot locker (Not sure why this review is under my husbands name, fyi, I am most definitely a woman.) earlier this year in May, and I was looking for a pair of sneakers I had seen on the internet. When I went to the store I was looking for them where the running shoes were, and Ill admit, Im a little overweight, but I am not obese, and the young, blonde sales associate came up to me and said Mam, do you even run? in a very mean, condescending tone. Excuse me? That was a pretty low blow. Needless to say, I walked out, and bought shoes elsewhere. Lady footlocker will never have my business again, and I would never recommend such a rude store to anyone. They really need to teach their workers to have some respect for the people who shop there, because in essence, we are their paycheck.

I went in for a launch reservation and I was 15minutes behind and they sold my shoes already which I know the local pick up time is by 3 but 15 minutes isnt an excuse to sell a persons shoes so as valued customer Im really angry about that so I have to leave this negative review
