Was looking for an alternative store to Boyds in Philadelphia because of the distance and Coleson purports to be on par with them. In successive days I called their store, did not receive an answer, emailed them, did not receive a response and then called again, no answer. Not impressed and will not try and set up an appointment again

Always awesome service and truly beautiful clothing. I did not expect this quality when I first came to Colesons. Shane and Ben are awesome, and love Jill also!My suit is beautiful, and still need to bring it in again for a touch up. Very generous, and warm relationship already with the folks there. A small gift was shared with me that was truly meaningful, its little things that make this shop so great.Brands like Hickey Freeman, Alden shoes are just the tip of the iceberg, when Shane and Ben go on buying trips the result is great standards, with really unique and a very curated feel for other things that are NOT ordinary, but luxurious, very stylish, yet still classic things. My favourite clothing store.

Was looking to build a relationship with the store. Then was told tailor is only for clothing bought at Coleson. Go elsewhere if youre looking for quality alterations. Staff was very nice though.

At Coleson Fine Clothiers, I found jeans that fit, feel and look good. No more slipping, slouching or stretching out of place. I love my A&G jeans. Another great find.....a soft, brightly colored crew neck top by Eileen Fisher. All time favorite is my Barbour jacket, cant believe I waited so long to purchase one. Great fashion with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff right here in Lancaster, its a win, win and win again experience. Thanks Coleson!

Excellent service and top quality clothes. They recently outfitted my fiance with a bespoke tux (which I havent seen yet) and custom suits for his groomsmen for our upcoming wedding. They took alot of care and time to help with accessories and make sure everything will be perfect.

Truly disappointed in the service my husband received from this store. We went to Coleson Fine Clothiers on 10/05/19 to purchase a sport coat for a destination wedding. The salesman knew we had a tight deadline to pick up the altered coat a few days before the wedding (11/02/2019) and helped my husband pick out a coat. Now, one would think that when you are purchasing an $800 sport coat from a store that specializes in quality products and finding the right style for your body type, you would walk away with a product that is perfectly tailored to fit your body type... Unforuntatley for us, this was not the case.To paint the picture, my husband is 67 and was sold a regular length sport coat. Regular length sport coats are made to fit men who range between the heights of 57-511. My husband clearly does not fall anywhere near this range. I find it very unethical that the sales associate did not tell us ahead of time (as we were trying on coats and seeing the size of my husband in person) that some of the coats they had in store could not be made to fit him properly. Instead, the sales associate was eager to make the sale, decieved us both into thinking it would be tailored for his body size, and sold my husband the coat anyways (all sales are final! - this truly works out great for them). After we paid for the coat and picked it up a few weeks later, my husband questioned the length and mentioned it was not fitting properly, to which the sales associate told him that the coat could not be made longer.In addition to the coat not fitting, the store also lacks in the area of customer service. The store did not contact us when the item we purchased was ready for pick up (which is not something you want to worry about a few days before traveling). My husband has also re-contacted the store since our issues, in attempt to talk to the store manager/owner. He was told that they would call him right back..we have now been waiting for four days and have not heard a word on what they can do to make this situation right. Maybe this post will catch their attention?For those of you still reading this review, look to purchase your suits, tuxes or sport coats at a Mens Warehouse or JoS. A. Bank, weve recieved better attention at these stores for about a third of the price and they actually record your measurements and will correct their errors if one is made.
