I’ve been visiting different smoke shops around the country now for about 4 years and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a shop across the board. Service was terrible, the employee was rude and was not helpful at all. I understand having a bad day but call in sick if you won’t be able to do the basic function of your job. I wasn’t asking for a song and dance but a few questions answered and some simple product recommendations. I was willing to let the service slide if the products turned out okay. They were $10-15 more expensive than other shops in the area but I don’t mind paying a bit more for a quality product and good vibes when shopping. Unfortunately they struck out there too. Both products broke with in less than 24 hours of purchase. I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning due to the low quality of inventory and the subpar customer service. In their defensive I did not try to return the products because I didn’t have a receipt (I didn’t want to stay there any longer to get the receipt and assumed the products would be legit) I’m not sure how they would’ve handled a return situation but after my first experience I didn’t even want to try and found it easier to eat the hundred bucks. All that to say I really wouldn’t take the risk with this place, there’s plenty of options.

Nice little store for all your tobacco, kratom, cigarette tubes and machines, vape products, and glass. Cheapest place weve found yet to stock up on our cigarette supplies vs other locations nearby. Always in and out with no issues either. 👍

The employee jay is a amazing guy very respectful and very helpful definitely keep him he deserves a raise forsure i recommend him at all times 5 out of 5 for sure

Gang of Girls I was riding shotgun for stopped in. I smoked my Delaware bought cigarette waiting outside. Inhale the cheaper price and exhale the still cheaper price then cigarettes here. Also found out they charge more for 100s which measure 100mm then Regular cigs which are 81mmtell me how it is legal to charge more for 19mm and technically the filter is longer on 100 then regular so it is probably even less size difference. It is just a psychological effect for someone who smokes regularlyLove to fact check the state and federal laws as far as how legal it is to sell them at different prices.Delaware the only cigarettes that are different price are the 72s and this is just menthol cigarettes Im speaking of and Marlboro brand.Really hope they dont sell loosesies too..

I stop here for several items and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Theres a variety of items that you may purchase here including cigars.

Very expensive vape shop but its because of Pennsylvania state taxes jeez I rather drive out if state to buy my needs but the staff is totally cool & friendly as well as helpful its not there fault the taxes are so high but even their mods & devices are more pricey then other stores ive visited...

Ive had a great experience visiting this shop other times, but today i was made to feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I went in with my partner, and the young man who assisted us was so unneccesarily condescending and rude to him. Got treated like our presence and questions were a massive inconvenience. I hope to never see my partner talked to or disrespected in such a manner ever again.

The old guy jim working came to help me. I asked for a minute then he walked away and proceeding to take care of 5 other customers who all came in after me. I waited for over 20 minutes. When I asked to check out the old guy said yea after Im done with this. Like seriously Im sorry but you should have came back to check on me and not ignore me.

Stopped by to pickup cigarette tubes, since we make our own cigarettes. We got what we wanted, but it was almost double the price we normally pay at a different store in Lancaster city.

Exceptional quality in employees they are all nice and are comfortable with helping you with selecting products. Each employee has their specialty so if you dont get the answer you are looking for just try asking another employee. They offer quality rewards for returning customers with a punch card. It covers everything in the store but the state taxed items.

Always a great experience here. Pricing is pretty decent if not lower than normal. Staff is always informative and good to deal with. Always quick and easy.

Terrible experience bought a vaporizer for $160 and it wouldnt even get warm for the first time.called and they told me to bring it back in, when I finally brought it in two days laterthey had to make sure that they were going to get their money back from the distributor first before they could give me my money back. Very poor experience very poor indeed. Better business bureau will be called.

Very clean shop. Yes you can vape in here and it is not cloud nine. They have a wide range of items that you can smoke and smoke out of. Their vape juice selection was good. They have a lot of flavors in their house juice. They have a lot of flavors in the premium as well. Not a big selection on mods and coils. The main down part is that there was only one person working. Well when you have over 5 customers in there, it gets bad. Definitely a nice place, we will be back.

The staff here are awesome and knowledgable about their products and extremely helpful. Very inviting staff makes you want to just hang out and chat for a bit with them, and learn about new products dealing with smoking and vaping. Definitely recommend, the prices are good as well.

I been coming to this shop for several years.... this stores location is the best ! They are always getting new items every two to three weeks there. Every time I visited there, they always have new items there in the shop !!! Great prices and convieant store hours !!! I couldnt ask for a better shop for my tobacco/vapor needs :)
