Stopped for a night cap....it was a nice surprise! Lots of selection... and the owner knew his wine for sure! The food looked good and the charcuterie looked fantastic. Also found a couple of bottles of local wine.

Cool spot in the Antelope Valley. The mushroom dish was delicious, the Honey Salmon was over cooked.

Wow! The Antelope Valley is so fortunate to have this wine bar. The wines are from mostly boutique wineries and have been selected for their unique experience each glass can provide. My husband and I have been on a journey with each grape variety and we have never been disappointed. The staff and owners are so knowledgeable of their menu and simply provide an enjoyable experience. We have been doing the wine tastings classes on Thursdays and we are grateful for Dan and Audra making wine fun! I encourage all my friends to try this fabulous restaurant!

I had the Dark Sea Pasta paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon, because I love my Cabs over the usual pairing of a Pinot Noir or a Bordeaux. The meal was fantastic. Im a pasta lover, and the noodles were cooked perfectly and I loved the slight tomato flavoring to the dish. I also am a seafood lover, so the shrimp and mussels were excellent, and Im glad they added a sufficient amount to the dish. At first I thought a salad wouldve been better than two garlic breads, but the garlic bread was delicious too when eaten together with the dish. I wouldve still appreciated a salad, because the noodles and bread were a lot of carbs, but it was so delicious, I wanted to give 5 stars. Its not a dish I would order often though, because Im on a diet. Would definitely come here and order it again on my off diet day.

Absolutely professional attention to detail, well trained staff, kind and deliberate management with great owners who personally and humbly greet you. Dan is a true professional and it was my honor to experience this business and atmosphere. I dont have the words and I am seriously impressed with his quality and price points. Outstanding job!

Ive been wanting to visit this restaurant since I relocated in October and was staying in the hotel next to it. They have all kinds of fun foodie events, classes, tastings, brunches, etc. This was my very first visit and they did not disappoint. I had joined their newsletter and decided to try their Valentines 4-course meal with wine pairing.I went the evening before to pay and choose my items for takeaway. Im not ready to eat in public and was happy for the choice. I chose the beet salad, crabcakes, prime rib, and brûlée cheesecake with a heart-shaped macaron. I liked everything!The pics do not deceive, very tasty all around!You could do just the meal for aound $52 and add on the wine pairing for $30-something. I thought it was very reasonable, especially for the first big holiday after everything opening up in Cali. Their Sunday brunch was already sold-out, otherwise I would have tried that as well.The wine included the following:Grüner Veltliner for the beet salad, Sauvignon Blanc for the crab cakes, Syrah for the prime rib, and Ben Ryé for the dessert wine.Bonus: the staff is very polite and professional. They seem very happy to work there and to assist you. I look forward to my next food and drink palate adventure with Complexity! When my family comes to visit, we will definitely be going here. It was such a treat!

I really really wanted to like this place, the menu sounds great and the atmosphere looked amazing. but the speed of service was lackluster and the food wasn’t great. We ordered one appetizer, 3 entrees, and dessert and were there almost 3 hours. The server would often forget what we ordered, or it would come 15 minutes later with burnt bread. The food didn’t have great flavor for the price point and I’m honestly really sad about it all.The red sangria and spinach dip were bomb but be prepared to pay for more bread each time since it doesn’t come with enough.

I absolutely love this location. The vibes are the best. Food is so delicious. The staff is always friendly. I highly recommend. We celebrate fathers day today and it couldnt have been more perfect.

Be advised that when ordering the breakfast platter, its a LOT of food....its delicious but a lot...and the menu has like 70 cheese options (i know maybe 6 cheeses by memory)...brunch is quite tasty here

One of the best dining experience I have had in my lifetime. The maitre d was gracious and I even received a call back for an open bunch reservation. Celebrating my friends birthday, we stayed there for over three hours and enjoyed a gourmet 3 course meal with 2 bottle services of champagne. When we left, we decided to book another reservation and not for dinner time but for their Sunday brunch.

Best food in Lancaster weve found so far. Now a regular of ours. Had the Lamb on Shrooms and the meat was melt in your mouth tender and the gravy so rich and delicious.. My wife had Endless Pastabilities and thoroughly enjoyed it. Two Great glasses of whites and it was a lunch to remember.

The food was absolutely delicious. But it would of been nice to had our plates served close to the same time. There was 4 of us. And we had to wait till each one was served. The pancakes came out, but with no butter on them or on the plate. We asked for butter. But by the time the server brought it, pancakes were stone cold. We ordered hash browns on the side. Tasteless and cold.

This was our first time at this restaurant. It was awesome I had the lobster bisque it was sweet and savory at the same time. My entree was the sweet roster it was medallion chicken with potato fingerlings, asparagus, with a honey garlic glaze and topped off with pistachios and it was wonderful! My husband had the short rib beef Burgonion, the short rib beef was so tender it melts in your mouth. The desserts are sweet and worth trying everyone! The prices are perfect. We will be back soon.

Ok, so this is a weird one for me. My husband and I liked the atmosphere and were able to sit inside which was nice because it was cold and windy outside. Which leads me to talking about the food and beverage. He ordered a Mac and Cheese and I had a meal that was primarily portobello mushrooms (vegetarian meal). There were veggies, rice, etc. I did not like how my food tasted and my husband just said his was alright. The spinach dip we had was super good. Now, its all overpriced in my opinion and I have no issues paying good money for a night out. 2 meals, 1 app, 1 wine, 1 beer = over $120. The fact that the highlight was the appetizer didnt help. I see what they are attempting to do and I feel like if the food was upped and had better flavor then it would be just right. The servers, hostess, etc were all wonderful and kind/attentive and fast. The restaurant is lovely and clean. We may give it a second try in the future. Perhaps since indoor dining started that same day then they were a bit overwhelmed.

Very friendly. They want you to make reservations but were able to seat us. Waitstaff is super friendly. I had a local beer once and a local chardonnay a 2nd time. They have great charcuterie boards! We found two cheese that were amazing! One tasted like coconut and the other sweet like cheesecake 😍.I want to find a meal I really loved but havent, both I ordered were heavily seasoned the 1st time so much they were inedible and it was taken care of. So beware the lamb and chicken both are intensely seasoned (rosemary, thyme?). My 1st visit I ordered a side of spinach, it was so salty I couldnt eat it, that was also taken care, I didnt try it a 2nd time though. The beef plates seem to be light in seasoning and cooked perfectly. The brunch menu looks great!

B.E.A.utiful little spot in Lancaster. Service was amazing, especially since we arent too familiar with the wine scene, our server definitely had good recommendations! The atmosphere is nice and some Saturday nights they have live music! 4th year anniversary celebrated here! They made it easy for him to reserve and had the table set up beautifully too! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the Antelope Valley looking to taste some delicious wine and cheese!

Came in and was seated. 10 minutes go by and nobody came to the table. It was not busy, and you could hear the wait staff BSing with each other. No drink or drink order taken. I stood up and walked out. Said have a good one to the hostess. Will not be returning.

Love their movie nights! Just wish it started a little earlier. The food was very good with lots of flavor. And they carry my favorite wine!

Just finished my meal and had to write this...I hardly ever write reviews but had to get this off my chest. If youre thinking about dining or take out from here? Stop and JUST DO IT!!!!I ALWAYS judge a restaurant by their Macncheese. How can you screw that up right? Well, MANY do...including so-called fine dining restaurants. This was hands down THE BEST Ive ever had in my life. (I had the creamy). To my surprise, they also make my favorite soup....lobster bisque so had to order it. Like the MacnCheese, this is now my favorite lobster bisque. They dont skimp out on the lobster meat like so many do...and the flavor is simply AMAZING!I dont live in the AV anymore but, Ill be coming here every single time I visit my family, thats for sure. My most sincere compliments to the Chef!! I only got to say hi and bye to the owners, though my parents inform me they are just as great as the food. Finally...SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS as much as possible people! Your heart/mind and taste buds will surely thank you!

Suggest booking a table online - especially on Fridays & Saturdays. that being said, this place rocks! great wine, food, and ambiance. i had a glass of zinfandel that was a wonderful mouthfeel and very smooth. we got the charcuterie / cheese (5 item).... the tray was FULL of meats, cheeses, fresh & dried fruit, nuts, breads, crackers, jellies. the tray was totally empty when we finished (i ate the greens & the flower too!) a bowl of assorted olives was our appetizer - another great choice. the staff is incredibly friendly & attentive.

This is truly a diamond in the rough. We went here in their first month of opening and have been going back once a week or more since. Their meat and cheese boards are phenomenal. Great selection of wine. Very accommodating staff. They seem to have a magician in the kitchen who manages to put out specials so good you order a second helping to eat the next day. I honestly cant rave enough about the place. Its owned/operated by a veteran.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, the staff made every effort to make our dining experience enjoyable. One of the owners was very interested in whether we had an enjoyable time. I highly recommend Complexity Wine for its food and choices of wine.

Clean, chic, quiet. Theres a huge wine list and you have the option to choose a flight if you want to sample a few options. I didnt like one of the wines I chose and they were nice enough to offer me another one! The food was delicious, especially their mac and cheese. They have some decadent sounding desserts, so Ill have to go back some time!

Complexity Wine is unassuming from the outside but filled with friendly and accommodating staff that is eager to help you find your perfect glass of wine.Tastings are fun and the welcoming owners and staff make every guest feel welcomed and valued.I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. I cannot wait for their patio to have seating. I hope to keep visiting here for years to come.They also have viewing parties for various popular TV shows and events; although most evenings its casual with light music. There are no TVs, but they have a projector and drop down screen which is hidden away when not in use.They can be busy so reservation are best for Friday - Sunday if you want to avoid a wait. The bar is open seating. Dress is casual which helped keep the atmosphere feeling unpretentious and welcoming.If youve already gone to all of the wineries in AV this is the best stop to get a wide selection of local and imported wines. Complexity Wine is better than anything the BLVD in Lancaster has to offer.

I would give them 0 stars but apparently that’s not possible. I reserved a table for 6 people a week in advance for my boyfriends birthday but the day of they let me know that they stopped doing business with “open table”. It was a surprise for my boyfriend and it was embarrassing to let him know that I didn’t have one apparently because they’re incompetent. This place is just worthless.

Props for bringing a classy wine joint to Lancaster. This area has been historically difficult in which to maintain an establishment for the well cultured minority. I love that the hostess was so gracious and gave us a nice table even though we didnt have reservations.We ordered two flights and let the waitress choose. The flight was qty3, 2 oz glasses for $16; extremely reasonable. We didnt love it but we liked it. I would pay twice as much for wine that I LOVE.Service was great and the ambiance was pleasant. I would consider another try if they added some more top shelf wine to their menu.

Complexity Wine is a great addition to Antelope Valley dining. The food is fantastic and service is attentive. We had the mixed flight of wines, a charcuterie board, nutty dates, and creamy Mac and cheese. Yummy.

Classiest wine lounge in town. The staff was very knowledgeable on all food and drinks offered. A lot of tasty food options to choose from.

This place is pompous.if you want a nice full body glass of wine theyre going to charge you 15, 17 or $18 for a glass.that is the most ridiculous by the glass price that I ever had and Ive eaten in some fine restaurants. I dont believe this place will stay in business very long at those price points.

Its nice to have a proper wine bar. Full spectrum selection, and they actually make their own food.

I like the atmosphere at this lounge. They have a long wine list, with many interesting choices available in either 2 or 4 OZ pours. I tried a Grenacha and enjoyed it. My only complaint was with the stuffed dates. They were cold and were small (probably didnt use Medjool dates), although their mix of flavors was intriguing. Friendly service.

Did the Tuesday wine pairings and omg. Phenomenal. 10/10 recommend. Such a gem in the antelope valley.

What a great new place to enjoy wine with friends! We tried six different food options (to share) and enjoyed them all! The Mac & Cheese with jalapeno and bacon was very nice, the spicy flatbread and thai noodle salad were great. Service and wine were excellent!

Really love the atmosphere! The owner Dan came by several times to talk about the wines and see how everything was for us. Server was knowledgeable and when she wasn’t sure she went to ask (I appreciate honesty and humility). The food was AMAZING! We had a cheese plate, the grilled avocado, stuffed dates, a panini, steak skewers and tiramisu so we really tried a LOT of the items. I would highly recommend dropping in for a date night or dinner with friends. Truly a very cool place and so glad to have them in the AV!

Increased their Menu selection but was not able to keep up with the orders tonight. 1 hr wait for grilled shrooms. Wonderful place, but large crowds was too confusing for servers. Will still visit, just hope they can get the kitchen situation on point.

Live band, great wine, OMG! There is a selection for everyone. The flatbread is so good and theres dessert. Whats not to love. Orlando was our server and ge was both attentive, astute with our wine selection and simply charming. Cant wait to go back with a group of friends that enjoy GREAT wine, great food, live music and great company!
