Well how do I start this off, in all honesty you guys did a wonderful job to getting my car back on its wheels (see what I did there), but I will say these guys sure know how to work on a car to make sure its good. No phone call other than to tell me it wouldn’t be done on the day I scheduled it . All text messages otherwise . I wrote on the envelope while dropping it that other than the key fob and key anything else not covered under warranty I would do since I’m a technician. Upon receiving estimate found a 50 dollar dish fee . They did remove this but would have been nice to receive notice if that was the case . Finally when I went to pick it up the hours are supposed to be till 7 but are still at 5 from COVID days . Had to come back the next day after I had already ran over the night before . Mostly I was disappointed in the lack of actual human connection.
Everyone was friendly and welcoming. This was my 1st experience getting an oil change at a dealership. I asked if I could have my car back by 1 pm and it was done by 10 after dropping it off around 830.
Stay Away!! Received a call this morning about a truck I viewed on their website. We had a discussion, and I made an appointment for this afternoon to look at the truck. I made sure to verify that the truck and would be there since I will be driving 45 minutes to view the truck. I stayed in contact via text all the way up to my arrival only for them to tell me they sold the truck a few hours ago!!! Not only did you sell the truck from under me, you didn’t have the decency to tell me prior to wasting my evening.
When we purchased our vehicle from Faulkner, we were very satisfied, the guy that sold us the car was very nice and friendly. Then things changed when we began to get harassed by Nicholas B. We purchased the vehicle cash and I accidentally forgot to sign the check, so the payment did not go through. (I didn’t know it at the time) so Faulkner said they would look into it and never got back to me. Then, the absolute worst customer service experience ensued. It went from a simple misunderstanding to accusations of lack of money, felony theft and possession of a stolen vehicle. As soon as I was made aware that I had missed the signature, I got them a new check the same day. This is not how you treat people and this is not acceptable behavior. I will not be buying from Faulkner in the future and I recommend you avoid them as well until “Nick” at least receives some further training if he is going to continue his employment with Faulkner. He is an embarrassment to the brand and it’s reputation.
Dale does a great job keeping me informed of progress. He also checked to see if anything was covered under warranty to keep my cost appropriate.

Met with the internet sales person. They were very kind. However, they said they would connect me with other sales people to make a list of the cars I wanted to look at because the cars I was interested in were at another location. Waited for about 15 minutes before the internet sales asked if I had been helped yet, they made a concerned face and said theyll see why I havent been seen yet. They returned and assured theyd help me in another moment. Well, I waited another 20 if not longer before leaving.

Our sales person Joe was very friendly, professional and accommodating. He really took time to go over my options for purchasing the car and made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for. I really felt like he wanted me to have the best experience with my new vehicle. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything about the car and get me set up before I drove the car home. I really appreciate his attention to customer satisfaction.

I was greeted by a salesperson as soon as I entered the building. His name was Joey. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the Chevy Bolt I came to see. I test drove the car as long as I wanted and I liked it. Nice power, good handling, and just the right amount of options. The Sales Manager was straight forward with me (No B.S.).The car was already discounted greatly. So we negotiated the value of my trade and came to a fair value. I purchased the Bolt that night and they stayed an hour and a half after closing to finish the deal. I drove it home that night.

I called Faulkner Chevrolet today because I was in desperate need for a rental vehicle. I had no luck securing a vehicle from multiple rental agencies, and on a whim, I called the dealership to see if there was anything they could do.I was put in contact with three people that absolutely did not need to help me, but they went above and beyond in trying to secure a vehicle for me. I am truly in awe of the generosity of their time, their kindness, and willingness to simply just help me in my time of need. I dont know their titles, but I want to say thank you to Chad, Dean and Eileen.This company was so incredible to come to my aide, I can only imagine the quality of service they give to their customers.
My grandson bought a used car there and 5 hours later the motor blew. I have to say the manager of the service department went above and beyond to make sure his car was fixed good as new! Made sure we had a loaner and all. They had the car taken to the Faulkner Subaru for the work to insure it was right. It was a pleasure to work with them! Good people!

I was amazed how quickly my car was taken care of when I did a drop off. Ive had poor experiences in the past and was delighted to have my car taken care of in an efficient manner. This was my first service with my current car and I will definitely return when it is due again.
Whatever you do, dont buy a car from this place. We bought a 2015 Tahoe in October 2020. We had a few things we wanted fixed and had paper signed stating this would be fixed. I took it back in a month after buying to get them fixed. #1 the heated seats didnt work. they informed me that they just didnt heat up as hot as other cars do... so I still have heated seats that do not function properly. #2 the liftgate was malfunctioning, sometimes it would open, sometimes it would not. They stated that they replaced the part that malfunctioned. A month later it stopped working again. I took it back in, they proceeded to try and charge me $700 because its a different part that is malfunctioning now. I took it to another garage to have it fixed and it was the SAME PART THAT FAULKNER CLAIMS THEY REPLACED. I tried to tell them this, and they wouldnt even return my calls or emails. Buyer beware, this place is only in it for the money.

My wife took het old car here because a wire broke in steering column. I was out of town working and they charged her 700.00 dollars to fix the wire . I have done some investigating and found they used less than 20.00 worth of parts . This was during the worst of the pandemic granted. We are older people and I believe we were taken advantage of. Would not recommend to anyone.
When I lost what I thought was my only spare key,(which i found a few days later -_-) they were more than accommodating. They were gracious enough to have my car parked there for a few days (without charging me!) and when I was able to go inside and get a spare made, they were nothing but friendly. They even put air in my tires on the spot!Im in legit happy tears just thinking of their wonderful kindness towards myself and my situation.If Im in need of a new Chevy, I know where Im going!!
A year ago we called Faulkner with a new car emergency. We bought the car in Harrisburg, but Faulkner is close to home. They went above and beyond to service my vehicle. A year later, were in the market for another new car, of course, were buying from Faulkner.

Reached out to the dealership via email and phone call about a used SUV that they had listed... on phone call the salesman stated that the vehicle was in service awaiting some parts, after a day or two was contacted by a manager. I asked could he please send me some additional pictures as there was only one picture of the vehicle online, I wanted to see the interior.. well after 3 days heard nothing back so I emailed again.. same Manager writes back that a customer has taken the vehicle on an extended test drive..he tells me that when its back the next day he will have someone send me additional pictures..Three days pass and still no pictures or reply, as I pass the dealership on my way to work, I see that the vehicle is still there. Poor customer service and no follow up with anyone from the dealership!.. As a local businessman I would Not recommend this dealership!..

I brought my car there for a recall and oil change. They suggested I get an alignment done so I did. When they gave me my car back it was pulling to the right, so I took it back. They had it for about another hour and when I got it back it was pulling to the left. So I am not happy.
When I park, I was getting the error that says something like Put car in park. Dean and his team took care of the problem I was having. They got me a convenient appointment and a shuttle back to my home. When I got the car back, it was fixed and they had washed it for me! It looks great. Faulkners staff is so easy to work with. I love my Chevy Volt and would definitely recommend buying from Faulkner!

I got a fair price compared to other dealers in the area.I got what I wanted and was glad there was no hard sell.Nice place good pricing and friendly staff. I was in a car accident August 24th. A week later we went to Faulkner about leasing a vehicle. We were met by Ken and he discussed our options. We were unsure about getting another vehicle but Ken put us at ease and helped us through the process. A couple of days later we were informed that the lease option was no longer possible but that we were approved to buy. We originally were going with the Malibu but Ken made it possible for us to get the chevy Trax instead. We took it out for a test drive and liked it alot. Ken was really helpful in going over everything with us including all the features ect. Adam then took over with all the paperwork and was very patient with us and got us the best deal possible. When it came time to get the keys and drive away, there was one other thing we needed to do. Since I was unable to drive, my husband had to return the rental vehicle and Ken offered to follow him to Enterprise so he could drop the vehicle off and bring him back. I was amazed at how he went above and beyond to do this for a customer. We are truly grateful for all that was done for us. Everyone there should be commended for their service. Additionally, Ken called a couple days later to check in with us and ask how things were going. Truly a man who is the genuine article to your company. We are very blessed!

Your pricing was very surprising to me because it was even lower than the local automotive shop I used to go to. The customer service was excellent and the work was completed in a very short amount of time. I also really appreciated the complimentary loaner vehicle while my SUV was being worked on so I wasn’t inconvenienced during the day! Will most definitely return and will recommend to everyone!

For us, it was the team there that made our buying experience so excellent. I was set on a Subaru and my husband was between the Telluride or Blazer/Trailblazer. From the moment we first arrived at the dealership, just to look, Rich greeted us and was informative but never overbearing. This was lacking at the other dealerships we visited that day.
