Wegmans is great for specific items, a wide range of quality cheeses, specialty deli meats like Speck, a great bakery section with cookies and bread. A wide selection of produce both organic and normal. You pay for quality.For everyday items like toilet paper, milk, and the like, if you buy store brand, the prices are okay but other than that, prices can be a bit steep.

Very nice store. Well laid out and everyone is usually friendly. I got yelled at once because I was in a rush and used a U-Scan without it being cleaned first. The associate was busy helping someone else and I had to keep moving. Prices are a little high on some items but all in all its a great store.

Great selection. They have almost anything you could want. The cleanliness at the checkout counter makes you feel safe.

What a shame. We arrived at 9.50pm. We were looking for beers and we came to the cashier at 10.02pm and she rejected us! She did not even tell us she was closing. Btw, we are French, we did not know.

This store is fantastic, it is large and very well kept, clean and wide aisles to shop in, the Burger Bar makes a mean burger.

I love shopping here! Its fun just to browse too! They have so many different types of foods! High quality! Prepared foods are fresh & always tasty! Check out their round thibgs of greeting cards! I wont buy my cards anywhere else! There isnt 1 negative thing to say about this place. Staff is always friendly & helpful! Oh stop by n see their amazing cheese selection! Wow! And bakery? Over the top!

Best grocery store in the Lancaster area. They have some higher end foods but also the everyday needs as well unlike Whole Foods.

I dont drink much, but I cook often. The one time I needed the staff in the wine department, they exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and kind about their offerings.

Love Wegmans. The customer is # 1--and it shows. This store is busy day and night. And guess what? Every single time I checkout -- Im asked if I was able to find everything on my list, unlike Lancasters Wegmans wannabe, whose 3 initials I will not mention here, who NEVER asks that same question.......

The staff is friendly and the produce lives up to the Wegmans reputation. Dining area is clean and peaceful.The sandwich shop is really good most days but does go a little crazy with the mayo. Specify in advance if you want less than a whole jar of mayo per sandwich.Good variety on pet food too.

The wine and beer Center in Wegmans is very clean and the design is beautiful. I never worry about the prices because I know that theyre going to be comparable to other alcohol beverage stores. I love coming here and I know that they will have unique products and I can get help if I need it.

A great grocery shopping experience. Aisles are a good width, solid brand selection, and fairly competitive prices. There are always registers open/short check out lines which is a huge plus for me. If you dont like to cook they have a variety of cold/hot bars (pay by the pound), sandwiches, pizza, salads, and a burger bar. They also sell beer and wine!

The prices are competitive, the selection large and the coolers plentiful. There is beer here that I havent found elsewhere for $11.99 mixed 6 packs, a definite plus. Quite convenient, since its inside one of the largest supermarkets/bars/cafeterias in the area.

Love Wegmans, they have things you cant find at other stores

Im probably going to get the Wegmans Curse for my two stars but like my fav, Prince liked to sing....all that glitters aint gold!Yes the place looks amazing, like the Grand Central Station - even for Lancaster - for groceries with people pouring in and out looking hungry and needy but leaving with carts full of stuff. We joined them and remained in the restaurant area as we didnt need overpriced groceries, so we settled for overpriced get-it-yourself food. I tried the Asian bar of which I scooped up some fried rice and General Tsos chicken (disgusting!) and it was about 10, or so bucks. My wife and children had fries and tenders as well as a sandwich. Grand total...over 30 bucks worth of mediocre food! I was very disappointed in the acquired bout from this place.PLEASE GO TO THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND SKIP WEGMANS FOR TAKEOUT FOOD!Theyre fine for overpriced groceries.

Nice place to get a quick healthy bite. My sushi could have been rolled better but I tasted great.

The burger I ordered was overcooked, very greasy, and was supposed to be on a brioche roll (was on a regular bun). For $10, I expected higher quality. Very disappointed overall.

Cant say enough of this place. Im going to start with their food choices, they have it all, big selection of food for everyone to pick from. Clean and wonderful atmosphere to be in. I absolutely love it there. I go often and I havent been disappointed yet.
