They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the employee was helpful.Update: received an offer of assistance from this location in under a few hours! This might be one of the best service experiences I have ever had!!!No worries about the assistance, I was looking for Blue Point Toasted in bottles, but it was only available in cans (short version, the cans dont sit right with me, possibly the liner?) Many thanks for the quick response. You guys are my Buffalo area go to from now on!

Currently from out of town, camping in a tent. Ive been to many local stores looking for ice for my cooler but not one had a bag in stock on Independence Day, except Consumers. Not only did they have many on hand, Ive purchased several 22 pound bags over my camping stay. They make their own ice. If youre camping or looking to have a cookout, Consumers is your best option for ice.

Pretty much your typical beer store that fortunately accepts gift cards that are I-dont-know-how-many-years old.

It would be great if they sold singles of everything. Especially now that 4 packs are bordering on and sometimes exceeding $20. Its a waste of money if the beer isnt enjoyable. Sometimes it hit or miss. Sometimes every beer seems to have been on the shelf for a month or more. Other times I cant decide what to get. Associates are always helpful.

The Best Consumers. Hands Down. Some of that Consumers around town have gone downhill, but this one is still fantastic. Great beer selection. Always has my favorites in stock. Usually has interesting specials. Always friendly helpful service.

Stop in to buy beer for a party. Was followed by an employee around the store, who asked what I was looking for. It was friendly and helpful at first, then it became more annoying. Go up to the front to put down a case and grab another when the same employee that was following me around the store comes to ring up my items. He asks for me to show my ID, before I am even done shopping, which is understandable. However, I was then asked to show my credit card to prove it was my ID. Im well over the drinking age and was with my father so not like it mattered anyway. If you want beer I recommend going somewhere else. This store is not worth the hassle. I mean you can tell the quality of a store when the owner says thank you to other positive reviews but does nothing to answer complaints.Edit: not only did it take the owner 2 months to respond, I attempted to use their website to respond. The second I hit submit I am given a corrupted content and my comments do not send. So not only is staff incompetent, so is management as well. Maybe I should try smoke signals to contact them?

So easy to shop here! I love the fact that they have a rotating selection of beers to fill your growler. They also have a nice selection of beers in bottles and cans. They also sell snack foods. There has never been a time when Ive gone in here and someone hasnt asked me if I need assistance. They also offer carry-outs and bottle return.
