Its okay. Things cost about twice what you think they would, or half. With a half price stuff you get what you pay for. With a double the price stuff, you dont really get what you pay for.

Definitely more expensive but I like that they have price match for the Buy buy baby section.. though they should sell bottles of water or some drinks at checkout for pregnant shoppers.

I basically live on their website and am almost ashamed to admit how much of my home and my nursery came from them lol. But this store is phenomenal. I used their same day delivery option today and my order was randomly lost. It was low key terrifying because it was not a cheap order and I got the dreaded your same day delivery order has been delivered email less than 3 minutes after the much anticipated your same day order has been picked up email. Yikes, I am not nearly close enough. The wonderful manager located my missing order and hand delivered it to me after closing. I told her she didnt have to do that but she, an all of her associates went above and beyond.

A young girl wearing gloves and a mask waited on us even tho she looked scared to death to be out in public. She looked petrified to touch our items which made scanning and bagging interesting. She could barely shove our items in the bag because she was trying so hard not to touch them. The best was when she began spraying disinfectant on the counter as we were trying to remove our bags. My advice, she should quit and stay in her bedroom with her paranoia.

Many bathroom supplies, like, towels, wash cloths, bath room supplies and fixtures. Small appliances, curtins and window cares. Kitchen ware and supplies. Much much more. Come check it out. Large, free parking lot. Handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible. Easy to see from roadway . Come on down and brouse .Im sure you will find it worth while to come visit this store. I recommend it.

Went to buy a comforter for my bed however everything was sets that included items I didnt want or need.

Wasnt as busy as I thought itd be considering the holiday season. Went for baby stuff. Pretty good selection! Including pumping supplies. Just wish they had more Lansinoh bottle supplies.

We were having some issues with our online registry. I was frustrated with the phone customer service, so decided to walk into the brick and mortar store to try to find a solution. The on-duty manager, Errica, did a WONDERFUL job of helping us out. She was kind and understanding, and solved our problem. Errica is the reason Im giving Bed Bath & Beyond five stars.In other news, if youre signing up for a registry, I recommend NOT electing the Ship or Swap, as things can go out of stock or prices change after your friends purchase them for you.

I went here looking for beer glasses, and I found them. I had to buy a set of 6 for $19 just to get the 1 glass that I really wanted. Thats ok though... Im happy I found it for u der $20. So, selection wasnt great for beer glasses hence 3 stars. Service was fine.

This store is usually very neat, however today, not so much. But, in general, we love this store but prices are a bit high if you dont have a coupon.

Absolute worst shopping experience. Not a single sales associate walking the floor to assist customers aside from two who were actively engaged in a project. Requested assistance and a sales associate was paged. Stood waiting for well over 10 minutes and no one arrived. Went to the check out to follow up and a new sales associate gave attitude that it was her that was supposed to come back but she’s busy. Waited several more minutes until a different associate came to assist. This associate was previously seen texting on her phone. She initially didn’t know the answers to our questions which is fine. When she returned to update us on the stock of a product, she then didn’t know the pricing and had to leave again. She came back and quoted us the price of the product. At the check out, a new associate was too worried about being excited that the store closed at 7 to engage us - instead she kept making comments and holding conversation with coworkers who were behind the desk and cleaning their areas. When the product rang up more expensive, we questioned this, explaining that the associate who had just previously helped us, had given a different price. The check out clerk paged her colleagues and then took a call from another colleague who called into the store about a lost personal item. She then conversed further with her coworkers who were cleaning up, continuing to mention how she is happy that the day is over soon - again not engaging the customer or looking the pricing up herself. She then states the cost isa higher price and the lower price, which we were provided, is an online only sales price. In these interactions, all associates were not customer focused, engaged, and provided very poor customer service. This isn’t about the increased price of the product, because it is still a better price than the competing stores, however, I have never experienced such an overall terrible customer service experience that I’ve up and walked out of a store mid transaction until tonight. Management at the Lancaster County Bed, Bath, & Beyond should be embarrassed that these are the types of workers they employ and service they provide.

It was amazing to me there wasn’t any effort whatsoever from Ryan, the 20 something addressing my concerns in the customer service line today. When I purchased table cloths from the sale end cap and only realized after I returned home I paid full price, I called the store to inquire and it was communicated to me there was a lot of confusion. The kind lady suggested the discount may be extended staying, “you probably wouldn’t have purchased them otherwise.” I returned to the store and it was very clear Ryan wasn’t going to offer anything. I didnt ask, but did mention the conversation with the representative the night before. I also mentioned my surprise there wasn’t any effort to make it right (as I was leaving the register) and Ryan was courteous and said, “have a nice day mam.” Amazon has one day shipping and amazing customer service. Way to go Ryan. You did a great job saving a customer still willing to shop brick and mortar stores.

I went into the buy buy baby section to get things for my upcoming arrival, let me tell you how AMAZING this staff is. They are always quick and happy to help you if you need a price check or need to find a particular item. Its never hard to find an employee as they are sectioned everywhere. An employee even changed the price on a gift set for me. I had a fantastic experience and will be coming back for lots of baby items in the future!

This store is very well managed. We went in looking to buy items left from our wedding registry. The store owner assisted us in ordering items which were unavailable in store and gave us a great deal on those that we were able to find in store. Great selection and employees and very friendly and willing to help. The cashier was patient with us while we used all of our gift cards.

Started to shop at the one in York. But then I soon realize there is a baby depo Bed Bath Beyond in Lancaster.This place is amazing. It litterly has every baby product, EVEN more then Amazon.Pro:VarietySelectingQualityLayout of the store.20% discount (I recommend signing up for the $15 per year membership, on average I save $15+ per trip).Con:Price is still really good, but it is the only bad thing I can think of. Still a 5 star for me.

I want to say that Ling and Arelis renewed my faith in your store today!!Last time I was here with my fiance and we were shopping for my expecting friend. We didnt know what to buy and because we were reading every product to be informed, some man started following us around the store.We left because it made us feel insulted; we would never take anything without paying. It made me never want to come back.Over a year later I decided to come back for a very specific item. Ling made sure I was helped and was extremely concierge the whole time. I felt at ease with her and she made me feel like an appreciated customer. Arelis was sweet and helpful at checkout. I will come back again as long as associates like them are around!!!

They have a wide range of household goods. While they are separated into easy to sensible departments, making them easy to find; the multitude of products are a bit overwhelming. They have so many items that it leaves little space for carts or walking. But, it is a great place to shop. Whether you are looking for a mid range vacuum or a high end blender, you will find it here.

I thought the store was very clean, but the extreme smell of fragance was too much for me and my mother, who promptly had an allergy attack as a result. So I had to shop alone. The buy buy baby area could have been bigger but I loved being able to see items in the store.

First time ever to visit this emporium! And what sensory overload! Never have I seen more kitchen gadgets in one place, and so many small appliances of every kind. Found the set of biscuit cutters with handles Ive been looking for! The 20 percent coupon is always nice, especially on more expensive items. Their linen section is phenomenal. Real cotton sheet sets, a rare find in this age of icky microfiber. Super shopping site!

Im really very, very disappointed when they sell me something like a scam to sell an item. when I bought here a cradle for my child and I asked them very clearly if it didnt work well, how long could I return the item I bought, they told me within three months and I need a purchase invoice and they also give me a $ 40 card to use for the next time. But when I used that cradle it really made a noise and it was a bit small for my baby. I dont have time to pay the earliest, but for more than a month on my vacation day, I brought them back with a brand new item and a purchase invoice. but they refused to accept it. they were really lying to their customers like that and I gave them that $ 40 card again because I thought I didnt have any more time to come here to shop with a lie shop with customers like that

I love to just walk around here and look at all the cool stuff. You Know your getting good quality items from here. Might cost a little more but they let you bring in coupons after your purchase and they will give you then money back. Awesome! Got a great umbrella from here!

Clean and people are helpful

I cant begin to tell you how great Olivia, (I hope that was her name, associates ID: of9394) was to us. She spent 2 hours with us, helping us pick out a stroller and carseat, and rocking chair. She was patient and had so many tips for us new parents. She saved us so much on each item and was a blessing to work with. Thank you kindly.

Food was ok. The interior was dirty would not eat in our car. They had no manager there. You could only use credit cards no cash We saw several people walk away because they locked the doors. And this was around 1 in the afternoon.

Too much clutter and inventory which cheapens the appeal of this store. It is nearly impossible and frustrating to bring a shopping cart down the aisles. Some of the employees are miserable working there.

Great deal on new quilts

Great store but you cant shop without being asked constantly what you need help with. Ive been in this store less than 5 minutes and have been bothered twice by store associates. It fells less helpful and more like youre being treated like a potential shop lifter. This has bee my experience every time Ive come here.

This store has everything for the home. It also has decorations for the holidays. Prices are reasonable compared to other stores. Baby items for expectant parents also. Worth the trip to see what they have.

I needed to purchase a gift from the wedding registry for a family member. The first item was no longer in stock. An associate helped me find an alternate item in the store. The second item was not out on the floor. He and one of the managers searched the stock room but could not find it. The sales associate apologized for all the trouble and gave me an additional 10% discount for the wedding gift along with my coupon! The sales associate and the manager were so helpful and courteous!

Went in to buy two car seats. We selected our car seats and presented a coupon as we were checking out. The cashier advised this item was not compatible with the coupon, though it didnt specifically say that on the coupon (we also found out the coupon had expired). We were a little disappointed because we thought we were going to save hundreds of dollars, and then we werent. Maggie, the assistant manager, picked up on the fact that we were not happy. She came over, worked with us, and presented a solution in which we felt incredibly satisfied. She gave us an incredible experience that surpassed our expectations.

This Bed, Bath, and Beyond is fully stocked with fresh out of high school incompetent employees. My husband and I came to get a few things and saw an employee arguing with what I hope was not a customer but was her family in the aisle. We then saw another employee being very disrespectful to his supervisor loud enough for all customers within 100 feet to hear. Then lastly we had to wait 5 minutes while 2 employees argued over who would ring us up because both of them were too busy. Very unimpressed.
