Leaving for a trip and had a brake issue. They were able to squeeze in immediately and up and running in time for my trip. Very reasonable price. Quick and friendly service.

He told me I had a big leak and it would take a few hours to find it and still could not Guarantee me he would be able to locate the leak he said they are hard to work on Because of it being a Chevy express Van he was trying to sell me a 1200.00 ac job.i said no thanks he charged me 25 for nothing I do not believe he even looked at it. That being said I charged it .y self and it holding g strong for days.... So at this point I have $50 in refrigerant and 25 to him ..saying nothing so you the way I got it taken care of at a good price . Why would be very careful taking your vehicle to him for ACI have a feeling hes just trying to do the big repairs.

They towed my cousins car with kids in it, one of which has a heart condition, and then proceeds to tell her literally that they tow anyone when they feel they can, will charge you the max to gain money, and then proceeds to insult her just to make $300. Do not go here for any services they will play you for your money.

Even though I am relocating an hour outside of Lancaster, I will always think of Manor Auto first. I have been a steady customer for over fifteen years, and cannot speak highly enough about this family-owned, local, honest and talented establishment!!! Every single time I have called, Susie answers the phone like an old friend, and Chris delivers everything promised on time and sometimes even under-budget. A trusted and fair mechanic is hard to come by.

Ive been a customer of Manor Auto for at least 25 years - once I found them I never went anywhere else. Friendly, honest, careful to explain exactly what needs to be done and upfront about the cost. Very accommodating; more than once theyve helped me out on very short notice. Chris and Suzie have been in business for so long for a good reason--they take care of their customers.

Excellent customer service! This was my first time bringing a vehicle to Manor Auto and I’m so happy I did. Professional and super friendly staff. I had to get my car inspected they were efficient and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back next year.

Dont try and park your vehicle here ever they will tow you even if youre in the car. Was trying to get my interior before pulling into the full wash bays (theres only 3) and before I could blink my eyes there was a truck, with under my axel ready to pull me to God knows where for an $240 ride.Dont worry I wont get my cars washed here ever.

Outstanding customer service!!! Very friendly!!! Very trust worthy!!!! I needed an inspection. Found major repairs that needed to be done. Listed everything in detail and explained exactly what was wrong. Gave me the number of another garage to repair something they couldnt. I had great service at that garage as well. When i picked up my truck they showed me the bad part. This is my garage now. They will get 100% of my business.

This is our first time here and now our go to place. The excellent communication you get and the quick replies are what you wish every place offered. We e-mailed them to bring our car in for inspection, the next morning we got a call from Susie who was very friendly and set a time that worked for us. When we picked the car up they even cleaned it, it felt almost like we picked a car up from a lot (that brand new feeling) I plan to recommend this shop to friends and co-workers! What a great personal experience.

I reside outside the area now but Im back in Lancaster frequently on business. Whenever possible, I still take my car to Manor. Chris and his partners do good, thorough, honest work without pumping up the labor and without unneeded parts. They also take care of all rebate paperwork. The free exterior and interior car wash if your bill exceeds a certain amount is a very nice touch, cause that guy does great work, too.

Great place to have your car repairs and scheduled maintenance done. Always done in a timely manner and they go the extra mile for you as well! They even wash/vacuum out your car when done. Fantastic and we will continue bringing our cars there to be serviced...we are extremely happy!

Was passing through Lancaster on way to FL on a Thursday night in a blizzard. Had a problem with drivers-side hub assembly and was referred to Manor Automotive by local family. Called them and got an appointment for 8:00 am Friday morning. A couple hours later, truck was fixed, price was reasonable, as expected and we were rolling. Every long-distance drivers fear, having mechanical problems on the road where you dont know a reputable local shop. At least in Lancaster, that problem is solved. Highly recommend this family-owned shop, much like the family-owned shop we patronize in Jamestown, NY, Stantons Garage. Highly recommended.

I was referred to this automotive shop via Nextdoor... I still was a little nervous, always a risk with any business today, and my car is my baby...well they scheduled me for a Monday, but called me later that same day, saying they had time in the afternoon! I needed some work, inspection and oil change, and when I got the bill (I waited at the shop while they were completing the work- an easy wait...cute pup to keep me company and Susie at the desk was super sweet!), I couldnt believe my eyes at the fair price! I am definitely going back and highly recommend this honest, efficient, knowledgable business to anyone in need of a mechanic.

This business owner is a pridedtor on the poor. His side business is towing cars if you sit in his lot for 5 mins. The cost is 240$. Can you imagine how much money this man is making?? Drove by yesterday..tow truck had a car ready to go, and 3 cops there trying to diffuse the situation. I know all this cause I ended up having to pay 240 dollars, because he was towing my daughters car. I passed him on my way there. He takes them through Millersville. I would never go to this business on principle alone.

THESE guys are awesome, first time using there services, concerning a exhaust leak I had on my vehicle, I called them and gave me an oppointment on the spot, repaired and I The door I went, NO MORE EXHAUST LEAK, I LEFT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went to clean my car with my wife and my daughter stayed inside the car and in passing my wife is going to deliver a paper and even when I am in front of the team cleaning the car and looking for coins the tugboat hooked my car with girl inside He just said that he had to pay 100 dollars to get it out and the best thing is that the owner and the man of the tugboat agree to do that and take advantage of what a no parking sign says and call the police and tell them how they want not be fooled
