I was totally satisfied with my experience. I was seem as soon as I arrived. It was raining and they guys were very friendly a day helpful. I just moved to the area and will definitely see them for my auto needs. Keep up the great work fellas!!!!

Bought my first car and needed my inspection and an alignment. It is a quick right turn entrance right before shell gas station. Luckily I was able to get an inspection while waiting for my turn, the alignment was finished in 30 minutes.The staff was very accommodating to a new vehicle owner. When I had to move my car out the way and was doing a 5 point turn 😅 the staff was teaching me how to pull out as their parking lot Is moderately spacious but pretty busy. DO NOT DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT PAYING THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU!

My 1st time here and Sam was very nice. It seem to be a hectic day alot of business. He was helpful in ordering parts for me with the fact that he had my car and I was walking. In all good customer service and reasonable prices. 👍🏾

We were trying to get home to Kansas we had called other places but they were the only ones to help us that day! We pulled up with a tire on fire and the came out to help us. The owner even gave us his car to use while they fixed ours. The mechanics were so nice turned a scary experience into a pleasant experience. We would highly recommend this one place. You could tell the cared that our family of 5 made it home safely.

I go here when I need anything. Routine oil changes, tires, here recently car inspection, tune up, etc. The guys are cool and seems to know what they are doing. Soon as you pull up they are on it asking you what you need. The owner is cool as well & the young guy in the office is friendly 👌

Fish was very fresh, i also tried shrimp fried rice that was delicious and not oily or heavy like some Chinese food chains are. Service is great and they are following CDC guidelines for social distance. You can order at outside window. I want to try crab leg boil next!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Drove up for a state inspection and was immediately greeted by an associate. Although they were busy assisting other customers with their tires, we were in and out in under 15 minutes. I was able to observe the interactions of the associates and the other two customers that were ahead of us and it all seem to be very pleasant. Both customers ahead of us left with smiles and verbally thanked the associates for their help and service. Mr. Qalawi was very nice and quick with our inspection. Dont let the area deter you. We will be back if other services are needed due to the great customer service we received! Thanks for a great first time visit.

I just dropped in to pay for a service for my daughter. I decided to get an oil change. Carlos was very helpful in looking up the price for my car & would be able to have the job done that day. I didnt have a long wait & a black gentleman was friendly and professional. I enjoyed my first visit here & will return in future.

We needed a local company for auto repair. We tried Lancaster Tire & Auto Services and have not had any complaints. They know what they are doing and they are not over priced. If you need some auto repairs done, Lancaster Tire & Auto Services is the one to use.

Whatever you do, don’t go to these hacks! They do not know what they are doing. They replaced my alternator and never reset my system and the now my windows won’t go down. They said it’s a separate issue and nothing they could do about it. I will NEVER give them my business again.

These the only people i let deal with my car... Ive been dealing with them for years and everytime I leave satisfied.

Fast Cheap and didnt have to get out of my car!

It took 20 mins for anyone to speak to me. There was a language barrier. They only spoke Spanish. Google said they did State inspections they do not. They did put air in my tires for free which was nice.

We just went to go get our oil changed. The guy tells us to pull in a spot so we do. He goes to get an oil pan comes back gets ready to start then another car pulled in. It was obvious they were friends. So he tells my husband he needs to move over and wait as he needs to take care of the other guy first. My husband says he man I was here first. The guy says I dont know what to tell you I have to take him first. So my husband say never mind gets in tge car and starts backing up and this guy starts making rude gestures with his hands then proceeded to grab his private area and made a really gross gesture. We have gone there before the service wasnt bad so we decided to give them a chance. Wrong decision

One Stop Shop these guys are on it. When you pull up they come out to greet you and then they immediately start your service request. Not to mention fair prices.

So I took my car for an estimate they gave me an estimat if 1400 -1900 so my not bowing much said ok I would go ahead and try to get the money to do the repairs so the guy tells me that I would have to take at the least half of the money. Ok so I’m trying to come up with this money mind u I’m a single mom of 4 kids. Once I realize I ain’t going to have the money I called the shop and told the guy that I would have to pick up the car and take it back next money once I could give him the money. Then he tells me that I have to pay to get my car back 75$ plus storage fee! I asked him y he didn’t tell me this to start he responded to me telling me anywhere I take my car for estimate they would make me pay! Ya most Professional businesses are going to advise you of this before they take a look at your car or move forward with anything. I would not recommend this place to anybody and I have reported them to the BBB

Oil change and state inspection - easy in and out; they worked on my car right away!

Been taking my 4 cars here for over 10 years just for a simple oil change mind you. But this one occurrence 2 weeks ago this so call new tech pulled my car in for an oil change damage my mass airflow sensor and proceeded to close the hood like nothing was wrong not resetting the oil counter and had the nerve to say it came in like that. At that point told him and management my cars never went anywhere but here and the dealership. The bad part is management never took responsibility for the employee screw up. Never going back again. They hire these inexperienced lube tech without properly training them on different cars. From what I see if you can change oil you have a job. Beware of this establishment no one there is ASE certified to even open the hood on a car.

This place is Terrible, I took my car in on a friday 12/22/17 the owner told me 2-3 hours and I waited for 5 hours for him to tell me it wont be ready. I pick it up on the 24th they still werent done and to make matters worst the car still had same problem going on. My girlfriend, my child and I where on the road that morning and the car broke down in the HOV headed out of town for the holidays. They rush and act as if they know what they are doing.

They are very unprofessional dont know what they are doing. They half put your car back together. Calm they fix your problem. I drove off the lot with the same problem I went in with, went back and they wanted to charge me over and over again. Im still dealing with the same damn problem. Dont take your car to this place EVER...
